This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was bigger than it seemed in the pics and was really quite comfortable. They gave us extra pillows, towels etc free on request. It's perfect for a single/couple and has everything you need. Directly across the road are supermarkets, minimarts, bottle shops, a multi-story mall, the subway/train, Starbucks (but Toraja in the mall makes better espresso!). It's easy walking distance to a JR station (Osakatemmangu), Osaka Castle and lots of good food. You can get to Shin-Osaka, Umeda or Namba from here easily in 15-30 mins, or Kyoto in 45-60 minutes. And as it's not in the crazy busy areas you can get a good sleep!

I've travelled for years across Asia and this hotel is no fancy Hilton, but I couldn't fault a single thing. Definitely recommended

We liked our first stay here so we went back again. As the previous time, very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants we like here so it’s the perfect place to eat out and take a walk near the castle park at night. Recommend! My boyfriend was not feeling well before checkout and I requested late check out. The staff at reception kindly helped me. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you!

One small complain. As my boyfriend was not well I asked reception if they can help us call a taxi upon checkout. However, the lady at reception didn’t really want to arrange a taxi for us this time. She said it’s faster to stop a taxi outside and we need to wait for the arranged taxi, which could be true indeed. My partner and I didn’t want to bother her as she seemed busy and reluctant. So we went out. Ended up taking the metro as the taxi passed us were all reserved/taken at the time and it was too hot outside for someone who was sick to wait outside. Please, next time if your guest requests a taxi, they might have a good reason. Please help them if that’s not too much trouble.

the room was spacious and very clean. the view we had of the city was beautiful! Even tho i didn’t know much japanese, the staff was super helpful on transferring our luggage to tokyo. i would 10/10 recommend this place, there is also a family mart and train that is super close to the hotel which was very convenient. when it came down to doing laundry all we had to do was put the clothes in the machine and you can go back in your room and keep track of how much time was left instead of sitting in the laundry room the whole time which i loved. Thank you for being kind and helpful.

Very clean and new. Convenient location next to train station and Starbucks! A/C works perfectly and keeps the room at the set temperature the entire day (versus shutting everything down when you pull the room key card).

Room was small but that is expected from a typical Japanese Business hotel (I stayed 6 nights and had to live out of my suitcase versus hanging clothes). On last day, I had to leave early (5:15AM) and staff told me that hotel policy does not allow them to book a taxi before 7:00AM (my friend asked in Japanese so it was not a communication issue).

The hotel was located in a quiet zone, well communicated with public transport. The breakfast was very complete, and they have a good coffee. Staff was friendly and they show a great professionalim, congratulations.

We ask for three beds in the same room, thing that I do not recommend you, because the room became really small. The distribution of the room was strange, with the bathroom sink in the middle of the narrow corridor towards the beds. An insect was "eliminated", we could blame on the works outside near the hotel. The bar-restaurant is not very big, and if you do not wake up early, you will have to wait a little bit.

Really good standard room, good size bathroom and storage. Right next train station (subway and mainlines), the city mall has a LOT to offer. Reception and check in was super smooth, used the touch screen so did not have to communicate too much with staff and our language barrier. However, all staff when we spoke to them were so accommodating and willing to answer any of our questions. The laundry and how it connects to the screen was a good feature. Love the amenities which we could take of we needed. Would stay here again.

The room was decent but with two bigger suitcases, it did make the room feel smaller as we were always moving them around to get to the bathroom, or opening main door etc.

Overall feel was very nice, high-end. Pre-Check-in and Post-Check-out, they held onto our luggage which was very kind, and for me the thoughtfulness that they had the laundry and restaurant situation inside the TV was good too! Plus, every room had its own wifi. The Bathroom was nice too. A Bathtub where the water has the exact temperature you wanted to set (unlike in some other hotels,,) and the sink was big too. They also had cups for brushinf the teeth and a good hair dryer

Not that i didn't like it cuz it's normal but you don't have that much floor space, so it's difficult to access the luggage, however it was still doable! One thing that bugged me was that there was no ventilator i could change the settings at in the bathroom. I felt like the ventilator was turned on bht it was not veey strong, so if you took the bath and maybe had to go for number two, it wasn't a pleasant situation cuz the air yk

The overall experience is very good, with convenient transportation, quiet and comfortable surroundings. The toiletries are very good, and the bathtub is a bonus. The cups could be a bit cleaner, but it doesn't significantly affect the overall experience. I may want to stay here again and choose a larger room!

The pillow is a bit low. The thermos and water cups can be a bit cleaner but overall it doesn't affect too much. It will be 100% perfect if both are improved.

Loved the location as we had a shopping mall just opposite (which was above the Subway station) and a Family Mart just a stone's throw away. The staff was also extremely helpful in providing guidance on how to get to the airport, and helping us with the questions we had.

We got a Triple Room where an additional bed was added into a Double Room. Would have loved a slightly bigger room to accommodate the third extra bed, which also came smaller and shorter than the normal single bed size. We otherwise had a cozy and extremely squeezy stay which was OK for 2 nights but maybe not anything more than that.

Large range of additional amenities available for everybody on the first floor like toothbrush and face cleaning products. Smart tv with the ability to mirror cast from your smartphone. Clearing service. Self check in and check out.

In order to get the iron, you have to ride upper or lower floors as there are only 2 where you can find them. The bed was too hard for us to sleep comfortable and the duvet was too thick to sleep underneeth even on the colder days with the AC on. Albo there is very little space to put your bags.
