The hotel is very close to the Juso train station, a main hub from where you can get direct trains to the city center but also to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and other locations. The room was clean and we had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toothbrush. FYI, the washing machine does not have a dryer, but you can use the shower area as one, clever :) The area is very lively, but not loud. You get a variety of restaurants and bars, but also all kinds of supermarkets and shops. There is also a Shinto shrine right next to the building. We liked it so much we booked the same place again for our next Osaka trip in March,

Excellent check in instructions and directions. Modern, sunny and quiet unit with great detailed information on using all the facilities which includes a washing machine. Great location with short, 5 min walk to Juso Station which gives easy access to Kyoto, Kobe and surroundings.

Unit has a convertible bed couch not very comfortable as a couch and makes the small area even smaller and more difficult to utilize. Could use a table and two chairs to improve the comfort of sitting and also eating.

location very handy - 5 min stroll to juso station which is a great junction for Osaka and also good for local hankyu trains to Kobe and Kyoto . within sight of the juso arcade. lots of local food options, not a fancy neighborhood, though safe and functional. basic household appliances supplied-,if staying more than a couple days would supplement as given the bare minimum. not luxurious, good value for money and certainly more room than a hotel room at this price.

while staff response on line was fast and efficient. (they kindly let us check in a couple of hours early, which might be why room not so clean and garbage was not emptied-) there is no staff on premises, they have a book which gives instructions on appliances but some are for other models eg doesn’t include instructions on trash disposal . heater /ac needs cleaning. . the furniture is awkward for the space, hard to rearrange, western tastes would welcome a chair or desk. it’s ok if you are accustomed to living in Japan, but would be difficult if it’s your first time in a Japanese style home.it could be great with different furniture. nice view of simple park outside.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. The room, the view, the location. It had everything i needed and made my stay in osaka so much easier. The place was almost perfect. The park downstairs is amazing to relax in and there are shops nearby. The train starion is also very close.

I wouldn't call it not liking, but i'll mention some missing stuff here so you can be prepared if you choose this place. The room didn't have a dryer machine, and you either had to use the balcony, which wasn't that effective in the winter or the shower dryer, which was loud and an iron for the clothes wasn't in the room so you have to get one yourself

An amazing location for food and entertainment, just a quick train ride to Umeda for travel anywhere around Osaka. The self check-in and check-out information provided was very thorough, I was also sent a video for guidance. The room itself has everything you need for a 3 to 12 day stay. Having the washing machine was invaluable. I loved having a balcony, I enjoyed standing on it and listening to the cicadas.

The room was fairly well cleaned, but there were a couple of long hairs (I have short hair) around the property and dust on surfaces.

First of all - it's great for the price. It's so good that I decided to stay in same place next time when I am in Osaka (literally two weeks from moment when I wrote this review). Good thing: - Nice bathroom - Separate toilet and bathroom (not that important when you are solo, but very nice when you are traveling with someone) - Nice, not to hard, not to soft bed. I personally very liked it. - Basic but having everything necessary kitchen. - Small, but nice, balcony. - GREAT LOCATION - Amazing price:quality ration

To be honest I hoped that there will be small desk. I do not need anything special, but small desk for late night gaming and small work would be great. There is small table, but it's very low and good for coffee drinking/eating only. Still amazing price to quality ration.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was quite spacious for the Japanese standards. You have your own kitchen and utilities, including microwave, water heater, and washing machine in the bathroom. There's even a scale at the front door, so you can check the weight of your baggage. Nearest station is 4 min away and has several shops/restaurants nearby.

The apartment smelled a bit of cigarettes, probably due to the park being next door, where people hang out to take a break and smoke. There are also ocasional evening hangouts in the park, which can continue into the night.

What I like most about the Juso AFP Apartment Hotel is its proximity to Hankyu's Juso Station, just 3 mins' walk. From there you can get trains going to Kyoto and Kobe, very convenient and at a very good price. Just one station and you can get to Osaka Station where you can board the JR trains, and also the metro. The apartment itself is very nice and clean, too. The living room is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen where you can make your dinner and/or breakfast. The toilet and the bathroom are separated, too. Though the apartment is rather close to Juso station, in the room you can't hear the noise of the trains passing by. Actually during the night it is absolutely quiet. On the way to the Juso station is a shopping street where you can find restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores. So if you are planning a trip to Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe, this is an ideal base for you.

Better than good, great. The price was great, the location better. Easy train ride wherever as it was a main station nearby Juso . Room utensils for cooking was great and the fridge.( We had breakfast at home every morning). Lots of shops , 7/11 , restaurants and mini marts. Easy walk. Washing machine and heaps of space from 2 adults and large bags The host was contactable 18 hrs a day by sms, quick response. Couldn't fault anything, every time I am in Osaka I'll stay here.

The location was great. Just a few min walk from the station. And all the restaurants are around , so very convenient. also the station nearby has access to Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe. That makes the trip easier. Also the room is nice and cosy, clean. I really appreciate about the bed was nice and firm and cosy. I cannot believe how cheap the price was. We will differentially come back.

We could move the sofa, but that makes it hard to open the closet.
