Room size was fairly large when compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and quite modern. Beautiful bar on the roof with a view of the city, although it was a little on the expensive side. Location is quiet and close to the metro entrance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beer was offered for an hour in the evening.

The location is a little bit far from the main attractions of Osaka, such as Dotonbori street. We mainly travelled by metro since most places were not within walking distance. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity are somewhat scarce, one would have walk to find more options.

We chose the family style room so we could have a bit of space for our 3 nights in Osaka and it was perfect! Having a little lounge area as well as ample bedding space was great. Easily had room for our 4 large suitcase. Having two sinks was super handy for a family of 4 & the shower was great! Nice and close to subway station entry Convenience store on the corner Nice and quiet street Breakfast was enjoyable Staff were all friendly The Bar on the top floor is a nice place to enjoy a drink and soak up the view

Considering they seem to offer everything else, it’s odd they don’t have any washing machines/laundry. The only other negative I have was the lighting for the mirror to do your makeup wasn’t ideal. Not usually something that bothers me as I have a pretty basic & quick routine, but the lighting really was tricky. Think it was made for the ‘vibe’ more than practicality.

Everything! This hotel is within walking distance of everything you could ever want. From the castle to the food areas. To the hitachi tower. I had breakfast at the castle every morning because of the ease of getting there this hotel provided. The staff were very kind. Very patient and understanding. Left my luggage with them. By the time I checked in, it was already waiting in my room The facilities were great! I had vouchers provided, and free drinks. But because I ate out, I didn't use them. However, I want to stay here again when I come back to osaka. For me, this is the place to go! Its 5 stars. So hopefully when I know more japanese, I will be able to use more of the bar and restaurant facilities ありがとございます

This place was flawless!!

Superb location! Subway station is just a stone throw away, and can get you to most tourist spots without having to switch lines. There is a 7-11 just 30 seconds away, and a supermarket which is about a 10 minutes walk. Many other convenience stores nearby. Room is spacious for Japan standard, and very clean. Room comes with everything we need. Great internet and comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming staffs. Free beer every evening. Definitely will stay here again!

The lighting in the room could be better. It was too dark/dim for our liking.

Great hotel, feels super cosy, staff incredibly nice. They have an amenities bar with face masks and nice cosmetics which was amazing for a little pamper session. 7/11 close by of course to get snacks, but the hotel also has a great bar and they serve free beer for an hour every afternoon. When asked for directions to the airport staff was very helpful. Multiple train stations close by as well as good restaurants. Super easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Calm/welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Also offer an eco friendly cleaning schedule and you get drink/food vouchers if you opt for that which we enjoyed because we don't need someone to vacuum every day. Also fit both our suitcases open on the floor and we could still walk around them, so great space in the rooms.

Very well surprised as it's a 3 star and it could easily be a 4. Great location, great interior, room design, roof top. Very modern but not tacky. The room is well designed, access to all the lighting from the main bed, lots of power plugs nearby. Lots of free amenities, very convenient.

It's neat picking but, We were on the 13th floor up to 14th and sometimes, we had to wait few minutes to get a free elevator. The breakfast is not a buffet and limited in quantity; everything except one dish is salt based, a French guy like me didn't have much of a choice. But I have to point out that all dishes are kitchen made, original and good (the rest of the family enjoyed them). So it's just a matter of taste.

This property has an amazing vibe and is well situated in a quiet section of Osaka but still close to all of the major attractions that you would want to visit. The metro (train) station is within a 5 minute walk and there is a 7/11 close by. The room we had, a Premier King was very good in its size with a massive bed that would easily fit four people. The breakfast options are good but if you’re there for more than a couple of days, the rotation isn’t interesting as there are only four items to choose. I would suggest having a mini buffet with cereal, toast and fruit, these four dishes could then be ordered on top if desired.

This property has so much potential yet it just doesn’t quite hit the mark in terms of the vibe it’s trying to project. There is a great DJ and lounge downstairs which is great but it’s in the entry foyer and we were there five days, not really noticing that many people actually attended. There is a bar and rooftop which I think if the DJ were relocated upstairs, along with the happy hour which runs during the week, it would be much better. We went to the bar once for drinks but not many people were there which is a shame as there is a pretty good view.

Great spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Lots of little spaces to hang out beside the room. Free tea/coffee most of the time. Great location near station and 7 eleven. I would stay again.

On the 12th floor We could hear thudding noise through the night from the bar on the 14th floor above at the front of the building. Our toilet room really needed a deep clean as there was an odour in the room. They’ll offer you 500yen per night to skip housekeeping but will still replace your towels daily. But you’ll miss the daily free water bottle replenshing and only towels get replaced- not floor mats. Go for it if you’re an eco warrior. Sadly the Free Coffee machine was out of order the 5 nights of our stay.

The room was a good size - large by Japan standards Bed was comfortable Room was very clean Great shower Lots of small cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Mostly Japanese menus, waiters, etc but thankfully there is Google Translate Convenience stores all nearby Walking distance to metro/ subway station

Reception is located on the 2nd floor and is just underwhelming. Manned by young personnel - gives the impression that this is one of those trainee hotels (?) Similarly the front desk staff were underwhelming - I did not find them helpful or welcoming Very strict on check in time and reminded about the check out time again and again and again And reminded on the additional costs should we be a minute late from checking out!

Loved the styling and space (room and communal areas) of this new hotel which gave us a welcome break from other small/cosy Japanese accommodation. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Room very comfy and large. We liked the ambience of the room. Having separate toilet from shower room and sink area was good. Had nice relaxed drinks in the evening.

Location was fine but we ended up using trains and taxis a lot (traffic can be busy) to maximise our 2 night stay in Osaka so would recommend planning where you want to spend most of your time before booking. Breakfast options for vegetarians should cater more to Western tastes as well (hot soup for breakfast?) And better coffee!
