Always love staying in the Honmachi area! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a few minutes from the train station and a short walk to Hommachi shopping street, which connects directly to Shinsaibashi and Namba. One straight street of endless shopping and amazing restaurants! Also, love the large bathroom and complimentary coffee/tea!

The rooms were spacious enough for the price. The location was also convenient to do the sightseeing points we planned as it was near a major subway line. The breakfast was also good for the price. I also appreciated the staff's help in forwarding our luggage.

It was a bit of a wait for the elevator as there is only one for the entire building! I was also a little unimpressed with one member of the staff that was working at the front desk the morning we checked out. He rolled his eyes while talking to me and also was very curt and rude compared to his colleague that graciously helped us set up our luggage forwarding. Maybe he was having a bad day, but really put a bit of a damper on the end of our stay.

The location was great - It was a 2-300m walk from the station. There's a Lawson's (Like a 7-11) just opposite the hotel. It's one station away from Shinsaibashi and Umeda, both great locations for tourists and shopping. It's nice and clean and bigger in size given that Japan is known for smaller hotel rooms.

Not that I didn't like it, but the spa/massages get booked out! So I didn't get to give that a go. There's no eating in the lobby - which is strange given there's no place to eat in the room. (No chair or table which we can put a simple meal.)

Loved the breakfast. The room was decent size, had this expectation of small rooms in Japan but was shocked by the huge bathroom in it. The location is also great as the metro station is nearby and easy to navigate.

Cleaning is not everyday which I feel it should be. And the front desk staff manager was very rude. The other staff was courteous. Not sure what irked the manager. He did not respond to my query of where my luggage was and kept staring at his desktop. Not professional at all.

The location is great. The room is big and clean. If you are young and strong to carry your luggages via stairs from the metro station , this hotel is very nice and recommended.

There is just one elevator in the hotel so you need to wait for a long time. The location is great but there is no elevator near the Honmachi exit 3. You may need to carry all luggages by using stairs at the station(there is elevator at other exit but far from the hotel) if you have an elderly with your trip its not recommended to travel via metro.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this accommodation. The room was exceptionally clean and, by Japanese standards, quite spacious, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and catered to European/American tastes, offering sausages, toast, jam, butter, fruit, and cereals. The location was fantastic, close to several metro stations, and within a 10-minute walk to the main shopping street or about a 40-minute stroll along it to the heart of Dotonbori. Highly recommended!

Great location with two subway stations within walking distance. A couple of stops to the city center (Dotonbori) or to the train station. The room has a nice bathroom, allowing you to pamper yourself after a busy day of sightseeing.

There is only one lift in the hotel, so expect queues, especially in the morning during breakfast hours. By the way, the breakfast is rather monotonous and boring, but nevertheless it will not let you get hungry.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, very close to the subway Midosuji and Sakaisuji lines, and about a 10-20 minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The hotel desk staff spoke very good English and the service was excellent! Luckily, when we arrived, our reserved room had already been cleaned and the desk staff allowed us to enter the room early to rest. The bathroom was very spacious and the bathtub was large enough for us to have a good bath and rest! We stayed at this hotel for the few days we were in Osaka, and the transportation to Universal Studios, Osaka Castle, Dotenkaku, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi was really convenient! This was my first time traveling to Osaka, thanks to the hotel for adding more enjoyment and comfort to my trip!

The soundproofing is a little bad, but the trip was exhausting so it hardly made a difference.

The free cappuccino/latte machine was such a treat after a cold winter day sight seeing. Your room comes with Japanese PJ's to wear, they were so cozy. The shower has hot water showing the degrees. It was very quiet during our stay. Also, the mirror removes the condensation accumulation from your shower! It's the little touches that the Japanese do with such excellence that make one feel so pampered.

I had to pay ~ $14 extra to check in early. But we needed to from an over night flight of sleep loss.

Location is great, train station is next door! Easy to get to city center. Lots of food around! Staff are friendly and helpful.

There is no cleaning until the 4th day, but no broom provided in the room. Also the shower pressure is so good the water leaks to the floor, there is no drain in the bathroom outside the shower making a bit of a mess. Also no eating in the communal area is a bit strange? We don’t have a broom to clean up or an option to change bin bags yet we can’t eat in the area with those amenities? It’s just a bit strange really.
