Best location is Osaka!!! It would be hard to top this location. You can access to the hotel from an elevator at exit 18 of the subway, which is a real advantage especially when it rains a lot. Family mart on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Hot shower worked well. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was really small. I’m 165-cm tall and my husband is 171-cm tall and I think we both are considered as average sized. We were a bit struggling to move ourselves in the room. The luggage can only be fully opened one at a time. But I would still stay at this hotel again because everything else was perfect.

Apa hotel was close to a mall and dontonbori it’s like 20 minutes walk, the room was big if you are a solo traveller.

The fridge freezer didn’t work even tho I turned the switch on. It took like a while for my water to get cold.

The location was excellent! Right near Midosuji street which looked adorable with all the Christmas lights. We usually ended our nights with a cup of coffee from the Starbucks nearby and a nice walk, or some 7/11 :) Probably the best out of all :) Our room had a nice view of the street, which was a plus. The hotel is located near a metro station, but we usually explored the city by foot. Staff was very nice to send a follow-up message, about some things we forgot in our room.

We found some stains in the bathroom that looked like blood. Staff did not speak much English, so we never received an answer of what that was. We went to Tokyo after our Osaka trip, at another APA hotel. But we accidentally checked-out a day earlier from our Osaka hotel than supposed to. Would've appreciated a refund for the night, since the hotel was not overbooked & we paid extra at the same hotel chain.

The location of the hotel is in a great neighbourhood, not that far from all sightseeing locations, cafes and restaurants. 3 minutes on foot is the Metro access, so you can go fast in any direction, in 15 minutes to Osaka station and Shin-Osaka station, if you are catching the Shinkansen train. The hotel restaurant was good, the variety of choice for breakfast. Aim to get the room on the higher floor of the hotel, the view is amazing, especially at night. The size of the room was ok, clean, with all necessary amenities. On the second floor of the hotel is "Family mart" store, working 24/7.

There are 5 elevators in the hotel, and still the waiting time is long sometimes, especially during the check-out time. The room cleaning service is every 3 days (they will on a daily basis provide you with the clean towels), but the bins are too small, if you have a couple of plastic water bottles, you will fill the bin in a day, or two maximum.

This hotel has the Hommachi subway station directly under the hotel,so it's great if you're taking the train from Kansai airport.From Kansai airport take the train to namba station then take the Midosuji line to Hommachi station..Also the hotel has a Family mart on premises and a 7/11 just outside on the corner..And if you like walking it will take around 25 minutes to get to the Glico man sign.,or take the subway only 2 stops away in 5 minutes to namba station..I would stay here again if I returned

Lifts can get busy at times.

It's one block from the famous shopping street, the tail end opposite direction. plenty of stores to stop along the way before you reach the famous running man. Food is everywhere, there's a restaurant, very tall tower, subway is just below the hotel, and they have a family mart and Cafe inside as well. I would definitely stay here again. Especially for all the great shopping options.

Only downside of this place, I would not recommend the dinner buffet, it was cold, tasteless, and not many options. I was shocked how terrible it was for $25-30 I had the option plus alcohol and even the wine was horrible. I was gonna try the breakfast buffet in the morning but decided against it after dinner. The tip toe Cafe was good though. Also, only hotel I've ever been to in the WORLD where you pay to use the pool. I've been on 4 continents, 35 plus countries. Didn't plan to use it anyway.

What I liked about this place is its convenient location, being super close to the station. There’s also a convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab food whenever you’re hungry. The daily service was a nice touch, as they provided fresh bath towels every day. We stayed on the 25th floor, which offered a great view, and with several lifts available, going up and down was hassle-free. The room itself had a TV and excellent lighting options to suit different moods. The toilet was clean and equipped with multiple settings, adding to the comfort.

Overall, we didn’t have any bad experiences during our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the accommodations met our expectations.

The rooms in the bed areas are much larger than in other APA hotels I've stayed at. This hotel had many cool amenities like a pool and an in house Family Mart convenience store. I didn't get to use the pool because it was winter. The area the hotel is nice as it's directly connected to the Midosuji Line subway station via staircase/elevator. The staff were incredible and spoke English. They were very accommodating with my mistake of forgetting my key in the room for example. The area is also great as there is a shopping street with many restaurants across the street in the direction of the bentley dealership. There's also a large 7/11 on the corner of the street adjacent to the hotel.

The Laundromat on the basement was busy and should be expanded or more machines should be added on other floors. It's not the hotel's fault, but there is a nearby expressway or freeweay, and loud sounds are heard at night with performance cars/some time of street racing.

I recently (5-9 dec 2024) had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect—situated right in the heart of the city (near their specific shops) with easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, and iconic attractions. It made exploring Osaka incredibly convenient. The room amenities exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, and equipped with everything I could possibly need—comfortable bedding, a large TV, fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with premium toiletries. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The morning buffet offered an impressive selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the standout features was the complimentary spa access. After a long day of sightseeing, relaxing in the serene spa area was a true luxury. It was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, providing a calm retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was marked by kindness, professionalism, and punctuality. They were always eager to assist, offering great recommendations and ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Overall, this hotel truly goes above and beyond to deliver an outstanding guest experience. If you're visiting Osaka, this is the place to stay! P.S. After you check-out, you can leave your bags at the hotel, while you visit the city.

However, for those who prefer a more spacious room, it’s worth noting that the room size was relatively small, which might not suit everyone. Overall, while the room size might be a consideration for some, the hotel delivers an exceptional experience in every other aspect. Highly recommended for a visit to Osaka!

Everything was great. The hotel is amazing, my room was at 28th floor and had great views over the city. The bed was very comfortable and linens very soft. Facilities as AC, lightning in the room and clock were at a hand so can easily use them. You can opt for breakfast wich is a kind of brunch so you can serve it also vry late till midday, and for dinner, and pay for them extra to the reception desk. The prices are more than reasonable, lot of very tasty dishes. At the 2nd floor there is a convenience store, and also you can take the elevator from the building, to go to the metro station ( 3 metro lines available). I didn't try the spa area, maybe next time. It is a great place to stay în Osaka, close also to Dotonbori area (arround 1,2km).
