This hotel is close to Tennoji Station and has a Don Quijote on Floors 1-5. You can even access the hotel from Don Quijote if you have your hotel key card while you are shopping. Security is pretty serious. You need to tap your key card in the elevator to access any hotel floor, and the elevator can go to the first floor or the reception floor without a key card. The laundry machines can take a while to dry clothes, so it helps to do laundry at odd times so you’re not struggling to get machines. The staff is friendly and even kept luggage after check out so we could catch the train later in the day without carrying it around.

Nothing bad to say. A towel bar fell off the wall, but the staff was kind and said they would repair it ASAP.

Hotel ‘s location is perfect, very close to JR and metro station.

The bed is not so comfortable, and pillow is too hard and too high.

The location is great for this area, a very short walk away from the stations. The hotel is very clean, and there's a nice space to sit at at the reception floor. It's also on the same building with Donki, though there is no noice coming into the hotel part from the shop part.

It's a basic business hotel, which coupled with the areas lack of good bars and restaurants means that it might not be the best vacation spot. It's still very convenient if you need to be in Tennoji.

The room is of adequate size. Location is near Tennoji station; 10-15min for walking impaired person. You have to take lift from station to skybridge to cross over road to Via Inn. Lots of eating places at Tennoji, none around/near hotel. Donki 1-5 floor; prices seem cheaper in day than night. Hotel check in 7 floor

Housekeeping can be improved. Onsen can be available. Variety of amenities wider.

The location is perfect 👍🏻 Super close to the JR and the subway. We were able to travel to the famous tourists spots within 30 mins. It is also very convenient for us to travel to Kyoto and Nara!

They should renew some furniture like the night lamp instead of just using tape to fix it. The wallpaper in the bathroom is also damaged with the tape on it.

Both of which are good.

Location is very good, just right next to Don Quijote and a walk away from Abeno Harukas Observatory and surrounded by plenty of big shopping malls. Mattress is more towards the firm side, but my wife and I don't mind firm beds.

- Not near a station with elevator on any of the exits. Have to carry big suitcases through stairs, although the hotel is about 7-10 mins away from train station. - Need to pay extra for some amenities

very comfortable and convenient location. the hotel is on top of Don Don Donki, and next to all the shops, and in walkable distance to Tennoji station. The room i stayed got the view of the park , so it is very relaxing. all the amenities are very nice and convenient!

Best location, direct train to the hotel from airport. Best for you to spend you first day and last day in Japan . The receptionist Mr Abe with bright character made my day even better. And most craziest thing is they connected to don quijote in 5th floor and open for 24 hr. Man, all you need in Japan is here
