Clean room , facilities and helpful staff. There is a convenience store next to the side entrance where we could get some fresh fruits and snacks. No need to queue for coin washer/dryer as there are many at different level. We had a great stay !

Great value hotel, breakfast was included in my price. The Onsen was fantastic with a sauna inside also. I stayed in the annex part of the hotel and found the recent renovation (with in five years) was well done. The annex also had three laundry areas for washing and drying and was free! Bonus!! Also from the lobby between 3pm & approximately 8pm was a free coffee machine... I believed i turned up at 2pm and was offered my room. I though i might need to sit for an hour to get the room. An hour or two before checkout, i extend and pay for another three hour (the maximum) stay. Bonus as checkout is 11am and the hotel phoned for a taxi at 2pm for me... Really impressed...

If i had to pick one thing, there was a no room wear (supplied pyjamas) policy, not to wear the room wear to breakfast... Ive stayed at meany hotels in Japan and this was the first time i had come across this!

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms we had were spacious and well-designed. The lighting diagram near the bed was super helpful!! Why doesn't every Japanese hotel have this? The lighting in the room was sophisticated and effective. Having a sink in the room proper (and not crammed in a tiny bathroom) was a huge help. The sink design itself is a wide shape, letting two people get ready simultaneously. The bath situation was excellent and also had a cold plunge along with a sauna and popsicles afterwards. The buffet was especially excellent, including regional specialities, and small but fantastic details like frozen coffee cubes to not dilute ice coffee, a Balmuda toaster for crispy, fluffy toast, tasty soup curry, high-quality soymilk, excellent roasted potatoes, and on an on. This buffet is well thought-out and executed. Done with heart for sure. Give the chef a raise! Location was excellent. Right near Odori Park and Isamu Noguchi's legendary Black Mantra Slide, which my son enjoyed playing on...ok, me too... Lovely, helpful, cheerful staff. Definitely would use again!

Not the fault of the hotel, but bath users should follow the bath rules... Like take your towel back to your room, rather than leaving it on the floor. It would be good to have a slope for luggage at the entrance.

The hotel has a little spa which is good for relaxation. It is also good location for walking to interesting places.

Staff members are so awesome! I really appreciated everything about it. The room is spacious and the onsen was just perfect! There are amenities you can get from the lobby if you need more. I hope to use this hotel again and I really enjoyed this place as the first hotel in Sapporo.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro but there is an airport shuttle bus stop (like 150 meters) away so look before you come to Sapporo! :)

The Queen room was compact and had all the amenities. They have free laundries on every third floor in the Annex building, no coins required! You could scan a barcode to see how busy the breakfast room and onsen were. Breakfast was great in a nice spacious room on the second floor. Enough vegetarian options but you would struggle as a vegan. A mix of Western and Japanese foods so you would find something to eat. The location was average. A little away from the city centre but close enough to walk and Odori Park was just nearby. Lots of car rental shops nearby. The benefit of this location was that it was 1 min to a vegan whole foods restaurant called LOHAS that served incredible meals.

They had an eco-cleaning system in place so they would clean the room after 3 nights. They did leave fresh towels each day but I would have preferred a more frequent cleaning schedule, maybe every 2 nights.

Loved how clean the room was. Washroom was just big enough and had enough counter space to do everything. Shampoo and Conditioner smelled amazing. Staff were also very attentive and nice! Amenities are self-served at the lobby. Free coffee/tea at lobby as well.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not very. Each bed came with 2 pillows but they were too soft and had no structure. I still slept fine since I was very tired. Also, you must specifically request for new bathmat towels/hand towels if you want them. Otherwise, they will just give you a clean bath towel and small towel everyday.

Our room had so much space. We had a group of four and never felt cramped. Loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff was kind and happy to help. Great location, a short walk to O-dori park and Susukino.

Nothing about the property, but a fair warning. If you are planning on taking the train here, be mindful that you will be A)trucking your luggage up lots of stairs and B) dragging it through snow and ice in the winter. There is not a single cleared path to the hotel from the closest train stations we were at.

Hotel has a Japanese bath spa with 2 massage chairs and comes with free ice cream! There were complimentary origami paper on arrival which was very cool! Close to bus Limousine that takes you to New Chitose Airport. Nice, quiet side street hotel and had 7/11 and local supermarket.

Location wasn't very convenient, approximately 20 mins to main city centre. Staff spoke limited English. Bathroom was slightly dirty where stuff was coming out the drain.

The public bath/sauna is a must whenever comes to selecting a hotel in Japan. It is big enough with relaxing area wich equipped with massage chair n TV. The 3 bed room is specious in comparison with other tiny room in Japan. Breakfast was decent and good value, with very fresh and plenty of selections including western and Japanese styles. Coffee was good.
