I liked the atmosphere, the free amenities, cozy lounge and the cafe! Staff were great en bathrooms always clean. The vanities with dyson hairdryers felt very luxurious.
I felt a little uncomfortable about the securitycamera in the bedroom. Have never experienced this before. Had to change clothes in bed or in the shower.

Everything is perfect, the Onsen is the best !! The bed is super clean, the staffs r nice and the location is great. They provide u the toothbrush, the earplugs , the bath towel, the free washing machine and so on. The smoking area is outdoor on the 5th floor which is nice.
They can’t keep ur suitcase on the day of check out which is a bit inconvenient. But it’s alright

I stayed in this capsule hotel in 2019 and early 2020. It seems that this place shut down temporarily due to COVID but is now operating again. It still feels as fresh as it did several years ago and still has the same modern, fancy Japanese feel to it. Dorms and beds are spacious, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was very good. Lockers are provided and are big enough to fit luggage suitcases and some bags. There were three toilets available on each floor with their own sinks. There’s also a general powder room with sinks. Showers are on the top floor and they also have a small spa available for both men and women. I was able to have the spa to myself a few times which was nice and made me feel like it was 2019 again when I first stayed here. There were like 6 or 8 shower stalls, which is plenty. There’s also a free washer/laundry in the shower room. There are no English instructions on the washer, so you would have to use an app like Google Translate or get help from staff if you don’t understand Japanese. Location is in a quiet area. It’s about a 6 minute walk from exit A6 of Asakusabashi station if you take metro. Though location is pretty quiet, there are still enough convenience stores and restaurants around. There’s also a cafe on the bottom floor. To find the hotel in Google Maps, I just searched “Our Our Hotel”
- Luggage storage is not available after checking out (can still leave luggage before check-in). - There is light music playing from opening to closing time of the cafe. I didn’t have a problem with it, but others may be more noise-sensitive. - Paper towel dispensers in the powder room are not very effective. - I didn’t get any messages or emails after booking my stay this time. I suppose they are still re-setting up here on Booking.com.

I stayed in this accommodation first for 10 nights and then again 3 nights. It was easy to find and I really liked everyone who worked there because they all were very friendly. Check in and out was easy and it was very clean everywhere. Big plus because of the bath upstairs, it was the best. I can really recommend this place!
This was not the accommodations fault, but there came a group of people that was very noisy and they were leaving trash everywhere. They had alarms ringing 4:30 every morning and they wouldn't stay quiet even if I told them to do so. Very disrespectful people. I understand that in accommodations like this there might be noisy sometimes but these kind of people really piss me off because they are not even trying to consider other people.

Safe and quiet neighborhood, big lockers, super clean space and I was allowed to try the female onsen (I'm heavily tattooed), the lights and all USB/plug sockets worked.
You can't leave your bags when you check out

Super wide+comfy bed. Interior is stylish too. And it’s at a price of about two dorm beds (probably it was newly reopened). Hotel/hostel guest has a good discount (around 20% maybe) for coffee. Very glad for my decision of staying over with this place.
Luggage storage could be an issue, because they don’t have a luggage room. So when I was staying, only on the day of arrival and not departure they offered luggage storage. Hopefully they would sort it out later.

I've been traveling for 7 years and it's one of the best places I've stayed so far.in the top 10 for me. The staff is polite, helpful, and generally clean place. The food and drinks at the cafe on the first floor are delicious. above standards in terms of quality. love regards, Servet.

Great stay, I’ve stayed at so many hostels, this place was very comfortable and quite clean.
The location is quite remote from most places, quite the far walk from public transport. There isn’t a common space really for the guests to relax. Just on the 2nd floor in the lobby and it’s quite tight and not really a place to stay long. Also there’s no kitchen really. I don’t need a full kitchen, but just like a fridge, with a toaster and some cutlery is good.

certainly the BEST hostel/dormitary/stay I've ever been to! staffs are super kind, the room and the facility was super clean and well organized, everything seemed so clean. Lockers are huge for my huge bags. they have onsen, so super helpful in tokyo (you know your legs sore after 20,000 walks). It's near askakusa. the neighborhood is so quiet and clean and safe too. Definitely gonna visit here when I visit tokyo again!!! 한국어 하시는 분 너무 친절하고 감사했습니다 :)!!

The capsule hotel is easy to get to/from Narita, I didn't need to transfer trains (of course this depends on the time). The facilities look brand new, and they are very clean. I did stay on the women's floor and on the mix floor. To enter the women's capsules you must have a key access card, but not for the mix capsules. The showers and the onsen were always clean, and the coffee shop downstairs is pretty cute. The area around the hotel is pretty quiet, and there are a few konbinis nearby. For dining out, there's not much but there are plenty of shops by the station (Asakusabashi). I'd stay here again but on the women's floor. It's pretty a nice and affordable accommodation.
This time I stayed on the mix floor, I didn't like that there was no key card required to enter the floor. Pretty much you're on the capsule floor when you get off the elevator so to me that's not too safe. Also, the floor was a tad smelly (3rd floor). However, during my stay on the women's floor I had no issue and a key card was required.
