good location, interesting experience

you have to check-out every morning ever if you stay 2-3 nights

everything was perfect except for having to check out everyday and check back in when staying for multiple nights. It was also annoying that the lights were left on in the rooms all night.

I stayed here for nearly a week in March 2024, and have booked the accommodation a couple of weeks before coming. The place is perfectly located 20 minutes walking from Shibuya scramble crossing and only 3/4 minutes walking to the nearest station. Facilities are kept very very very neatly and clean. Staff is always available and kind. Capsules are comfy and lockers are well organised.

Every day all guests need to check-out due 10am and can check back in from 2pm. This is because of cleaning times, and can be seen across different parts of Japan. While quite common, however, it can be a bit annoying as guests HAVE to always be out during those hours. Bags and all can be kept in the lockers, but nothing can be kept on the bed (or in charge, for instance). It’s simply something to consider before booking here!

The layout, the facilities and the cleanliness were excellent.

The 10am checkout everyday even if you are staying more than a day. I dont understand why sheets and towels have to be washed everyday. This is wasting resources. So do-C should improve their green practices.

I needed to find a place for one night, I came across this place and it was very good:) The facility was very clean, beds are comfortable, and they have private bathrooms. On top of that, they also give you a place to store your luggage (both big and small), and they give you a pajama set to sleep in. The staff is also very friendly, but their English is limited. At least for the two people that were working when I stayed. I would also like to mention the location of this place is very convienent. It's about a 2-3 minute walk to the station. I definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a one night stay.

The staff was really friendly and they speak English well. The location is great and you can easily walk from Shibuya. The hours you have check out were surprisingly short (10am-2pm) and you have great space for your things; a locker you can lock and some additional shared space you can put a travel bag. You cannot access your things during cleaning hours but you can leave them in the locker which is great!

The matresses in the capsules are very thin so it's not the most comfortable capules but that's common for capules of this type.

The sauna on the top floor was just great benefit to this accommodation. I loved it. In general it was a lovely and clean accommodation. I loved their pillows - they were soft on one side and filled with little balls on the other. Never seen such pillows and I loved the side with little balls. They have an extra room for luggage next to the room with beds - which is such a great benefit - in so many accommodations there is just no space for luggage.

The elevator is a little bit disaster. It’s quite small so especially during busy times it was taking such a long time till it arrived and I was fine because I lived on upper floors but sometimes on lower floors it was just too full so people had to stand there and wait for next round. I would gladly take the stairs instead (additional exercise is always great) but the stairs looks like are there only for emergency purposes which is a pity. Also I’m quite tall (181cm) so when I was sleeping sometimes I touched the bottom of the bed and felt a little guilty that I might be doing noise when people were asleep. But the bed vas very comfortable and I had enough space to have a great rest when 181cm. Not sure how a 190cm person would feel though.

The location is great, next to the train station served by JR. I think it's better than most hostels.

Very basic and crowded but overpriced. Capsules are too small for our North European bodies. We wanted to try and we did for one night.

The hotel had a fantastic location, not too close to the busiest areas of Tokyo like Shibuya or Shinjuku and not so far that travel would be a hassle. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful and the living areas were exceptionally clean. There's a 7-11 right opposite the hotel so you have nothing to worry if you need anything 24x7. This place exceeded my expectations and I'm considering to stay here again when I visit Tokyo in the future!

It was a bit warm at night but I slept through it comfortably.

First things First, don't book this if you have issue with stairs, you gotta climb 2 sets to get there regardless. The place was actually very simple but for the price didnt expect more, it was a little more cramped than other places but it was good enough for me, would recommend staying here if you're alone or with a friend.

Not accessible at all, as I've said you have to climb a couple of stairs to get into the hotel, but that was the only con... Oh yeah their breakfast is just a starbucks card.
