Great value for a hotel. No problem with noise outside during the night. Location was very convenient, where the bus can take you to Ebisu Station, Shirokane Takanawa Station and to Shibuya. —————————————————————————————— BUS TIP: At the exit, turn left and turn left again. When you head towards Mini Stop, there are two bus stops. The bus that heads left will take you to Shirokane Takanawa Station (Nanboku Line to take you to Akasaka, Roppongi, Azabu). The bus that heads right will take you to Ebisu Station and Shibuya which has the JR Yamanote Line. —————————————————————————————— There were restaurants nearby, a bit lively which I prefer. Had washing machines and vending machines for drinks. The staff were very nice and also allowed delivery like Amazon or Rakuten to the hotel as long you specify for the name. Probably the most functional shower I have used haha. It’s probably because it’s in Japan, but the water got hot very quickly which is very convenient. The bed was perfect as a couple, and the pillows weren’t too soft as I was able to sleep easily. I locked myself outside one morning and the reception wasn’t open, but I called someone through the inter-phone they opened it for me easily. Smelled a bit of smoking but it wasn’t as bad as it was super tame. Would definitely come back here again if I need a place to stay!

First time checking in, the corridor felt quite eery. However don’t be afraid as it probably just hasn’t been renovated for a while. I got used to it quickly. Will be annoying for guests if they don’t know how to get to the nearest train station by bus. Wouldn’t recommend if you are claustrophobic or very tall as the room is quite small and couldn’t shower together with my girlfriend.

Very good location there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you straight to Shibuya or other train stations close by. Room was clean and comfortable a typical Japanese hotel/rooms a lot of business people seem to stay there. There’s laundry facilities and kombinis close by. Price for length of stay and area was very good and great for short stays.

Room is small but this is pretty normal in Tokyo but has everything you need en suite, fridge, tv, mini kitchen and AC. We were 2 people and are quite small but if you are tall and bigger might be a bit difficult. There is extra room for you to open your suitcase but we could only open 1 large suitcase at the time. There are also cupboards to but stuff away to make room to move around. No cleaning for stays that are 1 week or less but the reception give you toilet paper, fresh bedsheets and towels and bin bags if you ask them.

The room was extremely clear! I like that so much, never seen so clean rooms. Also, the room itself was big enough comparing to other Japanese cheap hotels and well equipped: fridge, electric stove, hair dryer, all kinds of chargers. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The quiet neighbourhood. Laundry with dryer inside the building on the 1st floor.

Sound isolation doesn't exist. You can hear everything on the street. The hotel located next to the fire station, so sometimes you will hear fire trucks syren. Pretty far from metro station (about 15 min on foot).

The ac and heating unit. Bed comfort wasn’t bad either but needed to buy my own extra pillows outside of hotel since staff denied my request and could not get an extra pillow from front desk.

No extra pillows for more elevated sleep. Asked staff and request was denied so my acid reflux made it hard to sleep. Would wake up coughing on my saliva due to not enough elevation. Thin walls, could hear the people talking and laughing.

It was a greatest experience in Tokyo! The hotel staff were super kind, especially the young gentleman speaking English and helping me with everything I needed, so lovely 😇 I enjoyed of everyday in this hotel and my time in Tokyo ☺️ ありがとうございます^ ^

Everything was clear, and intuitively understandable, so I really have nothing to complain about. Maybe the subway was a bit far, but I love walking and enjoyed the promenade. For those, who need more transportation - 150 meters from hotel there is a bus stop 😉

When we arrived, we were greeted very friendly despite us knowing very little Japanese, the staff were very helpful too whenever we asked them something throughout our whole stay. There’s a lock code system at the front door, and instead of a key you get a card for entry to your hotel room, this system makes you feel very safe and is easy to use. The room itself is good value for money, having a small kitchenette, bathroom and everything you need within a cozy space. Heating was great and the room actually felt warm quickly. The amenities we got in our hotel room were great!

The room has everything; but it is still very small for 2 people during an extended stay. At times, we could hear the TV from other travellers or hear them talk due to the thin walls, and in the evening the Wifi was lagging a bit. Our pillows were a bit on the small & harder side. We had a lot of (much needed) exercise due to the subway being an 18 minutes walk (Hiro-o), but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Although the building was kind of rough on the inside and older, the rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The staff was also very kind and professional. There is also a laundry room in the building and the price of one batch of laundry comes to around 600 yen. The location is great - neighboring Roppongi and very close to Shinjuku. It was also easy to get to other parts of the city such as Shibuya or Asakusa. There is a metro station around 10 minutes away on foot. Even though the location was good, the area is quiet and safe and our room was very quiet as well!

The main downside was the lack the lack of elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be problematic. However, the staff was very kind and offered to help with our luggage. One minor improvement I would suggest is putting up the instructions on how to run the washing machine in English. It was quite complicated to figure it out by ourselves just by using Google translate.

The room was spacious (you could open 2 big sise baggages and a cabin baggage and still have room to walk), the kitchen and the toilet was clean, the staff was extremely helpfull. The location was perfecr with 2 conbinis, 1bus station and 1 metro station very close to the hotel.

The hotel didnt have an elevator and we were at the top floor, with 3 baggages per person. We had to bring them to and from our room with no help. The toilet was small.

Great location, there's a convenience store and lots of cafe & restaurant nearby. The hotel is close to a few train line around 10- 25 minutes walk. Room and bathroom was tiny, but is kinda expected. Though the bed is really comfy but kinda small for 2 people. The whole room is fully equipped.

Wish they were a rack for us to store our bags.

We stayed here for 9 nights, and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Flexstay Inn! The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was great in our opinion and particularly for the price. Bed was really comfortable, and the room was equipped with a small kitchenette and some cooking utensils and a mini stove. Bathroom is small but manageable, we had no problem with it. Everything in the room was clean and there was plenty of ventilation. Previous people have commented on it being far away from the station but there is a bus stop right near the entrance that can take you to major train stations. We found the location great, tucked away and quiet but close enough to get to main attractions. We were on the fourth floor and the Inn doesn’t have a lift, but this didn’t bother us. There is also a coin laundry down the bottom which was perfect and saved us having to walk to a different location to do our laundry. We would stay here again!
