The hotel itself is very nice and felt upscale. The lobby is so pretty. The little amenities they offer are a nice touch. The room is a little bigger than others I stayed in Tokyo. Still was hard to open my suitcase all the way. Located near a train station and an area with several food options. Quieter area but still convenient. Loved having the large bathtub to take baths at night. The price for the room was exceptional and I would definitely stay again

The bed could have been a little comfier. Sheets were a little stiff. Also the room was kind of hot. I sleep best in cold rooms but the temp only went so low. Breakfast was really good but still overpriced.

Very good location - minutes walk from closest train station and perfect to get to local eatery/shopping district while still being quiet. Ammenities were nicely kept, view over the properties to the north was nice and green, fast elevators, and polite staff. Strongest room A/C of all our stays. Good room size in Tokyo and comfortable beds/pillows.

Overall felt very clean, but certain less-used items/areas (phone in bathroom, crevices between bathroom tub and walls, primarily) had fairly heavy dust/black residue build-up.

The room was small but had everything that we needed. It was spotlessly clean. It was in a lovely area with beautiful parks. It was opposite the Imperial Palace Gardens. There are plenty of food options nearby. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station.The hotel provided both Western and Japanese breakfast options.

Nice hotel close to a bunch of stations, so easy to travel around Tokyo. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Room was bigger than others we’d stay in during our trip to Japan. Bed was comfortable and rooms were cleaned each day.

This was my first visit to Tokyo so I am no expert, but I thought this was a great location: a few interesting local attractions to get you in the mood and then great access to the rest of the city through the underground network. Our first room was fine but rather small. We paid a very modest supplement to upgrade to a 2-bed room when that became available and it was excellent. I appreciated the reception staff's flexibility in making this happen.

The first room was manageable but quite small for two. Breakfast had a huge selection but I felt might have been better if they had concentrated on making a few things well.

Excellent hotell, nicely situated about ten minutes from Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station. It is oposite a park and a shrine, with a beautiful view over Shinjuku. Staff was nice and helpful, room clean and bright.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in time and after check out time so we could tour the area after/before our flights. The location is excellent, just a short walk 5-10 min) to the train station. The area felt very safe and was clean. The room was clean and a decent size for two people.

Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot. After running the air for a few hours, it only cooled down by 1-2 degrees. We told the front desk that the room was hot; she went to the back area behind reception and came back to informed us that she turned the air down in the room so it should get cooler. We didn't sleep much the first night as the room was still about 76 degrees. The next morning, I went back to reception to complain again. This time a different lady went back behind reception then came back to inform me the air in the room was not working. They offered us a fan or to move to a room with twin beds. I can't sleep in a hot room, so we took the twin beds. The next room was much cooler.

In a great location, not too busy and only short train rides away from the hotspots

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very was spacious, the view was outstanding both day and especially at night. The there was a coffee maker and fridge which was great for us. The bathroom was nice with a lovely soaking tub, which we enjoyed after a long day of walking around Tokyo. The value is great for what you get in a room as we paid more for some other hotels which were not anywhere near as nice.

With the quality of this hotel, we were surpised there were no laundry facilities. We stayed at other hotels of lesser quality that had laundry facilities, so it was surprising not to find them here. However, this would not keep us from staying here again as the quality of the hotel was wonderful.

Our room was very small and not suitable for people staying more than one night as there was very limited storage space for hanging clothes and no drawers. Our suitcases were stored for us in the hotel luggage room.
