We booked the OMO room for a family of 2A and 3C. It came with a bunk bed that fits 3. The adults slept in the sofa bed which was very spacious. The view was beyond excellent. The food court below the hotel was also a great life saver as we managed to have our meals there when we were too tired to head out (as the walk to the train station was a good 10 to 15 mins). The laundry facilities in the hotel was a great addition too.

The sofa bed (although spacious) was a bit too hard. I had backache after sleeping for a few nights. Location not the best as the walk to the train station was a good 10 to 15 mins. We had breakfast in the hotel one morning but didn't think it was value for money.

The hotel was so peaceful and beautiful, very well maintained. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Location was perfect for us. Gotanda Station on the JR Yamanote Line was the primary line about 5 minutes walk away, and Osakihirokoji Station on the Ikegami Line was super convenient to have around the corner from the hotel. Many convenient stores options nearby like Natural Lawsons and Family Marts. Gotanda has lots of food options and also some izakayas that are open late. Our fave was "Source" for okonomiyaki and teppanyaki, and "Nakau" for some cheap late night Japanese fast food.

I knew that the breakfast at the hotel does not change so if someone reading this is staying more than 3 or 4 mornings like us, the breakfast was no longer exciting by the 3rd morning and we would not recommend paying for breakfast in advance for your entire stay (unless you really like Onigiri in the morning or the American breakfast which had too much bread in my opinion!)

This hotel is really beautiful, clean and fresh. The deluxe room with four beds was very tight for our family of four but very comfortable.

The cost is overpriced.

This hotel had multiple restaurants on the first floor which was very convenient. It even has its own cafeteria on the 14th floor (reception area). The location is also close enough to 2 subway stations. The hotel itself looks pretty clean and new. The staff was very helpful and nice. The view from the room, overlooking the city, was nice as well. No complaints.

The only thing that I didn't like too much was the room size. It was slightly on the smaller size even for 2 people. I guess, smaller rooms are prevalent in all of Tokyo among many hotels.

The staff in the restaurant was not able to serve you just a coffee in the morning. Only full breakfast package or nothing, the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. “If you want a coffee or cuppuchino please come after 11:00 pm” hmm very funny… So go down to Starbucks… strange … The hotel is quite new maybe that is the reason for the staff always seemed a bit confused. No concierge service.

- Location is 5-10 min walk from Gotanda and Osaki Stations, making for a perfect base in Tokyo that isn’t crowded or loud - Many conbinis, drugstores, and cheap restaurants nearby - New, modern, and clean! - Beautiful outdoor terrace area (lit up at night), comfortable indoor seating - Free water dispensers on lobby and 15th floor - Free bedtime tea in lobby in the evening - Self service amenities by concierge with green tea, pjs, etc. so there is no waste - Cashless new laundry room (4 Electrolux washers and 4 dryers), gym, locker room - Rooms were modern, well designed, clean, and spacious especially for Tokyo standards - Plenty of outlets, counter space, and storage space, and couch in room, with tons of natural light and a great view - Excellent housekeeping service - when you skip a cleaning day, they still provide you a bag of fresh towels and garbage bags - Quick and easy to check in and out, with staff providing friendly and efficient service Highly recommend this hotel and would for sure stay again! Nothing - it was perfect!

This hotel is set up to make life easy and comfortable. Stand-outs are the public areas, which were great for relaxing, eating snacks, and people and dog watching. Also, the rooms are big with fantastic views and great, practical amenities. We stayed for 10 days and never once felt cramped. Staff are super helpful and lovely. Over Christmas there was free hot wine and beautiful herbal teas served in the cafe in the evenings. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

It would be great to have lamps above the beds to be able to read at night.

This hotel is located 5 mins from the vibrant Gotanda station, where there are lots of eateries and shops in close proximity. On the ground floor, there is good coffee and food outlets too, with a convenience store next door. The room had an amazing view across Tokyo, the tatami flooring was warm and the hotel provided all the amenities needed. Incredibly spacious and bright, immaculately clean. Very quick to get to Meguro, Shibuya, etc. It's like a more affordable Indigo Hotel (IHG, Shibuya) which we stayed at earlier in the year, but same vibes. Thank you!

All the rooms are on high floors, these rooms can be a little noisy if there is wind so keep this in mind if you have trouble sleeping, maybe bring ear plugs.

the room was just lovely with the view, just the right space and just felt cosy. Apart from minor things that needs tweeking it's just lovely and I would definitely stay again as it's a great hotel overall.

the blinds have gaps on the side so your woken up by the sunlight in the morning too early. Breakfast side options was very limited. With my 3 year old he didn't get his own breakfast and was told to use the side which was very limited and not catered to children. Onigiri was not that yummy, just simple. Pillows was not the best along with the duvet feeling small for some reason.

The hotel was easy to find - very clear entrance. It’s close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Also located near the train. Super clean and great services offering additional items for hygiene and comfort and daily cleaning services. Beds were also very comfy.

Took awhile to figure out how to use the hot water in the shower. Was difficult to properly time the shared washer and dryer space. The room was amazing but when sharing with a lot of people, there’s not a lot of space to take off shoes before entering.
