What we really like is its location to Disneyland. The hotel offers free shuttle to Disneyland. The drop off point is in Maihama Station which is just 5 minute walk to Disneyland. Moreover, Maihama Station is where the train station is. Another thing we like is the availability of convenience store, disney shop, bakery and restaurant within the hotel. Additionally, the room is really nice. The toilet is equipped with Japanese style toilet and is separate to the shower area. The shower has a good sized bathtub which my child really like. They provide hair ties, facial products in addition to the usual toiletries hotels provide. Furthermore, we had a very good view of Tokyo Bay and Mt. Fuji from our window. Lastly, our room is always kept clean by them. Each time we return to our room from a whole day of exploring, we always come back to a clean and well stocked room.

Nicely decorated room which is quite comfy. Shuttle to Maihama station and Disney bay station. Hotel has Disney store, a bakery, a convenient store and souvenir shop that you can buy things youay need. Nice hotel

If you are looking for shuttle directly going to Disney Land or Sea, there's none. After a long day in Disney, you will need to take the tram or walk back to Maihama station to take the hotel shuttle. Otherwise go for Uber.

We loved everything about it. Our family of 5 had the best time at both parks and we were grateful to have a clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to come back to. We were lucky to catch the nightly fireworks each night from our window too! The rooms were spotless every day and they even had a step stool for the little ones to reach the sink. They have a shuttle bus so getting both locations was super easy as well as a convenience store/konbini for late night snacks or breakfast before the mad dash to the parks! The staff went above and beyond to organise our transport at the eleventh hour and we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I liked that there is a convenience store on site so I could grab some bites on the go. I also had a part of my mobility aid fall apart and the hotel staff were super helpful as they had the tools to fix it.

Nothing I disliked about the hotel as such however, it could do with having some rooms fitted for those with disabilities/reduced mobility as currently there aren’t any available. The room I stayed in was just about spacious enough for my and my assistant’s luggage + my mobility aid however there was no grab bars by the toilet for me to maintain my balance.

Excellent location within the Disney Resort. We loved the sea view and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us warm and cosy. The free shuttle bus to JR Maihama station was frequent, making it easy to explore nearby areas like Odaiba. The staff were kind and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Nothing major, but the hotel could benefit from having more shops, as there aren’t many stores in the surrounding area.

We found the hotel exceptionally comfortable. Its convenient location made it easily accessible. The attentive and caring staff further enhanced our experience, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay.

Encountering the apparent supervisor of the check-in counters at 14:30 right at the entrance, and being promptly informed to wait until 15:00 for check-in, left a disappointing first impression, especially considering we hadn't uttered a word. After an exhaustive 18-hour journey, a warmer welcome was anticipated.

Breakfast buffet at this hotel is amazing and worth the extra cost to add it. Very peaceful as there is no bar or nighttime activities to speak of. Due to a typhoon we had to extend our stay and the staff was amazing and helpful. When we talked to the front desk about the air con being too weak for our tastes, they changed our room to one on a higher floor with better view, provided free bottled water and the air conditioning was excellent! Would stay here again.

It’s not the hotel for anyone who wants night life or activity at their hotel. The hotel is perfect for Disney park goers but not for folks wanting to spend their time exploring Tokyo.

Close to disneyland and disney sea. Buffet had many choices and delicious My daughter left her airpods in the room when we checked out, and when I contacted them, they were willing to ship it to someone with address in japan.

Bus doesn’t stop on disneyland. It stops at maihama station where you have to walk far. When we went to disneysea we had to take a taxi since the shuttle bus operates as 7 am and we need to fall in line early for the fantasy springs. The staff didn’t clean the cups inside the toilet as my lipstick mark was still there. And on our last night, the staff didn’t anymore provided us pants for pajamas. The convenience store offered limited rice meals. After disney, people are hungry and would want to eat a hearty meal that could be bought in the store like 7-11 or family mart.

This hotel is not an official Disney hotel, but it had various Disney services/vibes. It's very conveniently located in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort area and provides free bus shuttle service to either the Mahaima Station or the Bayside Station (to catch the monorail to the parks or Ikspiari. The hotel also provided a breakfast buffet, which included a range of Japanese-style to Western-style meals. The food and service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bathroom was better than expected.

Like most hotels in Japan, the room was a bit cramped, but this is a minor thing.

The free shuttle to the monorail for Disney . Great location across the bay and we walked to the where all the stores and restaurants were at . Didn’t eat at the hotel as it’s expensive but they have a nice convenience store and bakery . I booked a massage but didn’t enjoy it as much because I didn’t know they never touch your bare skin but use towels . That’s on me for not asking but the lady was good , just wished I could have felt it more on my back . She did great on my feet ! They have an onset for 2200$ which is nice and clean .
