everything most is the staff

i came with my friend at same date for work purposes. but she was with her husband and for me i was with my father. however, the treatment was different between us. at first day they send her a fresh baqlawa and last day they send her pancakes with we will miss you message but from my side I didn’t received anything.

From the moment I booked my stay until I left the property, the entire staff was extremely welcoming, respectful, helpful, and detail-oriented. Every person I interacted with showed the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. At the Segreta restaurant, Chef Tamara's salmone scottato is a must-try! The establishment itself is conveniently located in downtown Amman. The interior decor is a balanced blend of eastern and western influences that create a high-end, intimate atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable and sound-proof. I also had the pleasure of attending a wedding celebration at the enchanting Astor ballroom. The event was beautifully organized and catered in-house with a generous and varied buffet selection.

I had an overall great experience. I didn't even mind that the weather was heavily rainy and foggy (end of January), it gave me an excuse to stay in and enjoy the property all the more!

Best Hotel I have visited in Amman , I asked the buttler team before my arrival about some services and told them that I'm celebrating my anniversary without asking them for any special arrangements, but they added roses, happy anniversary cake and a letter wishing us a happy anniversary. Truly great staff, hotel and facilities and the most delicious food I have ever tried! Thanks to the whole team, especially the buttler team and the room dining team! I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to repeat it. It's really appreciated!

Everything. Very professional stuff (special thanks to Mr Moustafa reception). You feel welcomed once you arrive till you leave and everything up to standard. The restaurant and breakfast all were perfect

The spa atmosphere was perfect, yet, the masseuse needs to enhance the massage service as it was not as professional as St Regis standard. Other than that nothing, everything was perfect

Cleanliness needs more attention as there are some comments that have been reported to the workers. The furniture and corridors need to be renewed. The hotel also needs more maintenance .More training for the cleaning workers to perform their jobs properly.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of our every need and ensured that our holiday got off to a brilliant start. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was opulent and well-maintained. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, the nibbles with drinks and the personalised cups at breakfast made the stay special.

There was nothing we did not like.

Breakfast was excellent, butler service was excellent, we stayed 3 nights and there were no baklava or fruits in our room, we checked out and returned after 1 night from wadi rum, stayed 1 more night and that room had 3 peaches and a wooden box with baklava. Loved the vip service on arrival, opening of our car doors, shopping bags brought up to our room

Stayed 3 nites in room 1608 and the shower and toilet glass doors were extremely stiff to open or close. Spoke to the butler service about it, but it was never rectified

I liked most of the services and spaces. I had the best massage in my life. The Segreta restaurant was the best. The food was a piece of art and very tasty.

A restaurant in the hotel that served sea food. The fish was not fresh , the salad I asked for it wasn't as is was written in the menu. They offer a kind of big Shrimps I didn't tried to eat ..their look was like plastic and they were burned too much. They didn't charged me anything...even if I suggested to pay for what I asked to eat.

Everything! Staff is amazing and make it easy to feel good. The suite was super nice and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice massage and spent some time at the Pool. In the evening we had a wonderful dinner at tamara restaurant. Ebrahim perfectly took care for us and selected for us the perfect dishs from the menu. We loved it! Further, I would like to highlight that the prices for Drinks and food are fair (we stayed before in other 5 Stars Hotels in Jordan and were a bit shocked about the high prices especially for drinks). I can fully recommend St Regis!!!

Unfortunately the spa area was closed so that we could not try it. It must be nice!
