The hotel is a new construction and everything was extremely beautiful. The room and the entrance was big, clean and beautiful, the breakfast as well with an opportunity for a "bag-breakfast" if you get up early to visit Petra in the sunrise (we really like this opportunity because not all hotel keep this attention!). At the end I would say a big thanks to the owner who was really kind with us, he wait our arrival until late night, and I hope him a sincerely good luck for the hotel !!

We had an incredible stay at Marsa City Hotel in Wadi Musa! This brand new hotel is tidy, clean and ideally located only 5 minutes away from the Petra Visitor Center. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning and a mini fridge making our stay very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! A generous breakfast is included, which was highly appreciated as we subsequently spent the day walking around in Petra! Do not miss the chance to stay in this amazing hotel when you visit Petra, would highly recommend ✨

Everything. Mohammad and his father were very charming, welcoming and kind. They treated us as we were their family. They gave us good tips and information and they cared so much about us. It is a new hotel with very high-quality. The room has got all the facilities: a/c, minibar, soups, hairdryer, towels... Highly recommend it. We would love to come back again!

We spent two nights at the Marsa City Hotel. The facility is new, opened less than a month ago. Our rooms were cozy, air-conditioned, clean, fragrant, all equipment was new. The same applies to the bathroom and the public area of ​​the hotel. Very nice and family atmosphere. Flawless service, classy and cultured, extremely professional and helpful in every situation. We had the option of accommodation with breakfast, it was delicious and beautifully served. I highly recommend this place and if I come back to Wadi Musa, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Hotel says they have 24 hour reception. Yes if you contact them from WhatsApp they attend right away. They should may be give outside door key to customer as well. I feel uncomfortable keep asking for things.we had to ask. Not ideal. If it supposed to be there it should be.

The best hotel in Jordán! The owner is really professional, he provided everything what we needed and even more. Warm luxury room with hairdryer and comfortable mattress. Everything was 100% clean. Tasty breakfast, coffee and tea in your room and mini bar. Owner is available 24/7 to help you with anything. Also you can order the dinner.

Everything is amazing!

This is completely new hotel, at the time of the booking it was open for only 4 nights and the ownser really makes sure guests feel comfortable, amazing and well welcomed. The room is so beautiful and clean. At some point we asked for some restaurant recommendations and he offered us an option of the dinner in hotel and man.. the kabsa was soo good. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! Good welcoming, The owner was really attentive to our well-being. The breakfast was really good and copious. All the hotel'spaces were pleasant, comfortable, well arranged and securized. The bathroom with hot water, hairdryer.... There was a balcony with view on the city, where we can smoke. All perfect!!
