We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

We arrived at the hotel late, and the employee was very helpful and wonderful. He provided us with dinner and refused to take any money. His name is Ismail. Thank you for your hospitality and cooperation. The hotel is new and very clean. I liked the pool, it was warm and clean. Massage at the hotel is very, very cheap. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, and the roof in the hotel was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the city. We did not have breakfast in the restaurant, but the hotel prepared a breakfast for us and we took it with us

Exceptional service and wonderful hotel! We were delighted when we checked in, to hear that we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite - many thanks to the operations manager! The front desk staff (especially Ismail) were all polite, respectful and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and well maintained. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The hotel has a great rooftop bar to watch the sunset and a clean and well sized indoor pool. It is an easy walk to the centre of town. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived very late as part of group. Everything was organized and soptless and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices. The view from the room or from Rooftop was exceptional. I will come back and i will stay in this hotel as i see it's the best quality and quite hotel with exceptional view Highly recommended Hotel

The hotel is very new, done with a lot of thought. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were absolutely comfortable . The quality of all of the materials provided were amazing. We booked a dinner table with mountain view and the food was very good, the best I had in Jordan. I would definitely come back.

I have visited over 41 countries (not many by anyone’s standard) and have stayed in 4* and 5* hotels, but have to say that Petra Elite Hotel has to be one of the best! The hotel may just be a 4* but the services and facilities equals, maybe be more to that of a 5* hotel. You will love Sadeel and was the perfect host I have ever come across in all of my travels. Speaks clearly, has a great smoothing and calming voice and someone you would want to meet first after a long journey from Amman to Petra. Sadeel along with Aya and Vanessa cant just do enough to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Marie, the housekeeper was great too and does not cut corners, cleans the room well, even pairs our slippers and tidy up our toiletries, little things like that makes such difference in hotel experience. Restaurants staff were all very attentive and the food selection was varied, but due to long and tiring walks in Petra we had room service twice. which brings me to maybe 1 constructive feedback, room service delivery should be on wheeled trolley like those you would see in 5* hotels other than that, all was just perfect. Wife used the massage and spa service and Vida really looked after my wife. WiFi was great throughout the hotel and the rooms have usb wall sockets so if you forget your travel adapter you can still charge your phone, but needless to say, you should have your own charge cable as it would not be unfair to expect the hotel to provide them. Location to the Petra visitor centre is a mere 10 mins walk, but because there is a lot of walking inside Petra, we chose to use taxi which cost 5Jod to go back and forth to the hotel. Would I use this hotel again, well , a resounding YES, and would highly recommend it as it is possible the best hotel you are ever going to get in Petra due to its location, staff, room\bed quality, food restaurant and room service. I believe there is a car park too, but I did not use it Hotel is 10/10 for everything.

Friendly, efficient staff. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The breakfast selection was excellent. The fixtures and fittings were very modern.

The description of our Executive Suite included mention of an 'Additional toilet' There was no such toilet so showers and toilet visits had to be 'scheduled!' Hotel description included a 'Bar' There was no separate area that could be described as a bar and the only alcoholic drink available was a single choice of beer - no wine with meals, so we had to have dinner elsewhere as we do go with the saying that a meal without wine is like a summer's day without sunshine :) Uncorrected reviews mention the gym and its great machines, or that the machines were on their way (2022 review) There was no gym and no machines making these reviews very suspicious indeed! They should at least have corrections made by the hotel management...

We had a great stay here. Mohammad from reception looked after us so well and all the staff couldn’t do enough. Very hospitable staff who parked our car, took cases to our room and gave us a complimentary fruit basket. The room had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We had a great meal at Al Wadi restaurant which was 5 minutes from the hotel. Hotel is not in walking distance to Petra but this did not bother us as we had a car. Great terrace views of Petra from the 4th floor terrace.

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend
