The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to communicate in English. A nice, modern hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. My corner room had a desk, a table and a sofa. If you need a kettle and tea or coffee bags, just ask the room service. Room service and reception are available 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet starts from 7am and offers mainly local food. The hotel has a restaurant but you can order food and drinks to your room at no extra charge. I arrived very early in the morning and before my arrival I messaged the hotel to ask if a very early check-in was possible for an additional charge. The hotel replied that it was not possible. However, when I arrived at 5am, the helpful reception arranged a standard room for me for a small additional charge until I could check into my booked room at 2 pm. The hotel is close to Tol Bi one of Almaty's main streets but a bit far from the old town and old business district. You can walk 20 minutes to there, take a taxi 7-15 min. (depending on traffic) or go to the intersection with Tol Bi where is a bus stop. Most bus lines will take you to the center or close to the center. Around the hotel itself you will find shops, restaurants and a cozy 24-hour cafe is nearby

Extremely warm and helpful staff. Would like to make a special mention of Aruzhan, Maalika, Aida & Murad who were ever willing to help with any requests or queries that we had. The breakfast had a very good spread and most welcome.

Not sure if I should say this as "Didn't Like", but maybe the breakfast time should be extended to atleast 9.30 - 10.00 It would be most helpful for people like me who was on a vacation. But as mentioned earlier, the breakfast spread and quality was great and most appreciated.

Good location, staff, breakfast and clean room. I made a mistake in my reservation and they accommodated me by booking another. The carpet was wet in the other room and change me straight away, so for me the service was good. They could smile more but it's not the most important. 😆 Breakfast was good and diversified. Not far from the Abay Metro station that will bring you in one station to independence place and the national museum or all the way to the central mosque. Parking available with 6 spots.

The hotel was in the center. Most places can be reached on foot. If desired, public transportation and taxis are also available. Mr. Murat was very helpful. Ms. Malika was very kind and had a beautiful smile. There were communication options in English, Russian, Turkish and Kazakh. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Can stay again. There were payment options by cash and credit.

Breakfast could have been richer. WIFI could be better. WIFI did not have good reception power.

The location was close to the Ramada but of course much cheaper. Amazing and literally in the center of everything, just call a taxi and you're there in a few minutes. I actually walked everywhere, but the taxi option is there if the weather is bad. I recommend the zoo and the parks but recommend booking a tour at least a week in advance to lower costs. There's a mall a mile away - Mega, I walked, but again, taxi is faster.

Breakfast was way below expectations but there's a 24 hour diner just 100 meters away to the left which was very impressive and I've never had a chocolate croissant like what they have in my life! Obviously they cater to a whole lot more, so I simply forfeited breakfast in advance from the hotel after the 1st day.

Super clean, comfortable and perfect value for the price.

We asked hotel for registration, they gave us some paper with QR code. Officer on the border told us later that it is not real registration and we have to go with this one to some other place in order to complete registration. Unfortunately, no one informed us in hotel that we should proceed somewhere else with registration procedure. If compare in Uzbekistan the whole process done by hotel.

We had wonderful stay even though we thought we are booking hotel. It is an apartment with fully furnished kitchen, with water, tea, coffee and toiletries, managed by external company Qstay not Address Hotels. But it is great value for money, because we couldn’t afford the Address hotel prices, and we still had an access to the pool, gym and amazing view from the window. It is great value for money considering location, apartment size and amenities. Qstay was always responsive and helpful with all our inquiries through the whatsapp. If you are looking for something in the heart of Dubai, this is the place to stay.

Solid hotel, with friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms. It's in a good location within walking distance of the centre of town.

The hot water in the shower was a little unpredictable depending on the time of day, but was never unusably cold.

The room is spacious complete with sofa, lights & airconds are easy to manage.. In front of the hotel is a 24/7 restaurant and its nice.. You can walk around and found many restaurants, coffee shops and clothing shops..

Bathroom is quite spacious but the shower is a bit small and no bidet..

Location is near a University with access to lots of shops and food choices. Staff are nice and accomodating. Fast check-in and check-out.

AC in the room was not working when we were there. But not a deal breaker as it is cold outside. However, opening the windows increase street noises.
