I really liked the location of the hotel. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a metro station. The wifi is super fast and pretty reliable. The beds are really comfortable, and the room is really modern. The smaller size of the hotel makes it more boutique and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out when you're waiting for people, or arriving back after a day out.

My room had a very noisy neighbour which I had to complain about at least twice a day. The staff would be up to tell him to be quiet within minutes, but this went on for days and they refused to do any more than this. The shower and toilets are weird plastic cubicles, that can get slightly mouldy. They're not awful though.

Location is amazing. Right in the new center, with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Having said that, the room was quite. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good, with nice choice of different dishes. Room was quite big and comfy. Very good wifi all around the property. Very smooth check in and out.

The shower was a bit quirky. One of the nights I didn't have very hot water (it was warm), but this issue was resolved during the rest of the stay. The a la carte restaurant is mediocre in terms of food quality and taste.

Great location, clean and functional rooms (very modern and no carpets which I like a lot for hotels). 24h reception. Good WiFi. We did not have breakfast included and there are many nice places around. Go to “What Flat” around the corner for a great coffee.

Toilette and shower included in the room only separated by very thin walls so must feel comfortable with your fellow travelers. But still really functional and clean. So overall: Simply great hotel and we would go again.

Clean, comfortable stay in a quiet location close to most of the attractions. Haven’t used the breakfast or facilities, so have nothing to say about them. There are many cafes and coffee shops around. All in all a decent clean hotel in a good location, staff is helpful. Wouldn’t advise to take an airport transfer, better download a taxi app, taxi services are swift in Almaty.

The hotel was exceptional, they allowed us to check in early, the room was massive, the bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet area. Breakfast was available and abundant, we’ll be back!

This is more of a personal preference but the fact that the same breakfast staff that was there every day just didn’t remember us or our room number.

I like the variety of the breakfast with many fruits and nuts available and some good healthy breads. The bed was comfortable and the location is nice, near a subway station with many restaurants, coffee shops and park around..

The design of the bathroom is a bit strange but everything is available and clean.

The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They speak English and French well. We were able to check in at 5:30am as requested. The hotel’s location means you can visit Almaty on foot and the metro is very close. A hotel I would recommend if you want to stay in Almaty.

- Very bad internet connection around hotel. Internet is quite slow, not good for any downloads/uploads. However this is very usual for many Almaty hotels. Still would expect better connection given that they positioning as hotel for business travelers. - Despite that they claimed that they have some business place (coworking room?), they actually doesn't have it. But working from room was more or less convenient.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful in giving directions, and Mr. Egor even extended his help in trying to help me sort out my tour. The hotel location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from different attractions. Highly recommended!

Because of the quiet location, however not very far from the center, and the perfect service, I would recommend everyone to book this hotel. Very clean, very quality, very friendly staff. And breakfast was excellent.

Actually, there was nothing noteworthy to be dissatisfied with. A hitch with the room door card was resolved immediately.
