Overall, it is a very good hotel, with perfect location, very good and variable breakfast (with some local food). In case you would like to have more info about Almaty (they do not have map in reception !?), what to see and where go for 1-2 days tours outside Almaty - ask at reception for Mr. KAIRAT - who can help you a lot ! We did a tour to Almaty lake (not easy to go there as only some special cars can take you to the lake area), Shumbulak area and Kok Tobe - all in 1 day !

The first impression when entering the hotel was not so nice, but finally, we were happy to stay at this hotel !

Just about everything! We stayed in #415. Had a nice view of snow clad Shymbulak resort from the room. Great location, next to 28 Paniflov park, Green Bazar, Chocolate factory, Arbat St and close to city centre. Good amenities. Good food. Above all else, very warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make our stay absolutely comfortable. Nnazym helped me with some antipyretic medicines overnight as the pharmacies were yet to open. Stanislav offered us late check out as my spouse was down with fever. Would specifically like to thank Stanislav, Nnazym, Akhzan, Dimash, Amira, Kairat, Emmanuel, the other African guy and others whose name I cant recall. All in all, a great stay and we will be back again !!

The water in shower room turns suddenly hot or cold on the first day. We searched other comments and knew that this problem usually happens in this hotel. On the day we left, other guests were arguing about the same problem within the front desk. Except this, any other things of the hotel was great, sincere stuff and they speak in very good English.

Our family recently stayed at Renion Park Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and a dining area. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with options to suit different dietary preferences. Value for Money: Considering the location and services, the pricing is reasonable. It’s a solid mid-range option for those looking for comfort without overspending.

Wish they had a bidet but I think all hotels in KZ doesn’t have one. The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway was occasionally audible.

Breakfast had a lot of options. Room was very comfortable though I thought I had a double bed I ended up with a very large large twin room. The shower was very relaxing although the temperature fluctuated a lot without touching the dial. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Food at the restaurant was decent. Location was great for sightseeing and my meetings - was great to be right next to the park. They were happy to let me leave my luggage on arrival and reception was 24 hours which was very useful.

Room was a bit noisy from the corridor but I managed to sleep just fine.

The location is perfect along with the amenities provided and size of the room. The behaviour of the staff and the cleanliness in the premises is wonderful and makes it a top most choice for anyone to stay in Almaty

We were vegetarians who don't even consume eggs, it became a little difficult for us to segregate vegetarian options out of the majority of the non vegetarian options provided in breakfast buffet and also since the staff finds it difficult to understand English language it became quite a task. I hope they can improvise on the possible vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet along with teaching their staff to understand English which can make it easier for foreign guests in the hotel

Loved this hotel, which provided a great location for sightseeing around Almaty by foot. Located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, with a nice choice of restaurants and parks nearby, as well as a massive spa/Banya complex across the street. We both enjoyed the hotel's spa facilities, which were never crowded and very well catered for, with comfortable locker rooms and towels provided. The breakfast spread was also epic - we really enjoyed trying all of the new foods and especially appreciated the fresh fruits. The honey cake and tashkent tea on the daytime menu in the restaurant was also delicious, I think we had a slice every day of our stay :)

Our stay at the Renion Park was nothing short of excellent. The combination of outstanding service, amenities, and a prime location made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-end, relaxing getaway. I will definitely return on my next visit to the area. The reception, service and restaurant staff were all very helpful. Special mention about Kairat who was really helpful in guiding us as to where to go and how to go. Speaks good English which was really useful.

Breakfast was good, but more vegetarian options need to be added.

The rooms are clean and big. There are free toiletries. Location is very good near Panfilov park and the beautiful cathedral. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner and lunch in the restaurant from the hotel, good quality and good price. Beautiful swimming pool and sauna, hammam and gym that are included in the price, which was a really nice addition. Almaty is really beautiful during autumn! I will come back.

The hotel is located near a very busy road with heavy traffic which can be a bit noisy with windows open. Pillows could be a bit thicker.

The Hotel has an excellent location, close to the Green Market, the Passaj, the Arbat Street, the Zenkov Cathedral, the Central Park. The room and the bathroom were spacious, bedlinen clean, beds big and comfortable, wifi fast and strong, staff polite and friendly, breakfast plenty and varied.

A little bit ran down, the details in the room and bathroom were not quite corresponding to 4 stars. But the intention is there, and the location compensated for every other slight inconvenience.
