Staff are 100% amazing. Super professional and very friendly – they really set the tone for your stay. The hotel complex is really nice, feels very secluded and peaceful. The pool is a good size and clean. Even spending just a few minutes in the pool area was relaxing. 24 on site restaurant was excellent for me as I arrived after midnight. For the price you pay the food is excellent value – think I had a huge club sandwich, chips and a coke for about £4. The other plus point is the free airport shuttle. Was chatting to people who were paying £10 per journey from the airport so factoring this in to your overall cost makes staying here good value for money

The bathrooms weren't quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel but this is a very minor point

Beds are super comfortable, the location is fairly close to the airport for arrival or departure stays, the food in the restaurant was superb and at a reasonable price as well as being open and welcoming 24 hours, no matter what time you arrive into the country you can be sure of some good hot food to your choice, there was add-on facilities available and our daughter had a lot of fun on the kids trampoline, again at a fair cost for the enjoyment.

Originally planning to meet up with my partner and kids the following day I booked a single apartment for myself the first night as I was arriving in Kenya past 11pm at night. When I booked a second room to accommodate my partner and 2 children the price paid was literally 3 times what I paid for my own single room, meaning the kids aged 5 and 12 were charged at the exact same boarding rate as an adult.

The breakfast was great with a wide choice and well-cooked food. We loved the fact it was 24-hour which made it convenient for our flight times. We were also very impressed by the pool area, especially the food which was delicious. The hotel's transfer 'shuttle' to the airport was also very handy and the staff were all very friendly. We also liked the little shop inside the hotel.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Maybe the poolside staff could have been a little quicker with the food and drink service and we were unable to use the safe in our room as it was already locked.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last few years and every time it has been excellent. The free pickup and return to the airport is a major help to any traveller. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and so curteous. Restaurant food is excellent and very good value. Rooms may not be large, but they are comfortable, hair drier, iron, ironing board, coffee and tea are supplied. Bed very comfortable with good mosquito netting although none heard with this stay. A 3 star hotel that acts like a 5 star. I have recommended this hotel to everyone I know that needs one in Nairobi. 3 have stayed there and subsequently thanked me for the recommendation as they thoroughly enjoyed their stay at 67 Airport hotel. I cannot praise thus hotel enough. Stay there and you can thank me later for the recommendation.

I cannot give this hotel a 6 star rating. Hotel is excellent already. There is nothing that this hotel needs to improve.

Airport was closeby thus it was convenient. I booked the vehicle from Hotel which was also very convenient. Food was fabulous. Food was prepared fresh in front of me and it was very tasty. Staff was very friendly & supportive.

Room was little Basic, as in open cupboard was a little not so saavy and that felt noise from next door room.

Friendly staff, answered all my questions, airport pickup was splendid and at no extra cost. Staff treated me with respect. Loved the ambience in the room. The whole environment was tranquil. If you are looking for a quiet space to work, this is it. Spa services, are definitely a plus. The swimming pool is very nice. Will definitely come back here. Close to the airport. Value for money, yes yes yes

No AC, the roads to the premise not great.

The restaurant was open 24/7. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms had everything you would need. Comfortable beds. Thick fluffy towels. Good showers. Good transfers too and from the airport. Good luggage store. Good value for money.

I was met at the airport at 10pm by a very polite young man with a placard with my name on it and escorted to the car park to be driven to the hotel - a fantastic welcome for my first visit to Kenya. This transfer was included in the price. Check in was painless and a guy carried my heavy bag up to my room. The restaurant was open 24 hours, but I didn't use it until breakfast time. This was just a night stop on my way to the Maasai Mara, but the room had good aircon and an adequate ensuite shower. The bed had a good mosquito net and there was cold water in the fridge - all I could ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - eggs and bacon and lots of other things - and it was a complete bargain. I would stay here again - and probably will on my next visit to Kenya.

The staff went out of their way to help me collect a package from the airport. I couldn't have done it without them. Restaurant was open for a meal after we'd spent 12 hours on the road. Included breakfast was good.

Friendly and helpful staff, reliable pickup at airport by free hotel shuttle as promised. I did not eat breakfast but had a very late dinner- food was freshly cooked, tasty and in generous portions. The hotel desk is manned 24 hours, staff are about all the time,I was travelling alone, and felt very safe.

Nothing to complain about, really- but if I were to be hyper-critical, the decor of the rooms is a little tired-looking, the lighting could be changed to warm uplighters instead of white strip lights.
