It is quite close to the airport. They have a restaurant on site which serves delicious breakfast.

The access road to the hotel (once you get off Mombasa Road) is almost completely broken. I know the hotel can't do anything about it until the government fixes it, but be advised if you're using your own car that the last 7-10 mins will be rough.

We were very satisfied with the staff. We arrived 4am on the night of our stay, and the lady at the reception promptly offered a late checkout for 4pm. That was all we needed to have a decent day in Dubai.

The shuttle service form the airport is a lie. Although the title of the hotel mentions that, they only offer it for a few times during the morning and that’s all. Besides that, they don’t provide you any information about it before the stay. I booked expecting to have more info about it through messaging the hotel, but they never replied it to me. So, I got to the airport and had to get a taxi to get to the hotel and back.

We were here in February 2024. The hotel is very handy for the airport and freeways. Very good value, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. Our room was air-conditioned. It was on the 3rd floor accessed by a very modern elevator. The place seemed old but well maintained and fully functional. All of the staff (there were 24hr reception and security staff) were very keen to help with our luggage or taxi arrangements.

We arrived very late and left very early so cannot comment on location as was a very quick stop over having landed and then taking the train onwards, the Hotel is in a fabulous location for arriving at the airport and needing a short overnight stay and in a fabulous location for catching the SGR train. The Hotel arranged our transfers which went smoothly and the Hotel Staff were very welcoming even for our very late check in nearly midnight and early check out 6am - our room for 1 Adult and 2 teenagers was large and the bathroom with shower came with soap, shampoo etc which for the price of the room was not really expected - for an overnight stop over we certainly would return. As we didn't use any Hotel facilities we cannot comment on these although the Restaurant area was clean and tidy we just didn't have the time to utilise this

OK not the Hotel's fault but the access to it was very bumpy - the road is being upgraded, we had seen comments of complaints of the road prior to reserving but then we live in the countryside and the UK has its problems with pot holes!!! but we were not sleeping on the road, just a means to get to the hotel, only a short part needs to be completed

Very nice facilities. Food was good. Nice pool, very nice garden. Excellent price. The pool instructor as well as the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Really difficult to find. Our Bolt driver had to call and ask people multiple times to finally find the location (Google Maps did not help much). More friendliness from staff would be a plus. However, nothing really annoying.

Very helpful staff and very welcoming. Great location with an airport transfer that was easy to arrange (did cost extra). The breakfast was very good value for money and filling. The room was huge, nice and quiet, I slept very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying near the airport. I'm a solo female traveller and felt very safe here.

Customer service is excellent, the room is big and beautiful and comfortable, clean toilet and excellent wifi service, room facilities works perfectly.

I know they open the main door probably because of cross ventilation, but it is allowing invasion of mosquitoes into the room, which is a little bummer, and limited food varieties for me

The hotel was very responsive to all my messages. As we checked in late at night, they told us to take extra time for the check out. The property and all its facilities were very cleanly maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pick up from the airport and drop the next day was prompt.

The approach road to the hotel was in bad condition but this is not the fault of the hotel!

near to the airport, convenient for overnight stay due to a long layover. modern new rooms with all the basic facilities needed. very friendly and helpful staff member in reception.

terrible sand roads to get there, taxi had to go extremely slow. bed quite firm but more comfortable sleepover than sleeping on a plane

the road is currently under construction and taxi can only reach by one side hope soon fixed unfortunately in last night from 1am till 2:30am people arrived and were loudly speaking short not to respect current time would be great
