It was a last minute check-in and they gladly accepted us and went over and beyond to give us a room we preferred upon checking in even though we wanted late check out which they couldnt give for that particular room, but instead of turning us down, they worked out a solution for us and moved us to another room to accommodate the late check-out. Overall impressed, definately coming back if I need a place in NBO next time and yes easily recommendable to friends and family

Literally nothing!! Was only there for 1 night but felt like was there for abit more given the service from the staff across the board. Not good with names but from the receptionist to the bell boy/server/assistant/cleaning staff/guard, nothing was short of beyond what I expected.

The staff were amazing! Exceptionally kind and caring. The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast had plenty selection. We also liked the ambiance - relaxed, quiet and homey.

The only minus is the airport pickup - it said it was included in the price but when I inquired they said 30 dollars and when I booked it suddenly jumped to 60$ (I negotiated to 50 but still far from the 10$ of the Uber we took on the way back) So the communication before the trip almost made me cancel the whole booking…

Catherine at the front desk helped in every imaginable way. All of the staff was wonderful! Take the time to eat here as well. The food is delicious and well priced. We had both breakfast and dinner. Decor was uplifting, grounds and gardens lovely. It is a very safe place to stay in the Embassy district, close to Karura Forest for an enjoyable hike. Great place to rest after a safari...I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Construction was a bit of a surprise but they immediately moved us to the back cottages to ensure that there was no noise. Pool was cold and spa was too hot so really couldn't enjoy them fully.

Excellent property in a central location, with exceptional staff. As an example, i was being served breakfast and coffee at early morning hours before my tours to national park etc. Room and bathroom were spacious and had a feeling of a villa. The food was very good for the days I did not want to walk 6 minutes to the mall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I arrived late and they kindly provided a meal outside of restaurant opening hours. The facilities were excellent and a desk with a monitor was available in the room, which was very useful for work. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fantastique. We really enjoyed our time there. Catherine from the reception was very helpful and kind. All staff is amazing. The breakfast is prepared freshly every day for you.

The staff were all really lovely and welcoming. They all knew our names and which room we were staying in. The food was great as well with vegetarian choices available and everything was very fresh. The staff asked us when our flight was and we said we had a late return flight. They offered for us to relax by the pool or enjoy the bar while we wait to go to the airport. The rooms were also great, very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect to be honest, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It actually felt more like a home than a hotel. Burgers were exceptional, best i have had in decades. Will definitely go again.

Unfortunately dstv wasn't working in rooms, wasn't much of a problem as it was functioning perfectly in the restaurant. Nothing else comes to mind

Sukaina from the reception desk really made my stay memorable. She is kind and welcoming and accommodated me the best she could.
