Excellent location (in-between Westgate Mall & The Oval) and walking distance to the Sarit Center. Comfortable apartments with fully equipped kitchens. Nice large terrace!

The first apartment assigned was just under an apartment that was being renovated, thus with noisy bangs throughout the day! The reception did attend to my request and moved me to another apartment, where construction bangs were almost non-audible. Pool is small and pool area has only few lounge chairs for the amount of guests present at the property.

Staff were so helpful and friendly - really amazing. Went above and beyond (brought a washing machine to my room!). Gym and pool were clean and great to have. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Close to Westgate & Sarit, area felt safe. Restaurant downstairs was great for room service when I didn't feel like going out.

I stayed across a few different rooms on a number of a my stays and they varied in quality. The first 2 bedroom I stayed in was not nearly as nice as the other three rooms I stayed across (another 2 bedroom, and two separate one bedrooms). It was not a problem - still had everything I needed- just an observation!

Quite quiet at night, based on location. Excellent location to Westgate shopping mall. Can walk to the shops easily. Felt quite safe there and the 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Awesome bed. Great WiFi. Had a whole kitchen and place to handwash your clothes.

A little run down. Photos didn't meet my expectations. There was some renovations happening on higher floors (level 5) and something to be aware of when booking. We only heard the noise mostly during the week day though. Room service took an hour and it was very average food.

Staff was very kind. The nice guy at the reception welcomed us and gave us the possibility to choose a room. The building is nice and there are kingfisher paintings everywhere on the walls inside. Very good location at the Westlands with nice view from the balcony. The beds were nice and comfortable and the housekeeping was also very nice person. They clean and provide water every day. Pool was nice also.

There wasn`t hot water but they were renovating it, so it will become even better place to stay for sure :)

The appartment was nice and big. There is also an amazing infinity pool with great view on Nairobi. It is located in a central area, close to restaurants. Food is delivered to the room. There is a coffee place down at the reception. It gives a flavour of living in Nairobi.

The taxi drivers seemed to have difficulty finding the place (even though it is signposted. There is no breakfast facility at the facility. I thought it was close to Karura forest, but was still 15 min by taxi.

The location of the property is so convenient! Walking distance from west gate. And even though we didn’t stay long enough, the pool looked really lovely and had a nice view of the city. Rooms are also comfortable.

Although it looks okay, the condition of the hotel is deteriorating. The windows for example a very stiff and one able to live properly open or close. The bathroom sink cabinet was also getting old for example.

the property is clean , close to everything restaurant, bars, clubs, a lots of business. I love the 2 bedroom apartment . it has the rooftop but I didn’t get a chance to go there because it was booked for the wedding.

no much just I was expecting that, the roof top has kind of restaurant or a bar were you can chill bad there isn’t, and the restaurant downstairs is not open most of the time. you can order anything to eat in the evening. you have to go out. I hope it will be available in the future all the time for customers. but beside this everything else is perfect.

For our long stay at the KingFisher, it was so nice to have a laundry machine to use. The unit felt like our home, with a nice living room, dining table, full kitchen and laundry. The gate staff were so friendly and welcoming each and every time we saw them!

The door lock was something to get used to, but once you did it was good to use.

privacy and convenient location

Security wasn’t very tight because the Reception can’t monitor the movements of guests and visitors into the apartments! It was easy for someone to knock on your door once the person passed the main gate outside!

The apartment was terrific, spacious, clean and with everything for self catering available. The staff were extremely accommodating with all front desk queries handled promptly. Turndown service was first class. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful beyond measure. The place is quiet and the view of the Westlands city scape is beautiful. The rooftop pool is a perfect escape and overlooks the city.

There were unfortunately more than a few power cuts which meant either taking 10 flights of stairs up and down or being stuck in the elevator momentarily.
