This is luxury hotel almost hidden in a busy area. However, once inside, it feels like the world outside doesn't exist anymore. The hotel is huge and qui imposing. I had a car, and although the hotel offers free parking, they also have free valet service. So I never knew where they parked my car since I had only used valet. Check-in was great and smooth, with warmed and welcome staff. I got a Junior Suite, which is quite big and full of amenities. I simply loved everything about the room, from the bed, the bathroom, the tv program and the speed Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with various choices. There is a nice swimming pool that I have used which is enjoyable. Overall, great and luxury place to stay when you want to spoil yourself.

Nothing major, just that The "Do Not Disturb" Button from the room should work better. For some reasons, despite if being turned on when we wanted to have a chill morning in-room, the door bell kept ringing, not sure why or how... maybe it gets turned off automatically!

A Memorable Staycation at Glee Hotel We recently stayed at Glee Hotel for a family staycation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, Glee Hotel really delivered. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. Security was also notably tight, which added to our peace of mind throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and good food with a peaceful environment, I’d definitely recommend Glee Hotel. It was a lovely experience, and we’ll certainly be back!

The only slight downside was that the customer service was a bit slow at times. However, the staff was polite and helpful, and this didn’t take away too much from the overall experience.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a lovely surprise—flowers on the bed, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. The heated pool was a favorite for the kids. The hotel’s ambience was calm and inviting, with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating areas, lounges, and a variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, with ambient lighting in the rooms and everything conveniently digitalized. The valet service was super convenient 👌 Overall, it was a fantastic 5-star experience, worth every penny. We’ll be back!

The hotel is super clean and modern. Real 5 star accommodation. However what really makes it is the staff, so welcoming genuine and friendly. From the Reception staff to the cleaners, the attitude and approach is the same, and very genuine. The pool area and gym were also top notch, the pool being heated makes it useable year round. Gardens, sky walk and a number of excellent restaurants on site completed the experience. Highly recommended

The hotel is new and has all the most up-to-date tech in your room. They are super comfy and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have stayed in several hotels in Nairobi at this price range and the Glee is by far the best. If you don't mind travelling about 10k outside the city centre, then it's the hotel to go to.

One barman tried to overcharge and withhold change in the club Ruby, which was a pity and it put a,bad taste in your mouth, Other than that the stay would have being perfect.

Wow. What a stunning hotel. Everything has been thoughtfully put together with attention to detail at the forefront. In my opinion, it's by far the best hotel in Nairobi. With stunning restaurants, great bars with some amazing sunset views, a fantastic pool area, and even a very tasteful basement nightclub.

If anything, a little attention to the room service offered No menus available in the room and staff a little reluctant to offer. They'd rather you dine in the restaurants. Maybe just a little more staff understanding in this area. But that's just a small issue.

I had an amazing stay at Glee Hotel! The staff, especially Rahab and Benjamin at reception, were incredibly welcoming. The room was beautiful, and I enjoyed all the hotel’s facilities. The food at every F&B outlet was fantastic, and the spa treatment made my stay even more relaxing. Special thanks to Vera from housekeeping for her great service. The checkout process was smooth, and I highly recommend Glee Hotel for a relaxing getaway!

The breakfast was a buffet breakfast with lots of options and the location was just perfect! Quiet, secured and close to the venue of our event. The staffs were hospitable and of International standard. The ambience was amazing and the pool lovely. Had a wholesome experience. Unarguably one of the best hotels in Nairobi. Would definitely visit again.

Can’t pinpoint any. Just that their gym is not open yet by apart from that, I Loved every bit of my stay, didn’t want to leave.

Staying at Glee was an absolute delight! It's a peaceful place. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with a cozy, modern touch. It's a perfect place to go and relax. The staff is one of the most patient and hospitable, and their services are commendable. The place is also incredibly clean and orderly. I would highly recommend Glee to anyone looking for a good place to have a mini-holiday.

While the WiFi was a bit spotty, my stay was mostly wonderful. There's nothing I'd say bothered me as such.

The property is very luxurious looking and also feeling. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. They welcomed me with a dessert plate in my room. Food at The Hide restaurant was lovely, 5 star dining.

My bed sheets and around the bath tub had a lot of hair from previous guest I’m guessing. Had to ask for a bed sheet change with I did not like. Otherwise the property was great.
