1. Restaurant wasn't clean especially the floor and tables were dusty 2. The bathroom did not have slippers to shower in 3. The bathroom tiles were stained and wasn't throughly cleaned 4. The bathroom wasn't properly built so anytime you shower water spills over to the toilet area. 5. No mat in the bathroom for drying feet

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were professional and helpful

I had arranged with the hotel airport transportation, but the driver didn't show up , i know there were heavy rains at that time but the driver or the hotel should have informed me that the driver can't make it to the airport.

The location proximity from the Airport and Train Station was a huge bonus! No need to worry about missing your flight or train because of Nairobi traffic. There is a shopping mall near by for food and what not which i found to be super helpful. The staff seemed chill and flexible. I was on the 7th floor with very loud, drunk and obnoxious neighbors and they agreed to move me to a different room and floor with no hesitation. Ended up extending my trip.

The walls are thin and there are air vents from the bathroom facing the hallways. So whatever you whisper from the bathroom everyone can hear in the hallway. I just thought that was an absurd architectural design choice for a hotel. Also the rooms smelled like cigarettes so much it made me sick. Regardless of this, I still enjoyed my stay there. And oh Lord, the restaurant on the top floor takes forever to make your food. Im talking an hour and a half for anything.

We used the hotel for 4 hours prior to our late departure from the airport. We did not have breakfast. They had a shuttle to the airport we used. Excellent shuttle and wonderful driver. He made sure to find our exact departure gate and helped us to the front entrance. Great service.

There was construction next to our room so the room was noisy. Had to use ear plugs.

We had a comfortable few hours freshening up at Kozi Suites ahead of our flight. The property was suitably located close to the airport. We were surprised by the food in the restaurant too which was tasty and reasonably priced. For the price, I think this property ticks the boxes. The shower room is a wet room and the bed was quite soft but for the price, we felt this was totally fair. If we stayed overnight we would have probably tried to get a larger room as the room was quite snug.

The price of the airport shuttle is 2000 KES and you can get a prebooked Uber for about 850 KES. I think 1000 KES would be fair for the convenience of a hotel paid shuttle but more than double the price doesn’t make sense!

We booked this as we had an 11 hour layover before our flight back to the UK & didn't fancy spending it in the airport. It's about a 10 min Uber ride from the airport & the apartment was perfect to just chill in & relax. There was the added bonus of a small swimming pool & rooftop restaurant that I hadn't registered when I booked, so that was even better. The food in the restaurant was very good. I think this would also make a great first night stop if you arrived in Nairobi on a late flight.

Although the apartment was self catering there weren't any plates, cutlery or cooking utensils evident in the kitchen area. This was fine for us as we weren't cooking, but included for info.

Modern, clean facilities. There is a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. Sparkling clean pool and a restaurant with good views on the top floor. Staff were very friendly. There is 24hr reception and an airport shuttle is available at an extra charge. A Navais supermarket is 900m walk around the corner. Great option for staying close to JKIA.

There is no cutlery or crockery, so bear that in mind if you wish to use the kitchenette facilities in the room. Order the airport shuttle earlier than you actually want it, if you are a stickler for punctuality and it's an early morning departure.

Yes, this little appartement is really Kozi. And it was very clean. But the best thing was the the personale. Very kind people who were very helpful when i needed to extend my stay since it was many hours to wait before my flight back to Norway. And we got that extention for free ❤️ The restaurant served us good food and roomservice served us so well also 😃 They also help me to print my boarding pass for free. I will absolute come back next time i go to Nairobi and can really recomend this place for evertone who need a stayover before going to the airport.

It would be nice if there was a minimum of equipment in the kitchen, like some knifes, spoons and forks so you can make some food if you want so.

It was the most modern and western style hotel. I stayed in while I was in Kenya. I felt the staff was helpful and the rooms were quite nice and great value for the money. They always had hot water which was an issue and some of the hotels in Kenya and it was very clean and the restaurant on the top was actually very good. We stayed there for three days and also again on a returned to Nairobi. I highly recommend it. Would Edwood stay there again?

Although they don’t control the road in front of the place, it could definitely use some grading because it was very uneven to come to such a nice place. I know Rhodes are challenges in Kenya but this one could be improved. Maybe the owners could get with the city to try to grade the road cause it’s very hard on the cars trying to drive in and out with the present situation.

We were picked up by Ben (airport shuttle from Kozi) from the airport, late at night. He was very professional and pleasant. Check-in was easy. We stayed there night before the safari and the night before the departure from Nairobi. Shuttle dropped us at the airport at around midnight. I believe Uber would cost less than the shuttle, however, I was willing to pay the extra as I thought it would be safer. We left our extra luggage at the hotel. The restaurant stays open 24-hours which is very convenient. We will stay at this hotel again, if we are in Nairobi.

Be prepared to have a small room with small bathroom. Its good value so no complains.
