The hotel is beautifully located in a huge garden with lots of exotic tall trees. It feels like you are staying in the jungle. The hotel can be reached easily from the airport in half an hour. It is centrally located so you can get to almost every place within Nairobi within a short period of time. The compound is heavily guarded so that you feel safe all the time. Employees are very helpful and friendly. You even get a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices of hot and cold meals. The hotel has 4 restaurants on the premise which offers a lot of dinner choices.

I paid 45 Dollars for a dinner at the African Grill Restaurant, which feels overpriced even for European standards.

The serenity and natural environment of the facility is outstanding. Its design, the rooms, the food, the staff are all excellent and cordial. The dancers during the dinner time was great. I loved the nature experience

I would appreciate late checkouts because most flights to Europe and the US are late at night. Also the breakfast could be extended to 11am as jet lag is a real thing.

1. Internet was down during the 4th night of my stay. I had a lot of work which I could not complete. When contacted the reception I was told that it was only my block that had a minor technical issue which was being fixed in 5 minutes. But I realized that it was a general problem and the problem persisted until midnight. The reception was not honest with me. 2. Housekeeping staff need to come and clean the room without calling them, they need to change all towels. Some days I was using the same towels which was fine for environment protection. But some towels were really old.

Breakfast was pretty good. You got to make your own omelette which is nice. The setting is exotic and most beautiful! It was the perfect travel distance location for why I was there. The atmosphere is peaceful and the varieties of dinning is not found anywhere else. The health club is super fantastic, great sauna, and steam room with two pools one hot one cold. Every staff person went above and beyond to serve me. I needed a charger for my phone and one staff member loaned me his for the entire stay!@ The place was super clean as well. Just a great place and wonderful cappuccino's !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Safari Park hotel in Nairobi, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the impeccable service to the luxurious amenities and stunning views, it was a truly exceptional experience. The staff's warmth and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay, and the spacious, well-appointed room provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Nairobi.

While my stay at the hotel in Nairobi was overall enjoyable, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. Firstly, I found the Wi-Fi connection to be somewhat unreliable, which was a bit inconvenient for both work and leisure activities. Room need a bit of upgrade especially toilet. Despite these minor shortcomings, my overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful first touchpoint to Kenya/Nairobi here. Located a bit outside the city, the hotel is more like a resort with a huge park. We loved the walks, the staff, the breakfast and dinners. It is a great base to take some time out (after a long flight) and to explore Nairobi. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Rooms could need a bit more maintenance (shower, bed/mattress, balcony door) for that price.

Safari Park Hotel is a hotel specialized in organizing events, with great outdoor spaces, gardens and options in terms of restaurants. We spent three (separate) nights in our transit to/from Nairobi to the different spots we visited in Kenya. Although the hotel is not close ot the aiports, we preferred this hotel because it allowed us to enjoy a quiet and natural environment within Nairobi itself. The staff at the hotel was very accomodating, with great options for food and a very personalized treatment. It definiltey gave a special flavor of being in Kenya, in a hotel where you can feel local vibe, as opposed to other international options. The hotel was incredibly helpful to attend our needs, from arranging transportation to/from the airport, keeping part of our luggage between stays and provided flexiblity in terms of time for lunches/dinners. This was great to make feel at home.

The hotel felt a little bit empty at some moments. In our case this added to the quiet environment we were seeking, but some guests may feel that the hotel lacks some atmosphere. Also, there were some aspects in the rooms that needed some renovation, but they were minor. When we signaled to the staff they handled these details very quickly. Finally, we were at the hotel in July, which is the cold season, and at some moments the room felt a little bit cold. We noticed that the rooms that we used had mosquito nets in the windows instead of full glass, which made difficult to heat the rooms. We saw this in some of the other hotels in which we stayed in Kenya, so maybe it is a local custom.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous grounds. The room and all facilities were lovely. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was good too.

The service in the Italian restaurant was exceptionally slow. The service in the piano bar was disappointing. I was sat in there on my own for 10 minutes before anyone served me. I then waited a further 20 minutes for my drink, having to ask where it was. The staff member was busy chatting to a colleague and had forgotten to bring my drink.

THE STAFF WHO CAME TO THE AIRPORT THEN TO GIVE US TWO CAR WHILE WE WERE 5 PEOPLE TO USE ONE BUS, BUT DUE TO THE CHARGES OF $40 DECIDED TO DO SO, SO THEY CHARGED US TWO $80. WE TOLD THE DRIVER WITH HIS INCHARGE BUT THEY SPOKE THEIR LANGUAGE THEN LET ONE CAR TO MOVE AND SENT SECOND CAR FOR REMAINI 3 OF US.
