Everything! The bed was extremely comfortable, the linen was luxurious, beautiful thick towels - we loved the turndown service every night. The staff were all so beautiful and friendly. We had a massage at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool and spa were clean and a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices on the menu. Great location close to everything. They even opened up breakfast early for us as we had an early tour. So very helpful and kind.

Great rooms, large and comfortable beds and a lounge area.

Tiny gymnasium only big enough for two people max. The swimming pool water was a an odd green color. The restaurant staff need more education. Toast rarely comes dry without butter or jam but we had to request it every morning of our seven day stay. It was a challenge eye to get soft boiled eggs - something one could expect easily done. Please serve hot food on hot plates.

This is the second time we have stayed, just love the location. Short walk to the beach and centrally located. Many restaurants to choose from, from your Warungs to 5 star restaurants. Cork restaurant that is part of Maison Aurelia has a great selection of meals to choose from. Our room was very comfortable, had everything we needed. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Love the pool here as it stays cool and never feels like bath water, like some other pools in Bali. Love the small touches like a note left in the evening to say what the following temperature for tomorrow will be and small cakes or biscuits left too. Staff are always friendly and most helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

My first day in Bali was unforgettable, thanks to my stay at Maison. Among the three hotels I experienced during my trip, Maison truly stood out as the best. The environment, service, and staff attitude were exceptional—I was beyond amazed. A special mention goes to the bed: I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels, but Maison's bed was perfect for me. I had a wonderfully restful night, making it even harder to leave. I genuinely regretted booking just one night there.

The experience was close to perfect, but there was one issue that bothered us. After returning from breakfast, shortly before check-out, we discovered that someone (possibly a staff member) had accessed our room and left the door ajar, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being switched on. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but this is a serious concern that the hotel should address. Unfortunately, we forgot to report it at reception during check-out.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely stay again if we were to return to Bali. They left welcome chocolates and dessert biscuits in our room which was a lovely touch. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms although small are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Magnolia suite which has a lounge area between the two bedrooms and was great to have the extra space and sofa's. The balconies overlooked the walls of the next hotel so no view to speak of but we knew that when we booked and we didn't plan on spending time out on them anyway (other than to hang clothes out to dry) so wasn't a problem. Nice pool area, it is in the shade but a welcome relief from the heat. Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble - we locked ourselves out of our room and the staff had us back in, in minutes. We stayed here for 3 nights at the tail end of our holiday after returning from Lembongan and chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the boat docks. Omg, blown away as soon as I entered reception. Beautifully presented, the art and decor is absolutely stunning. The staff were just lovely and couldn't be more welcoming, the ice cold cinnamon beverage was devine. We stayed in the Mongolia sweet, spacious, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Room was beautifullly decorated and the comfiest bed and most gorgeous linen i have ever slept on. I even had to ask the hotel who their supplier is to get some for home haha!! Massage in the spa was fantastic. Hotel is located close to heaps of shopping and restaurants and a walk to the beach. Had bikes out the front for hire but we didnt use. Perfect place for our last few days in Bali - thank you!

Balconies were very tiny but not a huge issue.

Big & comfy bed, spacious room with a balcony. The room has many lights & electric sockets. The location was great, close to the beach & many shops & restaurants. The scent of the shower gel & shampoo was really good. There was also a water dispenser near the lift where you can refill your water. I like the Friday evening market & live music in the breakfast area. Nice decoration in the room & lobby area.

Limited choice of breakfast, bacon was too salty. The bathroom door in my room was broken, so I couldn't close the bathroom. Housekeeping didn't change my bath mat (even though it's already dirty) and didn't change the bath towel. They also didn't give new toiletries (when it almost ran out). The mini refrigerator was dirty and the wooden floor was kind of sticky.

The staff were excellent. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was an evening turn down service where a note was left on my pillow with the next day’s weather forecast and a little sweet was left on my bedside each night with a description. These little details really added to my feeling like a valued and welcome guest. I loved this thoughtfulness as it was my first trip traveling solo. There is an espresso machine to make your own coffee.

The hotel restaurant was great although there were not enough options on the menu for me to eat there. There are loads of great cafes and restaurants nearby so I chose to explore those. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the beach and surrounding spas, cafes, shops and restaurants. Only issue I found was that the robes were a bit stained and smelt like they had been worn but not washed.

We liked the rooms which were stylish, exceptionally clean and bright. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and staff re-filled our water bottles with drinking water every day. Beds were spatious, we had one double room and one interconnecting rooms, both of them exceeded our expectations. On our first night an M7.1 earthquake shook the whole Bali area. Staff responded immediately in the middle of the night, they kept on assuring people that everything was fine, that there was no tsunami alert etc. It just made us feel safe for the rest of our stay in the hotel. We were assigned parking places for our rented motorbikes charge-free and the parking area was looked after 24/7. Staff were friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast included with the room rate was phenomenal! I've never eaten such a good food in hotel restaurant. Also try their draft beer and coffee they're serving in their hotel bar. There are a lot of restaurants in the hotel area, but the best one is directly in the hotel itself. I am already planning my second stay in this hotel. A huge thank you to the whole staff for making my family comfortable!

First of all we loved the nice smell at the lobby area, it's very relaxing. We loved the room, it's very spacious, has a big bed, comfortable pillows, and the living room area is fun to have. There's a small balcony so it's pretty nice as well. The distance from hotel to the beach was good, I considered it close enough as we didn't have to walk too far to get to the beach.

There was a smell after we firstly used the sink tap (hope that's the correct words for it haha) in the bathroom. Smelled like sulfur, but not sure what that was. It went away after few minutes though, so it didn't bother us that much. Also would be nice if there's a bath tub in the bathroom :) But again, not a problem.
