Great location, easy parking, pool operating hours 7am to 11pm, chances of a swim excellent !

80's decor but perfectly functional, bathroom and shower very clean. If renovated, doubt the reasonable price would remain, great restaurant across the street. TV reception poor, in this modern age somewhat disappointing, no reception coffee, breakfast comprised of a muffin and apple in a lunch bag which borders on ' breakfast not included ' had to make coffee in the room. One lift non operational, if more than one button pressed, it set off the alarm. The hotel appears to be on borrowed time, some redecoration was occurring, but if you stay beyond 9am, prepare for some noise.

My entrance card wouldn't work after changing it more than four times. Even when the staff came up to help out, it would take multiple swipes to actually get that green light to go inside the room. I gave up. I left the door open with the folding luggage settler, if I had to leave the room briefly. Having your room card not working at all, despite getting a new card multiple times, and swiping so many times, and still not working, is frustrating & stressful.

It's definitely a busy weekend, with a wedding in the banquet hall. The front desk has been patient & accommodating, with a lot of us guests in line, at the front desk to check in. The hot tub & pool is calm, and the grab & go breakfast bags are so convenient.

Because it was a very busy weekend with a wedding event taking place, you can hear crowds of people chatting non-stop past 4am. Of the two rooms i booked, one of the rooms' sliding windows could not open, and the condensation from the room window created a puddle / collection of water on the window sill. Please repair the window to prevent water collection on the window sill. This same room was also missing a hair dryer, so we relied on the one hair dryer from the other room. Majority of the hotel rooms has a nice, updated look. I think the changing the doorknobs and giving the floor hallways a fresh new coat of paint will make it a ten.

Well placed to walk to the skyrail (Bridgeport 15min) from which you can quickly travel down to the Richmond Malls, up towards Vancouver Waterfront or to YVR. Provided a grab and go snack bag with juice, fruit, water, muffin, and a snack bar. The Sandman behind has a nice restaurant (Moxies) and Denny's is a 10min walk down the road. Nice pool and jacuzzi available from 7am-11pm.

Would be nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Comfortable room for the few nights we were there tea making facilities fridge hairdryer etc great views, grab and go breakfast bag, handy to the airport. Taxi was only 5mins away and hotel were happy to call and arrange. We were able to leave our bags at reception after check out for a few hours while we had lunch at Dennys down the road a ways.

Could be spruced up a bit starting to look a little tired. A restaurant would add value to the hotel. 15min walk to sky train but taxis are available on request to staff. Maybe an airport shuttle would enhance the hotel.

The maid was at the right place and was very helpful getting me into my room as the key given to me did not work and I was too tired to go back to the front desk. The hotel met all expectations especially in its location and cleanliness.

A little friendlier tone at the front desk would be helpful but that could’ve been due to a ‘training’ session and a cultural difference. After long flights, I think that guests need softer, kinder tones. Wish that some help with customer’s luggage, as in the old days, was still available.

We checked in Aug 14 around 6 pm the two males working the desk were outstanding. It was very busy but these two handled everyone so efficiently and so politely ! They made the stay the best. Very attentive. I only wish I got their names.

It was fine for a family. Not high end BUT great value and excellent staff

Liked that they reimbursed us $20 for the $25 Uber since their shuttle stops running at 8pm and booking.com did not say that. We had to overnight from the airport. Was a quick walk to the Bridgeport terminal to walk onto the ferry after so that was perfect! Bed was comfy and room was great!

Everything was great! We were tired after a long flight and it was perfect!

Close to the airport and very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Book one book all i shall return. Thanks guys

Please bring your own adapter for the socket if your coming from overseas as they dont have anything for you to borrow. Universal Plug socket whatever you call it you know what i mean.

Standard hotel, good for a few nights, nothing special. It had a swimming pool which was a nice addition

They don't do breakfast but do offer you a packed breakfast with muffin, apple and drink. Hot tub was just a hot tub not jacuzzi, walk to train station was about 15 minutes.
