We were in a nice big suite with enough space, kitchen and a big terrace. There was a good restaurant in the hotel, which also served on the beach. The beach was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, best one we saw in the hotel zone. Since it was directly in front of the hotel, wifi also worked on the beach. Location is great for walking to the center of the hotel zone with many restaurants and shops.

There was no hot water in the shower during our whole stay. Sound isolation in the building was not the best. People were "reserving" beach beds early in the morning by leaving towels and going away just to come back a few hours later although there was a "no reservations" sign on the beach.

Breakfast was lovely served till 11am. Buffet style but great choice & could get omelettes or Quesadillas freshly made. Nice big room. Definately one of the best beaches in Cancun, decent pool and not too crowded. Have dinner/lunch in this hotels beach restaurant, it was delicious. About a 15 minute walk to the main strip which we ventured to twice, but felt safe walking as 2 girls or you could jump on a bus across the road. All staff were amazing. Thankyou for such a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

My room was very airy and big, the view was exceptionally great overlooking the ocean and the pool. I never tried the WIFI. breakfast was buffet style with great options to chose from. About 10mins walk would take you to the center of attraction (Coco bongo, various shopping malls, and fun places. Victor the bell/door man was great, the front desk lady and the manager who checked me in and most of their workers were also good but I forgot their names.

The beach was too dirty but I can't blame the hotel for that.

Beautiful beach, great facilities with a bar/restaurant and mini-market open till 11pm. Delicious and varied breakfast with wonderful service. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, good WiFi. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Would recommend for a getaway.

I had to switch rooms because the booking.com price gave me a room overlooking a very busy, noisy road. So there was an extra cost in that which I wasn’t expecting.

Its a beautiful getaway really loved the beach and the stay ,will definitely visit next time am here .It’s amazing for single as and families as well ,pretty calm tidy and you can just relax forever !!!

May be a little more access to stores ,but that’s okay ,they are just a 3 mins walk away 🤪

The suite rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was great with many typical mexican and continental options. Pool is great and open till the evening, but the beach is the real stunner here - it's fantastic. Definitely No. 1 in Cancun if you have little kids which will be scared of the waves on the eastern coast in Cancun. The restaurant is good with decent, mexican food and is right at the beach. There are a lot of wedding photo sessions around here on the weekends. From the hotel there is 5-10min walk east to the centre of Zona Hotelera (e.g. ferry point to Isla Mujeres).

We've chosen the suite over a standard room to get a better room closer to the beach, but we've been assigned probably the worst suite with a view of... the wall. It's not something you would expect from the suite.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful. The beach was beautiful. The location is perfect in my opinion. The restaurants have awesome food. Aaron at the beach restaurant was such a good server with extra attention to all the details. I'll never stay anywhere else. Honestly every server we had was super hard working friendly and did what they could to make our stay the best. I have never felt so welcomed somewhere and my Español is not very good still learning. By next stay I hope to be able to speak more.

When we had to leave

The staff, the facilities and the location. The beachfront restaurant and bar was excellent. Great vibe and great service. Gregorio, Jesus and Aaron in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Our room maids were wonderful. Our room was quite old and it was at the front of the resort facing the road. We were very comfortable though, and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool staff at the towel room were always happy and helpful. One staff member from the beach, Alejandro, was very happy, courteous and helpful. He was very patient with my basic Spanish!

People claiming pool and beach chairs for the whole day when they weren’t anywhere to be seen for hours.

We loved the beach, the swimming pool and great service on the beach for iced coffees and cocktails. There were plenty of sun loungers by both the beach and pool. It is a really beautiful beach, with just the right gradient in to the sea. We visited the famous North Beach on Isla Mujeres and thought that Beachscape's is more picturesque, and many times quieter! The shop was very handy for buying water or other odds and ends. The size of the apartment was very good and we appreciated that everything worked well, including very affective air conditioning and never-ending hot water. It was very nice to be able to make our own breakfast and saved quite a bit of money too. The balconies with each room were great too. The daily maid service was very good and considerate. I have never been too a tropical location before and loved the climate. We loved the local buses, they were very handy and sometimes felt like a party! There is a very good, big supermarket one or two bus stops away

The decor in some of the rooms was a little tired. I was surprised that we were in a block, as the accommodation was described as 'a villa', which implies a house to me. Also, on arrival we were asked for additional payment for a beach-view apartment, which we were not expecting. The beach-side location was fantastic, but the road at the front of the hotel felt a bit without character. It is also hard to cross the road as a pedestrian.
