Spacious one bedroom suite with small but efficient kitchen. Location was good, close to plenty of services and the I-580 freeway.

Staff was fairly friendly but not overly helpful. Interior public spaces were kind of dirty, carpets in hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in a while until I mentioned it to the desk clerk then a few days later it was vacuumed. Hallway walls and doors needed paint/touch-up's. Appeared that management didn't have a grasp on details or quality control.

No security, we had a horrible first night and had to call the police which took over an hour to respond. big party 5-7 males and females were outside in the courtyard, with loud music and narcotics use, cursing and alcohol use after 10pm. One small female manager was on-duty as a manager and could not speak with the group. They need to hire a security company to handle situations like this when the police cannot.

The room was very spacious and clean. Also like that we had all the necessities. Breakfast was delicious and aloot of variety. My kids were very full until lunch time.

I didn't know what building was for what hotel number rooms. And that the toilet took a while to flush and at the end it didn't flush at all. I wish they could've added more towels in the room instead of asking.

Great value, included breakfast, free crib, pet friendly, two bedrooms and bathrooms! Overall it was a fantastic stay. Except one thing, the dish washer smells like dead animals and clogged toilets every time you open it. There's something wrong with the drain. It needs to be fix.

Loved this location for the pet friendly accommodations & comfortability. Will definitely stay again..

Power went out for a few hours during 100°+ heat, but not the hotel's fault. Luckily, rooms were still cool. Power came back on & was all good.

That it was dog friendly for two dogs cost a pet fee was $75 which was great.

Wasn’t so cleaned, carpet had lots of stains, bathroom floors under the empty space my dogs ball rolled underneath and their was so much hair and tissue paper that wasn’t picked up from the one that clean the room.

Room is spacious with a modern full kitchen. Bathroom is clean and convenient with good lighting. Bed is conferrable and AC is easy regulate.

There could have been an additional bed instead of the couch. Also the breakfast finishes rather early at 9 am.

Great place to stay and would stay there again

The air conditioner was programmed so if it didn’t detect movement it would default to 74%. Because it was behind the TV it didn’t detect motion.

Really loved the 2 br suite with kitchen and living area.

The outside and hallways are a bit run down, but nothing bad.

I did pick because of COVID rules. Never thought it'd impact me breakfast expectations So, COVID brown bag breakfast. No scrambled eggs \ bacon \ sausage. (Got what I asked for?) I always forget to bring or buy salt, pepper, simple spices, butter, for kitchen use. Didn't realize airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, but had a backup plan, so it wasn't a problem, just a surprise.
