Hotel complex was huge but situated in calm and quiet area near Benalmadena. There was all you need for a nice vacation. If you pay just for breakfast and room, you will get what you payd for - nice clean room, wide selection food and one main pool outside. Other pools and water activities that are in the pictures are in beach club witch is for extra fee and you have to take local shuttle bus to go there. There is nice sea view but actually sea is not that near because there is a railway between. By foot its 20min walk. We took buffet dinner as well and the selection was ok. There was plenty of space for everyone but it was low season too. You have to pay extra for drinks besides water. Pool water was freezing cold outside end of april and if you want to use indoor pool, you have to buy pool hat to cover your hair. Did not see any beach towels available so you have to have your own. There was some enterntainment available at night. In one nightclub room there was really great band but the atmosfere was horrible. No stage or party lights. Only band on the floor and some chairs in the middle of room for people. There were different bars/lounges and games room where you could enjoy pool game, bowling and other games for small extra fee (1 pool game was 2€). Over all experience was ok but our ecpectations were a bit higher based on the pictures. Most of them just show the options you get for extra money and some are included to all inclusive pacage. There is no clear info about what you will get here or not and the stuff did not inform us as well when we arrived so it was a bit confusing.

Spacious hotel with lots of areas of interest- fountains, artwork, birds, turtles, fish, plants etc. Well maintained and very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food, lots of choice. Great for families. Lots for my younger child to do and my older child enjoyed the games rooms. The beach club is excellent. This is shared with 2 other holiday world hotels in the complex. Complimentary shuttle bus to access (takes less than 5 mins but very welcome as the hill would be a climb, especially with kids) Entertainment is great and suitable for the whole family.

Honestly, it was great. If I had to nitpick, I would say black out curtains in the lounge area of our room would have been helpful as that is where my eldest slept on the sofa bed. There was black out curtains in the bedroom but it would have been helpful to have them in the lounge too.

Great for kids non stop entertainment if not at the pool then it was on the stage and also has an indoor kids play area where u can leave the kids play fit an hour or 2 to give yourself a break if u want by day 3 u will ha also just across from hotel is another water park like I said kids will love it we are booked in for next year already 😀

Nothing if I'm honest the only negative I would have is the play area at the back of the stage is not lit up enough as the evening draws in turns into a dark corner and nit covered by any cameras that I could see so u get anxious about leaving kids alone

Everything you needed was on site, kitchen was well supplied with utensils. Rooms were large enough, beds comfortable. My grandson enjoyed sleeping on the sofa bed with his dad which was good as he slept all night.

As we were three generations staying at the property, I feel that maybe there could have been a few places that could’ve had rails to help us older people. Rooms were very well with rails next to toilet which was a help. Shower was not good as the door didn’t close off completely and we had a flood outside the shower and also shower head looked like it was half blocked.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast had lots of choices. Our room was very nice with lots of space.

The bands for opening the door were useless and very annoying. The beds were comfy but the sheets were too small, which must be very hard for the staff. You would need to be mobile on your feet to get around even to the dinning room as it was a very long walk.

This is our 3rd visit and there are always positives to be listed. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating. The food is always great for all meals and desserts are always amazing!

There is little to fault at this hotel. My 1 suggestion for improvement would be offering more options for people with food allergies. It's not always easy to select gluten free or lactose free options at meal times. There are no kettles in rooms, so if you need hot drinks or have a little one like myself needing night feeds, bring a travel kettle.

This hotel is ideal for family vacation. Our apartment was spacious and good equipped. The whole hotel was very clean. The aquapark is big, and our kids loved it. The stuff is very polite, especially the team that works with kids. We would definitely love to come back next year.

They don't have an inside swimming pool for kids, just SPA that kids can use between 10 and 12h, and you have to pay for it, even if you have all-inclusive. The thing that they have to improve is the restaurant. They put pork/bacon in everything. I understand that there are meals with pork meat, but they put it literally in everything ( paella, vegetable, salads). Please note there are people who don't eat pork or who are vegetarians.

everything was excellent,, perfect place, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Our room had everything you would need with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Would certainly recommend the resort to everyone we know. thank you.

The security gate is a good idea but it meant everytime my brother, who lives in Spain, came to collect me he had to go through a sequence of questioning. Could you provide a door pass for taxi companies.

The check in was really slow, even when no one was there in the evenint 10PM we had to wait like 30 mins with the baby and the 6years old, just to get everything settled. They also did not have any food options after 10PM other than the vending machines which had snacks and soft drink in it. The beach is not close, 20 mins very comfortable walking distance due to the curvy and hilly road, that is challenging to take with a family and little ones. Also parking space is almost impossible to find in the evening hours (after 6PM), and need to be really careful not to hit any other cars in the very packed/ and not really built parking spaces. Those could be maybe better done.

Lovely hotel with many attractions. Very clean, friendly staff, lovely food. Loved the shuttle bus to the water park. Beautiful area and views from room.

Indor poor/spa extremely expensive (10€ pp for hour) as not included in all inclusive option, not even one entrance. Flooding rings to the slides in water park not included and very expensive (15€ duble 8€ single per day plus deposit)
