Room was clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic. The breakfast was 13 euros but the lady did not charge extra for my 7yr old which i appreciated.

You cannot reserve parking. But they also had no spots available when we checked in. As parking in Sevilla can be a nightmare I would prefer a hotel with guaranteed parking.

Great hotel the pool was a great facility for the summer heat, room very spacious with a huge bed and nice bathroom, loved the balcony!! Staff were amazing, thank you to Jack and Jacinto who were very accommodating, Jack fixed our air conditioning at 1am and we were very grateful!! highly recommend for young couples who don’t mind a walk into the sights and restaurants! Also great supermarket just around the corner for water and snacks- google Dia supermarket.

We thought the location was great as it was close enough to the centre whilst still being a quiet area. Pool was great and big enough but be aware that there aren’t many sun-beds and many people tend to hog them! Air conditioning could be a bit stronger we had to leave it on all day to get some relief at night!!! Be aware it’s a good 30minute walk to Cathedral/Alcazar but it’s a straight shot and nice walk, alternatively there are bud stops right outside of the hotel that will take you into city-C2/4 or 01!!!

This was our fourth stay here - we come to Seville frequently to visit family and after trying many Airbnbs, we've decided this is the best place to stay. The location is ideal for us, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff always helpful and friendly.

There were no negative issues for us, particularly as we have learned to ask for a quiet room away from the busy road. The rooms on the busy road have great views over the city however, and the quiet rooms don't have any view to speak of. It's up to you, what you prefer. Can't comment on the breakfasts as we always eat out.

The pool was closed, which was very disappointing as it was the main reason I chose this hotel and it was around 30 degrees the whole time we were in Seville.

We really liked the staff as they were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and looks over the city, it’s quite big in comparison to other pools in Seville. The hotel is located quite a far walk from the old town and main attractions but we got a bus card for only €7 in a local shop and there’s loads of buses outside the hotel. We preferred the location of the hotel to the centre of Seville because there are much nicer restaurants around the Macarena area and the food is much better then in the centre of Seville!

We kept asking for the fridge in our room to be left empty because we were staying for a week and wanted to put some of our own drinks and snacks in it and house keeping kept stocking it with hotel drinks. Probably just a lack of communication, but a very small issue in the grand scheme of things because we really enjoyed our stay.

The view of Sevilla from the roof is awesome and the pool is great! Regarding the cleaning I can not point fingers to anything! The breakfast is also good, is a buffet and we can take anything we want. Several options since fruit, yoghurt, several types of bread, mini cakes for the gourmand! Staff very kind to find a single bed for us.

For a 4 star Hotel, the acoustic of the rooms are bad. I could hear the TV from my neighbours, the baby crying and the people talking ! Limited car parking slots; At least we couldn't manage the temperature of the air conditioning.

Classy, spacious and very beautiful hotel next to the Andalusian Parliament in a great location. We booked a standard room but as it was not prepared on time, we got an upgrade to a suite which was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and there is not much noise coming from other rooms. The lobby area is very beautiful! Breakfast was excellent, and the staff is very attentive. We were very happy with our stay and will come back for sure!

The temperature in the room was a bit cool, and the extra duvet was rather thin. We were trying to heat with the AC but it was very loud at night, so we d we need up being uncomfortable while sleeping.

The hotel was in a good location, close to city center and the rooms were as clean as they can get given how old the building is. We have stayed there one night and it was perfectly fine, but i wouldn’t go there to stay for an entire week. While the hotel is nicely decorated and from the furniture and other elements you can see it was a really nice place once upon a time, currently the wear and tear is very visible. We didn t go to the pool as it was raining, but tried their breakfast which was full of options and very good. So overall for 1-2 nights a good place to stay.

The room isolation is soo bad - i could easily hear our neighbors speaking, but also the outside traffic. The equipment in the rooms is not well taken care of - eg the AC was working, but it didn t cool down a lot and outside the temperature was not too high.

Such a wonderful stay! The room was huge, beds were so comfortable, and staff were very efficient and friendly! Special shout out to the bathroom which was beautifully tiled and very large. It’s in a great spot too, we walked everywhere - it takes maybe 20 mins to the cathedral, but of course plenty of restaurants & cafés along the way.

The only thing that went wrong was the door in our bedroom that separated the bedroom from the bathroom / front door area got stuck and essentially locked us in our room. We managed to get it open after a lot of hassle in the early am - so I wouldn’t recommend shutting that door if you have one in your room! That was our only issue though, otherwise couldn’t recommend the hotel more!!

we really liked the location and the hotel is nice. people in gerenal very cand and help ful. the reception they were nice and helpful. breakfast was good. we liked our room, it was comfortable. the only thing which they can do is renovation like bathroom door or paint but over all very good place to stay. and over all perfect location specially for families 😊

i wish the coffee shop or bar at the lobby was working through out the day, it would have been much easier to get some snack or drinks.
