The property had a great location which allowed us to explore Seville on foot. The facilities were great and easy to use, we cooked our own breakfast everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool unfortunately didn’t look quite like the pictures, the pool was more of a green colour and had dirt around the sides, however I understand as a rooftop pool, you can’t always keep it clean. When we arrived the room was clean, except what I presumed to be a used plaster was stuck between two pieces of paper on the coffee table, however this could have been left by previous occupants. The remote unfortunately didn’t work for the smart TV, this could have been due to batteries, but we didn’t ask reception as we didn’t plan on using the TV.

Location is good an convenient. The apartment was Nice.

Super noisy air suction or something else that they easily could fix if they just isolated it better

We arrived on New Year's Day and checked in at reception with Maximiliano, who was very helpful with information about where we could grab some food while we waited for the apartment to be ready. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, quiet and clean. The beds were super comfortable. There was also a bed and bowl for our little frenchie. The location is perfect. It is so close to the river and within a short walk from the old town. All in all, it was a great place to stay and would love to come back.

Leaving...we would have loved to stay longer :)

Nice and clean accommodation, pretty comfortable, 20 minutes away from the center, 30 minutes from Plaza de Espana, you can find free parking pretty close, either very close, either 10 15 minutes walk but you need to be careful to avoid the parking guys who are requesting 1 euro per hour in the free parkings of the city. White lines parkings are free if there is not sign that prohibits the parking between some hours. Some slippers would have been useful as the tiles are pretty cold in winter, and we didnt bring any as we were constraint by the small luggage.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was quite small but had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The rooftop was great. Had plenty of sunbeds and a small pool. The supermarket was almost next door which was convenient and there was a cute little cafe a few doors up. The location was good, and was within walking distance of almost everything. Alameda De Hércules was a 2-3 minute walk away and had plenty of bars and restaurants.

The pool was too cold to go in. We asked for our room to be made up and for clean towels 3 days into our stay, but this was not completed.

The room we bought and paid for Great sunlight openness and space Just what I expected for the money we paid. Shame the reception guy didn't give us the Superior room when we arrived on the 1at day but instead put us in a what felt like a claustrophobic prison cell. After complaining on the 1at day and then the 2nd morning he eventually moved us to the correct apartment for the remaining 3 nights of our stay.

The receptionist that insisted we had not paid for a Superior Room with Juliet balconies and plenty of space . Instead for the 1st night we where put in a room with no other way to describe that a clostraphobic prison cell with no natural light

Location is perfect with all bars and shops in the area. Also close to tourist attractions. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Terrace is a nice add on to enjoy! Water was cold in April, but weather is so hot during the day on the roof, that you can still refresh.

We were traveling with a doggo, I believe that 20EUR a day for a pet is extremely high. They provide doggo bad and plates, but charging this much doesn’t compensate it. The apartments have the bare minimum to stay, but many things are missing. Not enough sockets, no place for towels to dry, not enough storage in the wardrobe, but for a few days it is ok.

Comfortable apartments with everything you need. Very polite and responsive staff. A great district that is very pleasant to walk around.

On the day of departure, at about 7 o'clock in the morning, the alarm in the building went off, which continued to work for almost the next two hours without stopping, which in turn did not give the opportunity to fully rest before leaving and on the way back. Since it was completely unclear what was happening at the hotel and whether there was any real reason to panic. It is clear that there is an alarm and it is good that it is there in case of fire, but this somewhat blurred the last impression.

Beautiful compact property with very comfy bed. Great shower and powerful hairdryer. Really well thought out. Even tea/coffee facilities and fridge.In a really good but quiet location in old town. Bars, restaurants and plaza area very close by.

We struggled to access the property as the code did not work. Difficult to contact helpline especially if you don’t have roaming. We found the aircon inadequate for our needs. You should be able to adjust it more it was just too hot in the bedroom for us to sleep. This is a deal breaker for us otherwise we would happily return as everything else was perfect

The apt was well appointed and comfortable - a huge bed and sofa - it was quiet and great to have the terrace and dipping pool. The location was excellent for both Isla Magica and old town. Wonderful cafes close by for breakfast El Badulaque and dinner- Dua Tapas exceptional.The afternoon receptionist was very kind.

A very minor thing but as we were just using kitchen for drinks / snacks early eve be good to have a cloth / detergent dispenser for washing glasses / cups as didn’t need to put on dishwasher - which is provided.
