The hotel only mentions an airport shuttle. I don’t recommend the shuttle; it takes 20min from terminal 2/3 and costs £6.81 yet the public bus takes 5 min and costs £1.81 Furthermore neither bus goes to terminal 4 before 6am. One has to go to terminal 5 then wait for 20 min to catch another bus to terminal 4 or take a taxi at a whopping £ 23 between terminals . Definitely not recommended for an early flight departing from terminal 4 unless one is prepared to pay min £ 27 ( £ 40 Uber)

The hotel is located 20 minutes drive with Hotel hoppa H2B bus from the Heathrow's terminals 2&3, but the hotel also offers its own transportation and it takes 6 minutes. I used hotel's shuttle service and I highly recommend it. Bear in mind that you cannot walk from the airport to the hotel. The hotel's staff is highly professional and kind, and they went out of their way to help me. The gentleman at the reception arranged my transportation since I had an early flight and gave me on point advice which allowed me an additional hour of sleep and smooth check-in at the airport. The room was spotless and very cozy. Although across part of the airport (you can see the planes), it was super quiet and I had great night sleep. I didn't take breakfast but the coffee at the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would come again.

Location for Terminal 3 was excellent. Public transport bus stop was right outside the hotel, straight to the Terminal -£1.75 and less than 10 minutes on the bus

It would be useful if the hotel could supply the number of the suitable public transport buses leaving the Airport Terminals that went to the hotel and which stop to get off at.

This was great value for money. I booked less than a week in advance, and was surprised at the good deal that I got considering that I travelled in June and London is not a cheap city. The hotel can be accessed by public transportation (busses each hour for GBP 6), or by cab (which takes 10-15 min and costs around GBP 20). Upon arrival, staff was kind and efficient, even though there were lots of people checking in at the same time. The room was great, super quiet even with the hotel being so close to the road/airport; bed was extra comfortable, room was clean, and overall a great experience, specially after travelling around.

This is not a neighborhood to walk around. The hotel is a great choice to stay overnight, but probably not the best one if you want to walk around and/or visit the city.

We always use The Leonardo when my wife flies to the US. We can check in midday when the traffic is lighter and I find it much easier than worrying all the way down the motorway in case of roadworks or accidents. Car parking is well located and easy. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The rooms are always nice and clean. We have a great evening in the bar with a few drinks and a meal. The service is superb. The shuttle bus arrives in the morning and saves the hassle of drop off at the airport.

I'm struggling to find much I don't like about it.

The room was spacious (the bathroom as well!)... the Hotel is just 10 minutes from Terminal 5, but far from Central London and other places like Richmond park etc. So, if you plan to see around the city, this might not be an ideal location for you (although you have a bus stop quite close to the hotel). But if you are flying in or flying out, this is an excellent place as the airport is extremely close. The property is neat and clean, the staff is good (especially the housekeeping staff), and the rooms are very comfortable to stay.

Breakfast, and lunch/dinner could have had more/better menu options. I found the food menu to be quite limited. Free parking is just for an hour, it would be better if it could be extended by another 60 minutes!

Location was excellent. Room was very clean and tidy.

Member of staff at reception desk was not very helpful or friendly. His direction to the lift was vague, the lifts being an unusual distance from Reception I went back to confirm directions. He seemed annoyed that I had to ask again. As for trying to book a taxi to return to the airport he was extremely unhelpful to the point of rudeness. I felt the private hire vehicles he offered were expensive compared to the taxi I had come to the hotel in from the airport. When I asked if he could order one of those from the rank he stated bluntly only if I had a phone number. Well of course I didn't. He offered no further help.

The breakfast menu for a person with food allergies they provided a list, and there was still plenty to eat that was gluten and dairy free. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were really nice. The sound proofing - seemed to be 4 sheets of glass in the runway facing rooms, there were not many planes you could hear take off or land, but the viewing was excellent.

The evening meal menu had very few choices for gluten and dairy free peoples. The bed quilt though very comfortable was a little warm. The air conditioning in the room worked but was hard to understand. The staff are excellent but they are extremely busy - bit thin on the ground for the amount of work that needs doing. Queue for check in was quite long.

Large, freshly decorated room. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area. Just get the U3 bus from outside the hotel -£1.75 to Heathrow instead of nearly £7 on the Hoppa bus.

My room was freezing cold. I told reception and about 20 minutes later warm air started to come out of the AC. However it never got particularly warm. I had to get up at 4.30am and the heating had gone off and the room was freezing cold again. Switched the AC back on (it turns itself off) but still wasn't warm when I left for the airport. Reception acted like this was news to them but other reviewers have made earlier complaints about the cold rooms. Bit noisy.

The hotel was very convenient for a late night flight arrival into London Heathrow. It is also convenient that they offer 24 hour room service although I didn't use it. Their snack shop is fairly sparse. Coffee was provided in the room. The shower was hot and powerful and the room had everything you needed. The bed was comfy.

The staff member who checked me in was fairly unenthusiastic and un-welcoming, although the stay was merely for convenience, so I wasn't too bothered. The lift was broken when I visited, which I understand can't be helped, but no offer of assistance with my bags was provided. I was able to manage, but it would have been a nice gesture.
