The hotel is good for the money we paid. It serves a decent breakfast, included fresh, locally sourced ingredients, eggs, and variety for each day. The property and room well-maintained. They did everyday cleaning to the room. Towels and toiletries are provided. Room equipped with kettle, tea/coffee, water bottles. Staff talks English, which is a great thing. It was a good stay, worth of the money.

Location is not so interesting as it is bit away from the city centre, but taxis are available on online booking via Yandex. Room is small and the color theme of the hotel is black and white, and the black is more prominent which makes the rooms more dull and congested. Our view from room is nothing as we were on the 2nd floor

The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the main thoroughfare in Bishkek. It is very modern and nicely decorated. The room was a suite, which afforded a good space for a family. There was a bed and a double sofa bed, both of which were very comfortable. There was also a table and two stools, a fridge, kettle and the usual provision of tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful. The hotel organised a car rental for us, through a company in Bishkek, which was very helpful as we had no luck contacting rental companies directly. The car was new and very good. However, before we got the usual rental details on a document, we were in contact with someone at the hotel who offered us a Toyota Highlander from 2004 for almost the same price as the car we ended up renting. It was quite strange, as this person offered us only this very old car (7 seater) or a Kia Carnival (7 seater as well). Then, after several days going back and forth discussing these offers and some pictures of a car in someone’s back garden or a Middle East car dealership, someone else started replying to my messages (on booking’s app) and the conversation became much more professional, with a picture of a table with the rental prices and conditions as you would expect. It was obviously a different member of staff, as this person didn’t seem to be aware of what had been discussed prior. It made me wonder if the other person was trying to rent a friend’s car. Apart from that, the staff were polite and very helpful. We used the hotel’s service for pickup and drop off at the airport, which was very convenient. Would definitively stay again and recommend!

It’s not a dislike, but it wasn’t clear to us that latte/cappuccino is not included in the breakfast and there is an extra charge for this. We only realised when we were checking out.

I recently stayed at Art Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk personnel were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and swift. The room was a pleasant surprise – comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could hope for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with plenty of options to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Excellent hotel, conveniently placed close to one of the stations of the airport shuttle bus. Not necessarily close to the city center (taxis are cheap anyway), yet not too far either: some 4 km away, easily walkable - the more if one splits it in two roughly equal segments, with a pit stop at one of the good restaurants on Jibek Jolu Avenue. The neighbourhood doesn't look too appealing, but it's quiet and peaceful, even late at night. Nicely decorated and clean room, good breakfast, very polite and helpful staff.

Beautiful modern hotel near the West Bus Station and near the airport. Kind staff at reception, very clean rooms in modern style, smaller rooms enough for short stay. Breakfast included - if you are leaving early in the morning they give you a lunch box! Airport transfer possibble at any time.

To the city centre is better to take a taxi, but it is maybe the nearest hotel to the Manas airport.

Very well managed hotel . Very friendly staff. Good breakfast . Fly screens on windows so you can sleep with windows open.

Room is a bit on small side but was o. k. for our needs. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood and at night every now and then they will start barking together.

If cleanliness is important to you, this the place. This a,”proper Hotel” with many facilities :- kettle, robes, slippers, fast reliable internet, fridge, lifts (elevators) and bar with optional outdoor seating. Breakfast was better than I expected and the coffee 1st class and the price was good. The hotel is close to the main bus, station and 15 mins by car bus or taxi to the centre.

Staff were very warm and friendly. Hotel was cool and quirky. Room comfortable, great shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent.

Only minor criticism was that ground coffee wasn't part of the breakfast, you had to pay extra for that (though not expensive)which is unusual in hotels nowadays. That's a minor thing in light of overall great experience

Its worth for the money. Facilities were good, breakfast was good, room service and cleanness excellent. Staff speaks English. They have restaurant.

It is not in centre, but Yandex and taxis come to pick or drop. You need the Yandex app and then it will be smooth. There is no shops or restaurant closer by.

Aside from cleanliness of the building and our room, what I like the most is that our daily necessities (e.g. towel, toothbrush etc.)is being change daily.

Sometimes the elevator is not working and it is a little bit of a hassle for those who stays on upper floor like us.
