- Check-out is unnecessarily long ... you have to stay and wait for 5 minutes "for the room to be checked"... - it is very awkward and ruins the overall impression of the hotel... the staff and the owners seem not to understand how bad it is and how they push the visitors off with this procedure of unnecessarily time wasting - No sound isolation whatsoever - Rooms can be too small

I had a wonderful stay at Kausar Hotel in Bishkek. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. A special mention goes to Sabina, who made my stay truly memorable. She not only provided excellent service but also took me on a tour around Bishkek, giving me a great introduction to the city. Her English was excellent, which made communication so easy, and her knowledge of the local spots added a lot to the experience. I highly recommend Kausar Hotel for anyone visiting Bishkek – the staff, especially Sabina, made it a fantastic experience!

At first we thought it was quite gloomy in the entrance but when we came in, it was actually quite nice. It has a homie vibe to it and the receptionist are all very nice and helpful. They speak english well and they are very accommodating. Special thanks to Nazira and Danier for making us comfortable in our stay. We love the design and feel of the room and great amenities like slippers and water heaters with tea. Everything is nice and clean. The place has a modern yet home style design that we really liked and the bed are big and really comfy. The breakfast is also good but a bit slow to refill as sometimes it takes a while. Overall will definitely recommend

There was a short power outage that occurred during the night of our stay but it’s nothing much to complain about. The floors are quite thin so you can hear peoples steps above the next room and theres a small gap on the door from the floor which makes noises go inside the room. You can hear other people talking outside. The shower is a minor inconvenience for us as during shower, the water pressure slows down and cold water comes out then suddenly becomes strong and too much hot water bursts into you. Some parts of the hotel is under renovation. But these are just small issues that can be brushed off.

The staff are kind and helpful. They attend to all our needs. Although there's language barrier, we managed to understand each other as we both tried our best. The room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great as they serve different options everyday. They even offered us omelet on our last day aside from the buffet. Although the location is not within the city center, it's not a problem at all because you can easily book a taxi through Yandex app. Overall stay is nice and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

Nothing it's just that there's a leak from the bowl in the toilet but it's manageable as there's no bad smell. Hope this will be fix in no time. There's no lift so be prepared to do some walking exercise on your way up to the upper floors. Anyway the staff will help you carry your luggages. So it's totally fine.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The staff, despite some language barriers, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Their effort to communicate and help despite the language barrier was greatly appreciated.

While the hotel had its strengths, such as friendly staff, I found some aspects less than ideal. The location was quite far from downtown, requiring a 40-minute walk, which made it less convenient for exploring the city center. Additionally, I found the beds to be uncomfortable, as they were too hard for my liking.

The breakfast was tasty. The hotel also has the possibility of early and late breakfast, the main thing is to inform about it in advance. The breakfasts were always different, there was something new every day. I was greeted by sociable, kind hotel staff who were always in a good mood. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff - Gulnara, who always tried to help with any question and tried to find a way out of the situation. I was playing tennis with my friends. They also have a sauna, which warms up very well.

Every day they offered scrambled eggs for breakfast, at the end of my stay at this hotel, I already refused scrambled eggs:) There was also moderate humidity in the room.

Great hotel, not far from the city center. Very clean and warm. They have two sizes of saunas available 24/7. Every day, there’s a generous breakfast with a wide variety of Slavic food. The staff is very friendly, and the reception is always happy to help and can call a taxi if needed. I stayed here for 13 nights and will definitely come back again.

Big and wooden room

I couldn't recommend it more! I loved everything about this place. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave their best to give advice on what to see around Bishkek and what to visit. There is a really cozy garden in front of the hotel where you can have rest. The rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds and all the needed amenities. Would definitely stay again!

All the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Kenjebek. The location is nice and quiet but also not very far from the city center. Breakfast was good and the room service was great. Most of the staff spoke English so it was very easy to communicate. They helped us book a taxi to the hotel from the airport and vice-versa. We even got a free lunch box before we left! 10/10 would stay here again.

As a family of 3 we were expecting a 2-bedroom room, however we only got one large bed. However, they made up for it by giving us an extra mattress with covers and a pillow. Not a big deal! Still enjoyed our stay :)

Hotel kausar was very nice property to stay in bishkek, 11 minutes away from main city but worth it. This was our first stay in kyrgyzstan and liked it. Staff at night and morning was very helpful and allowed us to modify rooms according to our need and availability upon arrival. Good for sharing but not for a solo trip. Breakfast was lovely with continental dishes, tea and coffee( only paid). Would suggest to everyone!
