Lovely Hotel, location was very convenient walking distance to the new town and right next to the bus stop where we got the bus to the airport on our return. Staff spoke good English and were friendly and very helpful, recommending which bus to get for the town, where to go to eat etc. Room was a good size with a lovely bathroom and comfy beds. good shower. everything was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was really good - great choice of food. In the evening we were able to order a drink from the bar and either sit in the cafe/breakfast room or in the lounge area near to the reception. Lovely place to stay and excellent value for money.

Perfect location for all of the best sights of the city, amazing breakfast which is refilled throughout, so clean, comfortable and really lovely staff. The place runs so efficiently. I stayed in a suite because I had just had surgery and wanted a fridge for fresh fruit etc. The suite represents insanely good value for money, as I'm sure all of the rooms do. I had so many questions prior to my stay, mostly to do with my recovery, and the responses were prompt and thorough. Staff took really good care of me and were so kind. Thank you for a perfect stay during what could have been a really difficult time for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was clean and cosy, and the staff was friendly and kind, making sure we felt welcome. The bed was very comfortable, allowing to rest well. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from my top-floor panoramic room, where we could see the church tower. The breakfast was good, with a modest but sufficient selection for a basic start to the day. The hotel's location is close to the city centre—just a 5-minute drive by car, though it takes about 20 minutes on foot. While the walk back involves a bit of a climb up the hill, the quiet location and overall experience make it well worth it.

There was no tea or coffee provided in the room, though there was a kettle and cups.

The location was good for us, as we came by car, and parking is provided outside the hotel. WE were given two ENORMOUS rooms, and each had a separate closed bedroom (large) and a sitting room with kitchenette. Most of the rooms are likely to be smaller, because there was a team of young sportsmen in the hotel and they would have smaller perhaps twin rooms. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in our room. The bed was comfortable. I must mention the EXCELLENT breakfast, with good choices, and plenty to eat. Staff were most helpful.

On a positive note, if you come to Kaunas with a car, this hotel offers convenient underground parking. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable, and there was ample space in the room to work comfortably with a laptop.

I was disappointed with the shower area. The shower was combined with the toilet, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor after each use. Although a cleaning broom was provided to manage the water, it was not effective enough to fully dry the floor. As a result, the floor remained wet, making it inconvenient and unpleasant to use the bathroom afterwards, especially if you were wearing socks.

The best thing about this accommodation is the personnel, and sometimes it is the only thing you desperately need at the moment. This is to express my extreme gratitude to Inna, the beautiful girl at the reception. I was in distress after a long road journey and she felt it and went far and beyond to help me and make my stay at the hotel pleasant and relaxing. The room was quite comfortable, the pricing reasonable, the breakfast really decent, the location favourable.

Everything was in accordance with the Booking profile, nothing to complain about.

A nice hotel in Kaunas. Quite quiet provided the location near one of the main roads. Decent Wi-Fi, nice HVAC and overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast - fine, whatever cannot be found in the restaurant... can be purchased right next to the corner where there's a nice shop available. Pleasant staff, easy check-in and check-out.

Inner soundproofing at the doorside might be improved. Spider web in some spots in the room, better cleaning might solve the case. As for the rest - nothing drammatic.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Justyna from reception. She really tried her best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks, Justyna, for your help and, of course, chit-chat 😀

There was no fridge in the room, but I learned later on that this is pretty common in Lithuania. The second room, although lovely, it was facing the main road and it was a bit too noisy with open windows.

good value for the money, short drive to old town (with more time we could have replaced it with longer walk), free parking

1) our room was on the street side, so not the most silent with open windows, but closed windows and air conditioning did the trick. 2) in general rooms seemed nice, fresh and clean, but before checkout i discovered some things under the bed that should have been cleaned up from previous guests

Small hotel on the main street of Kaunas. The room is clean and quiet. All three beds are separate single beds with satisfactory size. The mattress is comfortable. Ample parking: we arrived after midnight and found a spot. Breakfast is sufficient, varied and tasty, but not enough hot dishes. Wifi works well. There are enough channels on TV. Upon request, they provided us with a kettle and cups so we could drink our tea i the room.

The heating is a little weak for winter.
