Both the location and the hotel are fantastic- clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - overall amazing. In the heart of the old town in a beautiful building and a very quiet area.

Please avoid breakfast. If you’re thinking about paying extra to get them - don’t. You can have a tasty omelette with a cup of coffee for less than what we were presented during our stay.

Location always depends on your needs. Car parking was very expensive - 30 euro per night, and less around if you know the town. Comparing to other Europe onion countries the price of the room was quite high, a cheap bottle of champagne was 30 euro and sparkling water was 4.5 euro. The room had only basics, but it was very clean though!! I could give 10 - 10. I did not have breakfast so no comments about it. But I know you could get it for 12 euro p/p. As per my travel experience in Europe and abroad this kind of the room shouldnt cost more than 45 euro per night. Over all I could give 8/10.

The price was a bit too high comparing to other Europe cities. Lithuania is quite pricy country.

The location is amazing. Starts in the beginning and heart of Kaunas. Or very close to it. Just in 2 minutes slow walk there is a square with nice restaurants and view.

The windows from outside part. They were not clean. Probably summer time problem due to many bugs and etc. In the toilet the space in front of the mirror, above head is very limited due to roof design. The breakfast choice is way smaller than in Vilnius amberton. Does not worth of 15 euros per person. Highly recommend not to take it. No elevator. We got 4th floor, so needed to walk all the way.

Fantastic location, large and comfy room, clean. Big TV, desk, overall really great accommodation.

Poor breakfast, very limited options. Don't pay extra if it's not included in your room price. I also didn't like the self check-in system. I arrived on Sunday but didn't get instructions about getting into my room. At first nobody answered my calls for about 30 minutes (I understand that on weekends their call centers might be understaffed). Once they did answer, the staff were very helpful and nice but it took another 15 minutes for the instructions to arrive, I guess it was some bug in the system. It seems it would make more sense to pay for staff to be present at the location rather than having a call center. Some people might prefer the self-check in, but to me it seems pointless.

The room was spacious and the location of the hotel very central. Nevertheless the room was quiet, as requested when booking. The breakfast was acceptable, although a choice of fruit would have been welcome.

The absence of staff in the hotel. The communication was over a phone line and, as it turned out, the person at the other end did not even know where I was calling from. When we wanted to extend our stay, the ‘staff’ did not show interest in having us, despite of rooms being available.

Great apartment. 2 minutes away from the old town. Very convenient check in and out - all needed information via text message. All needed facilities. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We were happy with our choice!

The town is surrounded by two rivers, so there are plenty of insects what results in many, many spiders. We booked superior room, that is in top of the building - and there were spiders on the ceiling. If you got arachnophobia, I suggest you to book a regular room.

I loved the room size. It is very spacious. The bathroom as well. Since we were as family 3 persons, we had a lot of room. Great view from the window. Parked my car in front of the hotel. Close by - bars, restaurant, cafe.

I reserved a room with an extra bed, but it was not in the room. But it was also my issue, as I reserved the room on the same day late in the evening. I understand that staff had no time to put it in in the late evening.

Room is big and was clean and very well organise ... breakfast was enough ... Air con also works fine as it was a hot evening and night ... all the main attractions was in a walk distance ... parking is not expensive.

Well the hotel deserves a receptionist ... We did travel from London all the way, and in every country we stop, that the only hotel with this type of AI system ... for me is too impersonal, modern but without feelings.

Very spacious room, amazing big windows and high ceiling! the self-checking was very easy and all information was given one day before arrival. It was great having a good air conditioning and refrigerator (although it was full with drinks and stacks, you didn’t have a space for your owns). The room was quite at nights so we slept very well. The location was perfect, the bars and restaurants were just around the corner.

We arrived with a car, and we couldn’t reserve a parking spot in advance and once we arrived there were no place for the car - it was stressful to find one in the streets. Calling the hotel staff for help was useless as they didn’t answer my calls (it was 8pm on a weekday).

1. Staff was very helpful and cleared all misunderstandings immediately. Excellent communication. 2. Beautiful interior, clean rooms, fresh air. 3. Very easy check in and check out. Don't need to wait in line, invoices sent to email. Very efficient. 4. It was very quiet in the rooms, no noise from neighbors or from street.

1. Breakfast choices were limited. Suggestion to improve menu with more hot dishes and more fresh vegetables and fruits. 2. Parking lot could have been bigger. Although the parking cost on the street is not high, still it would be more convenient to park in the parking.
