Break fast was extremely good with wide verity of food. view from the room was un believable. view from the balcony was awesome. beautiful parking arrangement.

A little bit difficult to locate the hotel as it is located in the foot hills. The entrance is on a curve and is slightly interior. However the hotel is located in a beautiful valley and is very near to the highway.

The cottages were quite nice and made for a very pleasant stay. Situated in a beautiful location with great views of the mountains and river.

The food from the restuarant was good, but I am not sure it was fully worth the price. It was quite pricey for what I received in return

Room was fabulous. Huge with a jacuzzi bath and double shower and a terrace - much more than we expected. Also view straight out onto the river. The staff were great. We ate in the restaurant ,which was very good and there was a great selection of luxembourgish wines which are fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful place, in a remote location, with very friendly staff. Visiting with a dog was such a fun experience — they offered treats, and were so sweet to him.

What a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful, right on the river below Bourscheid castle. The staff we very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in room 132, it doesn't look directly out onto the river but you can see the castle from your window which was nice. It is next to the day spa but we were not disturbed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the shower is a little small. The bathroom provides nice smelling shower wash and basic toiletries. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. They provide a good selection of fresh hot & cold food for breakfast. There is a small gym and saunas in the spa area and a giant chest board outside. There is an outside terrace and comfortable seating by the river. I wish we had stayed longer. It is such a relaxing environment and you can really enjoy nature. Free parking. You can walk up to the castle if you are fit otherwise just jump in your car. A must stay

The property was so beautiful. The view of the castle and then the hike up was really good too. Our dog was treated like royalty everyone was so friendly to her. she was greeted with treats and had her very own dinner in the restaurant the attention was just lovely.

Luxury hotel really well places near to Bourschied castle. Lots of walks which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Exactly what we were looking for. Lots to do nearby and on site if you’re active and if not it’s a perfect opportunity to chill out. Parking excellent, room spacious, comfortable and clean.

Localization of hotel is really perfect close to the river. It is really nice valley. Parking is free if charge next to the hotel. Breakfast is wide of range and everyone can find something also Champagne is available on the breakfast:) Really nice place and also around there is something to see.

the room windows were not clean. the breakfast was regular and there was nothing special about it. I would expect a breakfast buffet with more variety from a 4 star hotel.

Why did they need to hose me on the electric charger. LU price is EUR 0.36 per kWh whereas I got charged EUR 0.75 per kWh. Hotel should be offering destination charging as a reason to stay there so a small premium on their costs would be just fine!
