The swimming pool, whilst small, was perfect for a refreshing dip. I was very lucky to have it all to myself at 8am. The sun terrace would have been lovely but it was so hot on the day I visited, I could only take about 10 minutes out there. The bar was good for a quick drink before going out for dinner and for a night cap Location, not difficult in such a small place, but ideal at the foot of the castle and 2 mins walk from a selection of good bars and restaurants.

Shower doors didn't meet so I had to use one of the towels on the floor to soak up the leaks. Minor problem really.

Nice hotel, very close to the Escapardenne trail. The old town has it's charm as well. Great breakfast, lots of options - sweet, sour, fruit etc. There is also small spa section in the hotel.

A kettle with a coffee/tea bag would be a nice touch in the room. Also, the spa section closes at 19h. I didn't need one, but hotel parking is charged additionally (12e per day)

The room and the bathroom had been completely refurbished recently so it was a good surprise because it was way nicer and modern than on the pictures of the hotel. The beds were super comfy. The staff (mainly the lady at the reception) was very nice, kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast gives a large choice. The hot stone massage I took as extra was very relaxing.

The people going with their noisy children at the swimming pool of the spa. The fact that there is only one sauna for two people included in the price. You have to wait for other people to leave. The hammam is extra and the infrared sauna as well. They should definitely add a jacuzzi. Just one little thing not really bad but worth saying: having two beds instead of a big one isn't very cosy when you want to sleep in your lover's arms.

Excellent location a super friendly, accommodating staff. (We were running late and had to check in late after hours. We contacted BOOKING.com. THEIR representative told us "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do. Your late check in request has been denied". We were so worried there won't be any staff available to check us in. We tried 3x's to reach out to BOOKING.com. Each time we were told they could not help us and we would have to find another hotel. It was late, nothing appeared to open in this small town. We were 30 minutes late after posted hours. We decided to just go to the hotel and see if someone was there. Fortunately there was a single Front Desk employee waiting for us. She unlocked the door and we were immediately greeted with a "Welcome to our hotel. We were waiting for you, make yourself feel at home and please let us know if you need anything at all." We were so relieved the staff waited for us and didn't turn us away. As for BOOKING.com, they were not so helpful in a this already stressful situation. Thank goodness someone at this fabulous hotel had a heart. We will definitely stay there again... and be on time next visit!

The service was amazing. Before my stay I tried to reach out to them trough email and they responded very very quickly! The room was clean and there's a nice option for some wellness! The restaurant is amazing. The breakfast was allright.

I stayed with my mother and we both felt like the bed wasn't amazing.

Beds comfortable and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The dining room was closed the night we came, not much open in town either. We were not advised it would be closed that night.

We did really like the pool and the sauna. Breakfast was good, and the bar was a great place for a beer in the evening. Also, the free motorcycle parking behind the hotel was very nice.

We couldn't turn on the heater, it wasn't cold, but we tried to dry our wet motorcycle clothes.

Beautiful location and view of the castle and church, comfortable bed and pillow, great breakfast, nice restaurant.

Nicer toiletries would be appropriate for the level and price, I’m glad I brought my own.

Very well laid out family room so that each person had private space. Many thoughtful details, like robes and special lighting above the seating area. The facilities were excellent with nice saunas and a beautiful pool. The space was incredibly comfortable

Location was good, the room comfortable, unexpected balcony and good bathroom. We also enjoyed two dinners in the restaurant. The bar staff were very good too.
