I love the location, it's well connected with Tram stop, shopping mall. Staff was very helpful. The excellent part of hotel is environment friendly. They take environment very seriously, I will surly appreciate the Novtel Hotel for providing refillable water bottle & filling station on the floor which I have seen first time. Hotel also provide bathroom items like comb. razor, paste etc on demand rather than wasting the plastic item unnecessary.

1.Fast Online Checkout Concept - I checked-out online for fast checkout & was expecting my key to be ready for collection but I had to again checked out at reception so this fast online checkout is waste of time. 2. Smoking zone is just in front of the Reception enternece so you will surly consume the cigarette smoke unwontedly.I would like to request hotel management to move the smoking zone in one of the corner in the open area. 3. There are two different Novotel Hotels e.g. Novotel Suits & Novtel at Kirchberg which are technically in two different buildings so location & parking is bit confusing. While booking it was not mentioned where are you going to book your room.

It was a very comfortable room with large comfy beds and a good modern shower. It was just a short walk to the tram station which then took you into the city centre. And public transport is free which is great news as you can leave the car behind. Incidentally there is a good size underground car park. You can use the upper car park but it gets full quickly.

This isn’t really the fault of the hotel however we had some noisy neighbours that were still up about 1:00am and you could hear the noise reverberating through the walls which woke us up. We did ring reception but they couldn’t find the source of the noise. I think we were just unlucky having a room next to a very noisy family. Overall it was a great stay in a lovely modern boutique hotel and the staff were very helpful and kind so well recommended. It’s better to arrive earlier to get a parking space next to the hotel however if they’re all full then don’t fear as the underground car park had plenty of spaces.

Breakfast - lots of option and could have been better if some non-western food is added. Room - big enough for our family, I really like the long table where we can put most of our kids stuff and able to see them easily. Location - close to tram stations, and European Parliament Staff - very friendly and hospitable.

The room (two double bed room) was spacious and really comfortable. Breakfast was great! And location was really convenient for us as we needed to stay in tge area. However please consider that this hotel is not located in the city centre. But this is not a problem because with the free tram you are there in a few minutes.

There is a parking area (uncovered) in front of the hotel. You get a ticket when entering and pay at the hotel at checkout. However when we were there there was not always space for all the cars. The covered hotel does not connect directly with the hotel.

Loads of space in the room which was great with 2 small kids. There was a kettle and plenty of tea/coffee. The parking was secure and right outside the hotel which made it easy for taking the bags in. I saw they had a baby cot in the hall ready to be brought into someone’s room. It looked in great condition (we had our own so did not request one) The hotel is a few minutes walk from a tram stop which goes straight into the city centre. Public transport is free in Luxembourg which made stay by here perfect

Currently has some facelift work going on which is a bit unsightly but it’s no big deal. I understand this work has to be done. It will look great when completed. FYI I knew about the construction when I booked. It had no effect on my willingness to stay

We arrived at the hotel unplanned and without much thought. Staff welcomed us really friendly. Drinking water stations at every floor. Room was large, really good looking, very clean with a wonderful bathroom. You may get all hygiene amenities at the reception if you need some. We were not planning on getting a hotel that day thus it was a real saver. Public transport just behind the corner and in 10-15 minutes you are in a city center.

It might be some difficulties to park your car during business days? We were on a weekend and even though the underground parking lot is huge - 100% of places are reserved to someone and there was not a single space left for Novotel clients on all 3 levels, nevertheless the remaining parking lot itself was mostly empty. At the reception I was told that since it is weekend I may park at the places of a bank. Not sure if this works on business days.

Really clean with comfortable beds. Good size rooms. Bathroom was a good size, clean with nice toiletries. Excellent breakfast for a reasonable price, hot and cold food with lots of choice. Really well presented hotel, easy to find, lots of parking for a price (19 euros a day sounds like a lot but having been to many other places in Europe this was a reasonable price). Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Close to tram stop and only 5 stops (less than five minutes) into the centre or Luxembourg. (Remember all transportation is free in Luxembourg). We had a great time and felt safe, comfortable and happy there. Free water and bottle to fill up, lots of lifts, very spacious and a fitness centre, even though we didn't use it.

We loved everything. We do not have a bad thing to say about it.

We had a family room, which was brand new, clean, with good air-conditioning and really comfortable mattress - we all slept super well. The room was very good value for money. The staff were polite. Breakfast had a lot of choice, including good bread although there were a couple of things that could have been better. We parked in the building next door, 2 min walk wasn't any problem for us as we had small suitcases only.

There could be a couple of things improved in breakfast. Also, you can hear through the walls (in our case crying child) but at 10pm everything went quiet and we slept well.

Very nice hotel, room bright and spacious. Bathroom facilities good, would have preferred a bath though, but clean and modern. Restaurant was good, very quick, nice meal . Staff very nice and helpful. Dogs were allowed which was awesome 👌

Parking was a nightmare especially for an E car 🚗, I feel some sort of control should be in place so that others guests have the chance to charge their cars and the space not be blocked by people parking for over 12hrs as I noticed. Luckily there are quick chargers a few kms away but then no parking spaces on return . This was my only fault with this hotel.

Everything working good, very clean and comfortable room. Super good shower with enough space for this category. Location is the best, restaurants around walkable distance. Few minutes from tram station. Breakfast very complete. The staff was always attentive and friendly.

I was on the ground floor, aside from my room was the staff office and also several conference rooms, my room was not sound proof. There was all the time sound from people voices, service trailer going back and forth. I was little bit disappointed. I like very much Accor Hotels. This is the only minor the rest super good.
