The Hotel was new and very stylish the spa was nice would have like a pool or jacuzzi also

The breakfast No freshly squeezed orange juice No cut fruit in which you get in all breakfast restaurants Boiled eggs were all hard no choice I asked for Strawberry yogurt on the last day and we’re told they had none No tea/coffee service offered by the staff had to get our own At 10am on the dot all breakfast items were cleared away without even asking the guests if they needed anything else. The only bar had no food menu to order Very disappointing experience let’s the Hotel down.

Great location, walking distance from the main square and just next to a large mall development with bars, shops and supermarket. Relatively new hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a 5 star venue. Reception staff are really friendly and always ready to accommodate any request. The room was spacious, with a really comfortable king-size bed and large modern bathroom. Restaurant and breakfast hall at the 5th floor with a great view over the city and the surrounding hills.

Bed linens are not the best - not sure whether they were 100% cotton - and duvet/duvet covers are not commisurate to the size of the bed. The bathroom finishings were a bit shoddy, towel rail hanging probably by a thread, with wires exposed; shower fixtures in the bath tab were unstable and barely attached with extra silicon - we might have just been unlucky with our room.

It is a remarkable 5-star hotel and probably one of the best in Skopje. The lounge area, restaurant, rooms and Spa are all up to standard and expectation. Having a parking lot was another plus point. The service is exceptional and one gets a good feel of being in a luxury hotel. We will be back.

The only drawback is that the hotel had no indoor/outdoor pool, not even at the Spa. This is usually standard for a 5-star rated hotel so we were a bit disappointed in this regard.

1. Not much, maybe a shade expensive for what it offers. For a hotel of this stature, maybe we would have hoped for a swimming pool but its not a deal breaker.

A standout feature is the convenient parking garage, which provided secure and easy parking—a big plus in a bustling city like Skopje. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop breakfast. Starting the day with a delicious meal while enjoying panoramic views of the city was simply amazing. The fresh and varied breakfast options, combined with the stunning scenery, made for a memorable experience every morning. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Skopje. With its excellent location, top-notch service, convenient amenities, and unique rooftop breakfast, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Rooms are spacious, and very clean, beds are perfect. There is also a great view to the hill from the windows. Breakfast was excellent, had many sweet and savory options, and everything was very tasty. We were very satisfied. There is a big parking garage under the hotel, shared with the mall, but still very large spaces, so you can be sure you'll find a comfortable and safe spot for your car. Location is also great, 10-15 walk to center, and its located next to a big mall, which is also a great option to explore when you stay at the hotel, there a bunch of good restaurants there to as well. Staff was very polite and helpful. This was our second stay at this place, and it was just as great as the first time.

Our bathroom didn't seem to have ventilation, or at least we didn't find a way to turn it on.

Nice and comfortable room. Very polite and helpful staff, who helped with requests (about pillows for example). The hotel is walking distance from the centre, although surrounded by a building site at the moment.

The lighting in the room was poor, with no good reading lights by the bed (attractive lamps but not good). The pillows were very high and hard, but when I asked, I was provided alternatives. The TV has only local and Turkish channels, apart from just one international news channel - knowing how many different satellite packages that are available in the country, maybe something additional could be included.

Excellent front of house staff; Ivan is an asset to them and one of the best I’ve come across, as well Dino. Great 5th floor terrace with wonderful views over the mountains and you can breakfast, lunch or evening cocktails enjoying the sunset. Location great but a lot of construction taking place but should add more to the area when completed.

Breakfast was not 5 star; very poor if any vegetarian options.. asking to have crêpes as an alternative was met with a firm no. My brother who has eggs loved the trash made to order omelettes. But overall this aspect really needs upgrading to be considered a modern 5 star especially as it’s so easy for them to do with local dishes. However staff were lovely. Also, they need to put travel stuff, tissues etc in every room - it doesn’t make sense not to have this as standard. Finally so much more could be made of the SPA - a bit more attention would make it better.

The property was well maintained and clean. Well lighted and the room size was good and satisfies all international standards. The staff was helpful. The room had good natural lights too. The overall stay was comfortable. The Restaurant was reasonably priced and had professional service.

I think the staff needed international exposure and lack hospitality, thought were helpful. The Management was saving resources, it required more staff specially in Spa where housekeeping was understaffed. The Hotel Spa has been designed well with marble flooring, however, to maintain such floor housekeeping is needed regularly so that floor does not remain wet - its a real safety issue and needs immediately addressed.

just location a, a little bit out from the centre and, being construction site, you need to make a big tour just for going 200 meters towards the centre. probably it will be better soon.
