Room was nice. Carpark near your room which is great. No lift, so we had to carry luggage to second floor. View faces car park, so curtains are mostly closed. Breakfast is ok, can have wider spread.

On the sunday, the breakfast was somehow not ready. Husband also preferred if eggs were cooked when ordered and not made in advance since omelets are nicer hot. Room had few spiders and insects. Sound proofing can be better. 10pm and I can hear kids running down the hallway, playing or shouting.

Need improvement on how to handle customers. I was assigned to a room with a guest in it. How embarrassing when door opened and guest was resting inside!

location and setup

Beautiful resort. The pool was lovely. Facilities were excellent. Our massage at the spa was an outstanding experience. We were allowed a slightly later check out upon request which was really helpful. Breakfast was lovely and so was the Verandah restaurant. Great location for airport departure. Half hour in a GRAB.

On a minor note: Being woken by a petrol leaf blower right outside our room at 8.30am. The slow check in, not sure if the computers were playing up. Also the aircon was fine, but for some reason the room became really warm at about 3am and the aircon was on?

Breakfast was very good and the Italian restaurant staff were exceptional. Mr Muneeral (?) was a most gracious host. We used the Chinese restaurant as we had on previous occasions but found that our beloved manager's special was no longer there. Check in and out was very well handled with a minimum of fuss and special thanks to the young lady from Indonesia at reception who was so helpful. Vouchers were an especially good idea.

Room was short on toilet paper which we had to ask for. The roll had already been mainly used. The kettle required fiddling to make work and the phone was out of action for our entire stay. The ironing cord also had exposed wiring sheath. Had some difficulty making ourselves understood to the housekeeping staff.

The room was worth it. It’s very spacious and comfortable, I really like the balcony as well quite big. I came during Ramadhan, at first their menu is only offered ayam rempah or meat curry. I dont eat curry so I only left with ayam rempah which to me is quite lame the food option, but then the time when they send it to my room I got paprik shrimp and ayam balado. The food is exceeding my expectations. Value the money i paid for breakfast! It’s delicious and the portion is a lot

The front desk staff is quite slow and not friendly. I dont feel that much of welcoming vibe. It also seems like not most of their staff know about the resort map as i were asking some of the staff there on the spa whereabouts and they look very clueless & unable to answer the questions. I think this resort can do better by training all their staff.

The best staycation ever. I feel like i wanna moving here permanently. I also took the spa package at the hotel. The massage was amazing, there’s a private hot tub, sauna , gym , tennis court , mini farm and the atmosphere is very comfortable , relaxing and peaceful. Ending my 2024 here is definitely worth it, and this is my first anniversary. My husband loves this place too. I will definitely come back here again.

I’ve been here for 3 days, and I haven’t seen the staff clean my room yet. Maybe they’re waiting until check-out to clean it.

1. Location was great. A lot of photo-worthy spot 2. Breakfast a lot of choices ( Nasi Lemak with Sambal Sotong was good) with children playroom just beside the breakfast hall. 3. Room was good ( not stroller/wheelchair friendly if given level 2 rooms. No elevator just stairs) 4. Check in process was efficient. Received welcome give drink voucher and cookies 5. A lot of parking area. During check in they gave a map for the layout. Need to drive to the unit.

Kid pool flooring not so good. A few sharp stone. Kids need to be careful some of the spot inside the pool.

Delixe Room was very spacious, clean, great water pressure and temperature altho i wish the washroom space (especially the shower) can be slightly bigger. Reception staff was great (special mention to En Adzly who helped to arrange all my 4 rooms to be on the ground floor). The housekeeping staff was also very attentive. Multiple pools, plenty of personal space for everyone. Breakfast spread was not too lavish, just nice. The hotel is a bit far from main attractions. But if the intent is to maximise your holiday within the area, location is close to a nice big lake and essential shops (mamak, bakery, coffee shop, convenience store, restaurants). driving is preferred, but it is within reasonable cycling/walking distance.

There is a 2seater sofa which is also a sofa bed. It will be even better if there is an extra set of bedding and pillows provided in the closet (altho i think we can request from housekeeping). It is a great peaceful and nice greenery resort for families, especially for elderlies. Perhaps the mgmt could consider improving wheelchair accessibililty all around (eg paved smooth pathways from rooms to the cafe, pool).
