Bathroom door cannot closed perfectly

Highly recommend - location was superb and the room was spacious! I loved the tranquility of its ambiance and surroundings and even with standard room, it spacious and so comfortable with a bathtub. Of course it’s not advisable due to privacy but you can relax in the bathtub while looking to the balcony area. I just loved it! Yes, the near parking is limited and you have to walk a bit from the other parking but I personally find it not a problem at all. I love walking and with the surroundings, everyone should walk too. It is accessible to the ‘Tangga Putrajaya’ - wasn’t it nice?!..

The secret garden at night in front of the hotel and the staffs. Very friendly and helpful staffs from check in until checkout. All the staffs were veryyy nice. 5 stars for the hospitality! The secret garden is very beautiful and they sell foods there so you can chill and relax there.

The sink was a bit clogged I think because it was slow to drain the water. The lamps are a bit too dim for me. Taxi and ehailing were a bit difficult to get because the location is kinda far from other buildings or place. But we did managed to get Grab and Maxim after some time. So its advisable to drive here. The parking is a bit far but dont worry they have buggy to take guests to the lobby.

The pool and fitness center facilities were also top-notch, providing an excellent space to unwind and stay active during my stay. In conclusion, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Nice cool hotel on top of the hill. I managed to get a view (through some trees) of the Putrajaya skyline and Putra Mosque, if I'm not mistaken. Smooth checking-in and courteous staff from concierge. They gave me room at level 3 i.e. same level as the lobby/reception, no need to take a lift. All in working conditions i.e. lights, air-conditioning, TV etc. The room was not new and modern but well maintained with some refurbishment. The bathroom had bath tub and also a separate shower closet. Quite convenient as some hotels you have to shower in the bath tub. It was Ramadhan and I didn't take the sahur/breakfast option but I did ordered through room service. I'm quite impressed with the ordering through an apps, they responded through the chat box to confirm on my order and even by phone call to double confirm certain things. And the food was wonderful with reasonable portion even though a bit pricey. And they said the room service is 24 hours even in other months than Ramadhan, as most of the hotels I had been limit to 9pm for last order.

The hotel seemed doesn't have any basement parking and the parking space provided was an open space. They provided a buggy service to travel from the lobby to the car park as it is up hill, hence quite challenging to walk with your luggage to the lobby. In the bathroom, there's also a hand shower in the bath tub and also a sliding door which opened up the room. The problem is if you shower in the bath tub, chances are the water will spill onto the sliding door and eventually form a water puddle on the wooden floor in the room itself. Probably the management might want to re-look on this design.

The buffet worth of value - mixed of traditional Malaysian food and western, the bed super duper comfy, bathtub were spacious, love the old vintage wardrobe in the room, love their bathrobe and totally loveee the architecture of the building and the garden! Awesome view and very calming and relaxing.

The open buffet not suitable when there's renovations work done as the buffet is on the lower ground and no coverage on top of ceiling to seperate micro nano dust level.. and please if possible, light more up the room as the most wardrobe in the room were in dark shade

First, the room is very spacious in comparison to other hotels. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and cozy. The air conditioner is remarkably effective in keeping the large spacious room at the most accommodating temperature without the need to wait for a longer time. And the staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful in attending to the requests to ensure that my stay is a memorable one. And I have to say Mr. Ihwan who was in charge, has done a remarkable job and duty to his utmost efforts in assisting me with all my needs so that I didn't have a lot of hassle throughout my stay. I want to thank you for providing the services during my two-night stay in the hotel.

The hotel is under ongoing renovation during my stay, and it does create some inconveniences. I guess I was visiting at the wrong time to fully capture the best of this hotel. I wish I could pay a visit after all the renovation is done and have a chance to fully utilize the services the hotel have got to offer.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. The food at breakfast was good. My grandson enjoyed the buggy ride to the carpark and from the carpark back to the hotel. I love the balcony which opened to a small garden.

The pool was a little too deep for children The small garden outside the balcony could be maintained better and be planted with plants that have flowers, and mowed frequently. I think it would be better if a small table is put outside on the balcony with the two chairs provided there, so that we could just sit outside and have tea or enjoy the scenery or read a book.

The room was spacious but no extra beds for my daughter so she had to sleep on the floor during our stay. We requested extra mattress, pillows and blankets but no mattress available. Everything was in working order..lovely sunset views from the balcony..the breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety..we received a cookie jar and tablet mat as gifts for children during school holidays..my daughter enjoys the shuttle rides too. Situated on top of the hill next to night Garden with colourful lights and views of Putrajaya.

No extra beds available and the king size bed could not fit the 3 of us..maybe the hotel should provide California King Size Bed. Our stay was too short to even enjoy the pool. The pillows was too soft.
