great location - walk distance mall and food area. facilities - the room feel like home, great view, kitchen area, bedroom and the washing machine in the room make my stay more relaxed. the swimming pool and the service towels after swimming is extra points.

cleanliness - can see dusty specially at the corner area, inside the tv cabinet and under it, under the sofa and behind the curtains. and the carpet if they can vaccum each time check out it will be great for the next check in guest as notice a lot of hair on the carpet and the room floor.

we stay for three days and the toilet keep on clogging. staff is responsive but after a while the issue still persist. it is very disturbing when the toilet floor is clogging and full with water.

Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Huge pool & good gym. Good value for money. Really close to shopping mall & supermarkets so it is easy to get everything you need.

Not great sound proofing. The sound of furniture / chairs scraping across the floor in the apartment above was loud at times. It would go until around 11pm at night & start again at 7am. I was woken by it at 1am one night. The shower could do with a proper deep clean / scrub. The couch, chair & rug were a little stained. Otherwise it was perfect. I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast could be more diversity since most of food is suitable for local Malaysian. swimming pool was on and off all the time which made kids a bit disappointed Staff there are not so helpful, I often get reject for any additional request (i.e. late check out, take away some small bread from breakfast, etc) Worst thing have to mentioned here is the cleaness of the toilet, I can see contaminated by pee badly.

We stayed at the 2 bed rooms apt. We were so surprised with the cleanliness of the apt., the privacy of the rooms, the big mirrored wall in the masterbed room, the breakfast, with so many choices of foods but for some dishes were a bit too sweet such as mee goreng (fried noodle) and the kacang phool. (Just a suggestion that is a must to have additional condiments of various chillies such as chilli flakes, chilli padi, and chilli sauce on the serving counters. Anyway, we have already given our feedback to Chef Ebby. (If i type the right name.) Wheelchair friendly hotel. It's so easy to check in at the front desk. Front desk staff were friendly. A shoutout for the Chef Ebby (if I'm not mistaken) at the Volcano Restaurant he was so nice that he came to our table during our breakfast and chit chatting with my elderly father, and Mr Husni at the concierge. Thank you for their friendlies gesture towards me, my husband, my daughter, and both of my elderly parents during our stays of 3days n 2 nights there. To all the staff of Mercure Living, please keep the friendlies smiles and well maintain the cleaniness of the place and the comfortable stays in future for your guests. We were happy and comfortable staying there. Just like staying at our comfort home. Our relatives who visited us were amazed by the place and they intend to stay there for their staycation trip too. The location was good, too. It only takes 9 mins of driving to IOI City to SHOPPING! This is for sure we will come back again. Can't wait to be back again. The washing machine should have a dryer as well. As our stays, it was on raining days and all our washed clothes were damned and not dry properly. Perhaps management would consider changing the washing machine to 2 in 1 a built-in dryer, too.

We got an unexpected upgrade to a bigger room. Well provisioned kitchen, nice bathroom. There were TVs in both the lounge and main bedroom. The staff were friendly. The pool looked good (though we didn't use it). The gym was good. There was a newish quirky mall in the same building and an established mall just across the road.

Wi-fi was difficult to connect but worked fine once connected (we had problems connecting each time we returned to wifi range). We received strange messages from this accommodation provider via booking.com requesting we verify payment details (these were phishing attempts, we have yet to understand where the system was compromised). If you're not sure about messages from this property, speak to staff before clicking any links!

Nice view.. We can see KLCC & TRX from our room as our room was in 27th floor.. Got tv inside the master bedroom

Stayed at two bedrrom apartment.. Second room is too small like a store room.. Theres a few shirt left behind inside the washing machine.. The room a little bit smelly but much better after we informed the houskeeping and they sprayed some perfume inside the room.. The houskeeping didnt clean the oven.. The masterbedroom wasss very hot.. The aircond was not cool even i put on the fan speed to HIGH compared to the living room.. The sofa got stain.. Housekeeping please check and make sure everything is in deep clean!

Big room, beautiful. You can sleep on the couch and it was so cozy. Good channels on the tv. Very quiet environment which you can unwind. Easy to order food around. For me, I rather order food and just enjoy in the room. Because it was that cozy. thank you lol

You need to use touch-n-go card to enter their parking area. You need to validate the tng card twice (once after you enter, and another before you want to go out) so the first time, although I had validated the card before I go out, it still charged me RM3 because I didn't validate the first time after I check-in. I didn't know that. The next day I told the staff at reception and later he helped me. Breakfast was good but not many varieties. It was just okay.

Customer service from the concierge till housekeeping staff was overall excellent. Good job staff 👍🏻. Always greeting customers whenever there are. The hotel room was good, clean and all facilities and house equipment were complete and usable. Great for a big family. Easy to grab food...as the hotel not only near to and attach to the mall but also near to presint 14 & 15 which is near to the virall food restaurants.

Maybe the hotel can consider putting some toilet perfume as the toilet will smell bad around midnight to morning due to the sewerage smell.. For room 2807, there is one bulb inside the room in front of the main door. I think the 1st switch is loose..when switch off the light it still beaming.

Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Bid swimming pool. Big size apartment. Clean & comfortable bed, toilet & kitchen. Got fridge, not mini bar size. Microwave oven & rice cooker being provided and not to forget the washing machine. Wifi super fast.

Variety of breakfast was the same on the 2nd day. As mentioned in other guest review, there was a bad smell in the toilet suspected from the drainage pipe which might due to poor design of it. The hotel might want to provide air freshener. Dishwash detergent need not being provided; RM15 if you need it. The toiler bidet was the type that "shooting" from the bowl, not the one with hose. Some might find this troublesome. Swimming pool water tasted a bit salty like diluted sea water.
