While it's close to town, it's not walking distance. Not many amenities are around the place walking distance wise. Don't book here if you don't have your own transport Driving the car up 5 levels to park is also a hassle. Washing detergent is not provided.

The room was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable with two cozy beds. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, making the experience even more memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the great accommodation. I’ll definitely recommend your place and would love to return in the future!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, very clean, comfortable furniture.

Checkin process was a real palaver, slightly frustrating as you had to contact security, you need to have whatsapp on your phone to communicate with owner to get the process of checking in, it takes quite a while and a bit of back and forth. Very tight security which is a good thing.

Lovely clean apartment, the place was much bigger than what we thought from the photos. I was with a friend and we loved that we had our own room and bathroom too. Great communication with agent too and they were very accommodating to our requests, thank you! The rooftop pool was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

The concept of the house itself represents the comfiness for pur family of 6 pax for 3D2N stays in Penang. Location is quite strategic with the attraction in Georgetown ease the for our family for planning. The staffs are friendly and easy to manage when registering in and out.

Absolutely nothing!

Its in the city center, seaview & beautiful pool etc. The apartment unit was very comfortable & clean. Sure will stay again & share the experience with family & friends.

Slight improvement needed: 1. Iron provided not really good although brand new. It cannot remove wrinkles from the clothes. 2. Soap bottle it can be made from plastic instead of glass.

Really like. Spacious. complete kitchen equipment with soap n dishwash. Location 500m from Rumah p Ramlee. Got malay stall in 200m for breakfast. 2km from roti bakar Hutton Lane. Awesome swimming pool. Recommended.

Deposit rm300😬 Have to make 8round to park. This homestay parking is the highest one . Building mgmt very strict, cannot swim with t-shirts otherwise pay penalty rm50 huhu

The house is very nice and modern. Facilities were fine. Enough for our stay. Self check in only but the staff was very helpful. My unit was on the 21st floor so my parents were scared of height. They feel its dangerous for the kids to go near the window. The pool and the playground is on the 29th floor, some parts only have glass wall at the hallway so need to be very careful when bringing the kids there.

my second room window was only using blinds instead of curtain so at night it was quite bright and difficult to sleep in that room.. But overall it was a very nice place 😊
