Location

I requested for room service 2 days after check in. The cleaning staff didnt do it. I reached the hotel at 5pm and found my room not clean. When i asked why, she gave me a stupid excuse stating that she thought i don't need one since the day before i on the NO DISTURB light. Then i pointed to her that i requested for clean up and I on the PLEASE MAKE ROOM light since morning when i left the hotel at 6.30 am.

Great location and fancy interior. We love the convenient of money exchange inside the hotel, is it so much safer compare those standing on the street. and the Japanese restaurant Donkai food was amazing! Less then 1 min walking distance to MRT which allow us to travel to TRX shopping mall. Compare to other hotels on the same street, there is a element of modern and historical preservation which is a high light. Staffs told me level 10 and roof top restaurant is opening soon which can see all incredible skyline for photo taking which looking forward for next visit. Staff is friendly and easy to reach out to all nice malls. Recommended this hotel to stay!

the local Malaysian restaurant located at ground floor food is not very nice, i think management can consider to change a better one. i heard they just rent the place, not part of the hotel. i forgotten the name of the restaurant but the chicken was too dry and not up to par.

Execellent service from the staff. Very helpful and it's just near to public transport great location to enjoy the city of Kuala Lumpur

Easy access to everything. Its close to berjaya time square, walking distance to pavillion and you can also take a night walk to twin towers.

1. We were told to wait until we are clear for check out then they will call us. Been waiting for them to call, if i didnt approach them, we could have missed our bus. What was so difficult to say, that we are clear? 2. Breakfast. It’s not the buffet type. And if you stayed for 3 days or more, you could be reapeating the same breakfast everyday. Might as well go out and get your breakfast outside, there’s only 3 options for you on their breakfast menu.

The location is fantastic as you're right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. I has asked for (and got) a room in the back, away from the street noise so it was quiet. It does make a difference where you sleep. The staff, particularly Henry, were good people who strived to help. They also had a nice fitness center which I used daily.

I'm not sure in hindsight that I would have paid for the breakfast included portion. For starters, it's at 8:30 a.m. and your options are fairly limited. It's a restaurant just next to the hotel but the restaurant staff treated people from the hotel as annoyances rather than customers. That's a reflection on the restaurant and not the hotel, but it did impact my overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay. I was a little apprehensive about the hotel at the start but was pleasantly surprised when I got to the room. Very modern interior, clean and comfortable . Best value for money and the best location.

if anything I didn't like which is minor issue is would love a softer pillow ... oh, also I wasn't expecting housekeeping to enter my room in the 2nd morning while I was out. Only because they did mention that beds were made only every 48hours and towels would only be replaced upon request . But when we came back to the room we had new towels. I'm not complaing about new towels , on the contrary . I just like to secure my bags and not have my personal stuff out if I had known.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the room and would not hesitate to return in the future. The location is ideal, with the MRT Bukit Bintang station just a 2-minute walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around. The area is also surrounded by plenty of local food spots (Jalan Alor), restaurants, and convenience shops, so everything you need is close by. The one night stay was incredibly pleasant. The room was spotless, with a modern and elegant design that provided a sense of comfort and relaxation. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority here. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist. They helped ensure everything ran smoothly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I believe the room is truly worth the value. Given its convenience, comfort, and exceptional service, I know it will be the perfect place to stay long-term. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area whether for a short trip or an extended stay!

The hotel was recently (April 2024) remodelled. While the interior colour scheme was rather dark, it comes across well appointed. There was enough LED lighting and power points in the room. With in-room kettle and coffee and tea sachets. Toiletries are adequate. You can go to reception to replenish items. The hotel policy is to do housekeeping once every 2 days which is good for us to play a small part on climate change. There is a smart TV in the room for watching Netflix, Youtube, etc The location is excellent. The famous food street Jalan Alor is just behind the hotel and there are a few massage outlets nearby if you need foot massage after a day of shopping since there are at least 4 big shopping malls witin 5-8 mins walk. And you even can catch the bus from a nearby bus stop to KLCC Twin Tower on GoKL (Green) shuttle bus by paying RM1 (US$0.25) with your credit card!

Toilet space is a tad small but still workable with strong water pressure and hot water (if you turn on the switch 15 mins before using. But lighting is too dim in toilet and toilet glass door and panels are not completely opaque.

Honestly, I had a really good time staying here. The room was super cozy, and I slept like a baby! The staff were really friendly too – they always had a smile on their faces and were happy to help out. The location is pretty convenient, especially if you're planning to check out the city. Also, the gym was smaller than I expected, but I still managed to get in a quick workout. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a chill and comfortable stay!

The breakfast selection could be more varied, especially for a longer stay. While I enjoyed the room's décor, the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but that’s just a personal preference.

Enjoy my stay at this new hotel, give me a good vibe in the overall surrounding. Love that I'm able to find all the best foods around KL. Hotel is just beside MRT Station, super convenient to get around. My first experience on the hotel, they have the good security door lock, which generate new ones for every new guest. Love it! Better them those old card system.... While sleeping in the room, no noisy as mention in comment in some comment before i book this hotel, i think they upgraded the window. Like their services and overall ambience of the hotel that struck right in city center, very very lively. Must come as a tourist. Will visit again and recommended it. There is a gym room facilities which is a plus point for me and famous Donkai Japanese restaurant at ground floor. Hope it continue to stay in this shape and good services!!

There are no parking for this hotel like many hotels around this area. if you come in grab or train, is the best. Don't advise to come in car since city center can be jam anyway.
