Location is 10/10, because it located in where the pavilion mall and access to KLCC is few mins walk to the famous jalan Alor for 'makan' (eating) place only 5mins walk. Even if it rains, we walk just opt for under ground to the pavilion. The elevator was so secure that no one can comes up to the rooms without the hotel card and we really feels safe staying there. Room was really great that we didn't expect it to be so spacious for a city hotel. We would love to come back and stay there again with our family.

Our expectation for the breakfast will be great, but it was just average. We didn't book the hotel with breakfast but we tried it on the last day of our stay with the hotel. The traffic to enter or to go out from that area by taxi or grab (Uber-like) is not easy. Traffic is always a problem. The only solution we do is to walk a bit further or use the monorail to commute to other places... or we can get out early in the morning.

The room was nice and clean and serviced very well. The breakfast was great with so much variety. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The pool was big but a bit old it could do with being refurbished but it was clean and had plenty of chairs, towels and a couple of beds to chill out on. Also an outdoor Jacuzzi spa would be nice.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was perfect.

The hotel bath was not hot, and during breakfast, there was no orientation. No one, at least, would serve the coffee, and there were lines for the bread, omelette, and other items. By the time you reached the table, the food would be cold. I informed the reception that the breakfast did not meet my expectations in both 2020 and 2023. The refrigerator in the room was not cold.

Im a frequent visitor to JWmarriott. Service staff were excellent. Location superb as super close to pavilion.

The road outside tends to get jammed so if you take a car you can get stuck a while. The hotel needs to upkeep the cleanliness better - mirrors with water stains, kettles that need to be descaled. Also checking always seems to take a long time. They can have more staff helping with the check in.

loved the location - super convenient to the major shopping malls eg pavilion. Hotel breakfast was superb as well. Great service at reception too. Room was spacious and overall, good value for money.

bedsheets don’t seem to be changed every day by housekeeping. The driveway to the hotel is very busy (the adjacent hotel Ritz Carlton has a more private and quieter driveway)

The hotel is located across from the Pavilion Mall. You got direct access to Food, Shopping etc, The night life is amazing, the area itself is buzzing till late at night, The hotels facilities are great, The rooms are great, and the hotel staff are incredibly amazing.

The one thing i did not like was the fact that you staying at the hotel, but you have to pay to park your 10R for self park and 40R if they park for you. One thing to consider is getting in and out of the area. It can become gridlocked certain times of the day but i guess that's all part of the fun.

Check in was smooth. Location excellent. All walking distance from hotel to shopping malls. Plenty of restaurants at LG level although they are a bit more expensive than the outside.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable to use.

The property is in a bustling area - it is quiet and still big. Nice quiet pool in the week.

They had a conference- of their 6 elevators they locked 3 for the conference attendees which made the wait from 19th floor to ground around 10min before an elevator arrived.

The best part about the hotel were the staff, hands down! Everyone is so polite and eager to be of assistance, from the staff at the entrance, to the baggage handlers to the reception desk, cleaners, waiters. Every single one. I can see that there is a high degree of professionalism in this hotel, and the management should be very proud of their employees. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are what makes or breaks a place. I loved the rooms that we got. We had 2 pool cananas which was great because our kids were next door and we were in our own room. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. I loved the little mouth wash that came with the toiletries. The location was superb, with an abundance of shops and restaurants as soon as you stepped out of the lift.

My only complaint is that there was no direction for the Qibla. I was very surprised by this as this is a Muslim country and I expected to see this. I was doubly surprised to find that there were Bibles in the drawers, and yet I could not see the direction of the Qibla. It kind of put me off Marriott as I felt this was a deliberate oversight. I can't imagine someone "forgetting" something like this in a country such as Malaysia. Unfortunately for my return journey next week we have chosen NOT to stay at Marriott for this very reason. We know when a point is being made and the point has been taken. We have booked at Grand Millenium just because of this. Please do better. We respect you in your country, and we expect this same respect in a Muslim country.

Everything was perfect! I loved staying here that I ended up booking an extra night. The bathroom is exceptional. Also the size of the hotel room was massive. The breakfast was amazing. Such a great variety of food. The best thing was the fantastic service provided by the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. They are so accommodating. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

I wish I had a better view from my hotel room, but that wasn't a big deal. I could step outside the hotel and the city was in front of me. Seriously I have nothing to complain about.
