This hotel is in a super convenient spot, right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. It’s not only close to Pavilion, Fahrenheit88, Lot10, and other malls, but also near the Bukit Bintang MRT Station. Plus, the price is really reasonable. The whole hotel is clean, and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. The bed and pillows are soft, the air-conditioning is cool, and the water heater works well. There’s even a cold and hot water dispenser outside the room. Personally, I think this boutique hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Bukit Bintang, whether for a holiday or a staycation.

A bit more smiles from the staff would make this place a perfect stay.

The location was very strategic. (Literally just behind SEPHORA, so ladies be "careful" LOL) Easy to access to all public transport especially the MRT. Walking distance to every shopping mall like Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Pavilion and so on. The interior design was very aesthetic and beautiful.

The only thing I didn't like was not much of a privacy bcos you can actually hear people talking from the next room. Maybe bcos of the wall was quite thin i guess.

Even though the room was small (mine was with a window), it's good enough since you're probably not going to spend a long time in it anyway. But if you're with a partner, it'll might be a lil' cramp, especially if you both have a big luggage each.

You have to put a deposit if you wish to use the room safe. Mine was so small (room 52) that you can probably fit only 6 cans of soft drinks, so I was pretty worried about leaving my laptop. But the staff was nice enough not to charge me. There's also no toothbrush and soap.

It was quite dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, in fact it became clear o us on the last day that it was just turned over. With stains that are quite clear. Even the toilet towel was stained and dirty. Not sure what happened cause I’ve been staying here for years and it was never like this.

location is very strategic ! near to everything we wanted to go. cleanliness is good, room compact size, got pantry and living room outside great for social interaction.. staffs are nice too , i was slightly going to give a bad review as they refuse nicely to repair our heater switch, but as we came back from midnight movie, they already repair it..thankyou

parking is limited, and very pricey,high chances to get scammed, andd i dont know where is the ceiling fan switch,end up it was on until we checked out. there were many small flies at pantry lightings were very romantic ambiance,hard to get good lighting to do makeups

The room's soundproofing was inadequate, but it didn't bother me as I'm a heavy sleeper. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to take this into consideration.

As a first-time guest at this hotel, I found it difficult to locate the hotel, especially since it was raining heavily when my family and I arrived. Perhaps the hotel management can consider placing a signboard in a more visible location to make it easier for first-time guests to find their way. However, I must say that the location of the hotel is excellent, with several attractions and shopping malls just a short walking distance away.

Strategic Location; near to everything, walking distance to shopping malls and MRT stations that connects to all stations. Water pressure was excellent. Easy process of checking in and out. Helpful reception and fast action. It has elevator even though you have to climb few of the stairs at the first place.

The location is excellent, very near to Pavilion but it is quiet. My room had a huge window. Pretty clean facilities. Gave me 1hr late check-out and kept my luggage!

1) Nowhere to hang items in the toilet. 2) V signal was fuzzy but I have no need for it. 3) No charging outlet near the bed. 4) Window is not tinted.

Location: Perfect and close to Pavillion/Fahrenheit Room: Room is small but sufficient for solo traveler. For couples, recommend to travel light as you don't have much space for bags. Staff: Helpful and approachable.

Room is not sound proof so you can probably hear your neighbor. It feels more like a service apartment than a hotel.

It’s location is at the center of Bukit Bintang and nearby to MRT station, making it easy to travel around the city via public transport. It’s near convenient stores as well.

The room was small, so not suitable for those with claustrophobia. But if you don’t mind the small space I think there should not be any issues.
