The place is super clean, quite and good located. The beds are comfy. If you re looking for a sociable hostel, this is not your place otherwise for just a few nights in KL I think is worth it. Actually I’ve stayed here twice.

The curtains from the capsule bed are a bit noisy and when the light of the capsule is switch on, from the outside people can see you. Which is something to have in mind bcs also there is security camera in the room, so you either get change in the dark inside your capsule or you go to the toilet.

-right next to Bukit Bintang shopping malls and MRT -clean and comfortable - quiet -facilities with swimming pool and sauna

Not much but breakfast spread was basically toast, spread and juice. Some notes in case people mind: - female bathroom is not unrestricted access and door was left open to other guests. Showers in cubicles also did not have locks - door to the female dorms also frequently left open so again not unrestricted - no locked luggage space for each bunk so bring a lock to lock your bag I did not have issues with these as it wasn't a full house but some people may Another note of that a 50 ringgit deposit is taken in cash and then returned to you on check out

All the facilities were really nice and well kept. The location is ideal to visit a lot of place walking

The pool is nothing special, no views and the deepest part is probably 1,40meters (4,5 foot). Some of the staff seemed to be fed up with the guests for some reason. The breakfast is really limited in variety but also in quantity, at some point I had a staff member monitoring how many things you take. Literally they just allow you to take 1 boiled egg, take in consideration that this is the only protein in the breakfast “buffet”. Also they turn of the coffee machine after breakfast. Even the WiFi password seems to be some kind of passive aggressive pun towards guests, “stayclean”.

I enjoyed my stay in a capsule room very much! The bed was comfortable, there was a convenient side table, charging ports & two lights. My roommates were quiet and respectful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious with hair dryers and a hair straightener. I never had to wait to use the shower, toilet, sink, etc. Breakfast was varied — hard-boiled eggs & toast every day & croissants/waffles on alternating days. Sometimes there was a rice/soup option but I didn't try it. The coffee was good! There was a hot and cold water on demand dispenser which was very practical. The kitchen has a microwave to heat up food (no stove, etc.). Everything was very clean and airy. Staff were always around to help if needed. Outside, there was a pool and bistro tables, both in and out of the sun. It was very pleasant to sit in the shade on a hot day! The hostel is connected to Fahrenheit 88 (a small mall) as well as Pavilion (a much larger, fancier mall). This provided many food and drink options without needing to go out into the heat or the rain. You can also access KLCC through Pavilion via elevated walkway so you can basically go from the hostel to the Petronas Towers almost entirely indoors. The hostel is also very close to the Bukit Bintang metro and monorail lines.

I did not understand the difference between all the room types on the website/booking.com. I would have liked more detailed information re: number of beds per room, clarification about the different bed options. Based on my understanding: - Premium single pod side entry = bunk bed size without the top bunk - Premium single front entry = ??? - Female only = smaller rooms? - Single-pod front entry = bunk bed (large room) - Single-pod side entry = bunk bed - King/Queen suite pod = individual room - Studio = large individual room I also found the curtains were OK, but not great at blocking out light. That, coupled with the light from the hallway, means you might need an eye mask depending on where your bunk is located. Also, you could see into bunks if the interior lights were on.

It's very comfortable, the room is spacious even though it is sharing. Easy to access to popular places around KL, near public transport like mrt and monorail, and Pavillion is just downstairs. Bathroom is so clean and pretty. Can chill at swimming pool 24 hours.

It was lovely to have access to the huge pool! The bathrooms were great with even hair dryers and a hair straightener available. The bed was comfy with the privacy of the pull down curtain. It was also very quiet so I had a great sleep. Breakfast was a small chocolate waffle which was tasty.

I found it quite hard to locate where the hotel was. It would have been nice if there were instructions with the booking information. My bed didn't have a locker like the other beds in my room so I had to store my bags at the end of my bed. The shower I used also appeared to not have a lock on the door so I felt a bit exposed.

Location is amazing, literally on top of Fahrenheit88 mall. The bathroom and toilet area are large and clean. Exactly like what you see in the picture. The bed is also larger than the usual hostel bed

The hotel failed to give detailed location. I have to ask several mall security before I can find the correct elevator (the 24 hour one is on the side of Fahrenheit). A short instruction with picture/simple map will be very helpful

It was a lovely stay! I booked a single premium pod in a room with only 6 beds, so it was always very quiet. My pod was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was also always clean and quite spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful for me. All the staff were friendly and the location is ideal for exploring the city. The swimming pool is a bonus!

The pods have roller blinds that you can see through when the lights are on. I didn't mind it, but I suggest that this be previously informed to guests or at least shown in the promotional photos to avoid any misunderstanding because it could be a deal-breaker for some people. Anyhow, the pros outweigh this small issue, which is reflected in the perfect score I give to my stay at this property.

Overall despite increase in prices over 50%, I think it is still good value for the prices. I have also noticed over my one year of return stay small details seems to be lacking. Door lock at Room A don't close properly. Bathroom cleaning seems lacking when high occupancy, breakfast need some innovative ideas. Please also consider a loyalty program for customer like me who continue to support your business as well.

Some details in maintenance n customer service. For a Bed n Breakfast hostel I believe your charged are the highest in KL . For my premium bed .

Conveniently above a shopping mall and a cheap grab trip to the main sites. Easy to find from the location marked on Google Maps, or you can find the elevators through a marked door near Uniqlo. Really comfy beds with plenty of storage space and a power socket with USB. Nice kitchen. Very large and clean bathroom with plenty of toilets and showers, with hooks and space to hang towel and clothes while showering. The staff were polite and friendly.

The blinds on the beds let in lots of light and if the bed light is on, other people can easily see through them into the bed - thicker blinds or blackout curtains would fix this issue. Aircon was quite cold in the rooms but the bedding was warm and cosy so it was comfortable to sleep.
